If there is justice in this country, they ought to have a C-130 fueling as we speak with the flight plan due south.

Well done to the men and women in blue and our intel community. Damn fine job.

    • Garth Haycock

I was just going to ask:

      Trial or Gitmo?

      • Blake Waymire

I say that committing a terrorist attack on American citizens is an automatic forfeit of American citizenship.

        • Michael Anderson (WB)

Sounds good, but remember since he was a citizen while committing the act any such action sets precedent for when a malicious government entity wants to get rid of someone.

          • grais

            He has a McVeigh future.

          • Blake Waymire

Just need some very specific guidelines as to what qualifies as a terrorist attack, with no chance for amendment so that a new Obama can’t put “Disagrees with me” into it.

          • Michael Anderson (WB)

I guess I’m just not as trusting as you are.

      • TL_USA_leader

Better be Gitmo , but he might need serious medical care first , so they don’t risk loosing him.

  • ICOYAR

    What a shame.

This could have been the perfect moment to permanently remove a terrorist, as well as save hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars for a trial, prison sentence, and then promotion to professor at a university backed by Democrats.

I just hope he gets anally [email protected] daily in prison then shanked.

    • TL_USA_leader

If the Saudis were pulling the strings , I want to know it .

      • ICOYAR

Highly likely they were. Saudi student they released probably has something to do with it, as well.

      • OneThinDime

We will never learn the truth, Obama is soo connected to the Saudis

        • BlueGood

Perhaps OneThin, however, this creep will receive the best medical care, brought back to health ~Snort~ and then with a little luck….given the death penalty….just hope he gets in the “Express Lane” for execution!

    • Ronald Green

Everyone here wants to know ‘Why?’ It’s good he was taken alive. And who knows, something more could come from it, though I doubt he was the leader. From all that has been said, it would seem his older brother Tamerlan was the leader and would have known more.

      • ICOYAR

Its not good news. No justice was served to this piece of sh!t. He should have joined his brother in Hell forever tonight.

        • grais

Justice will be served. You’ll have to find some patience.

          • ICOYAR

As long as he exists, no justice is served.

          • grais

            It will be.

          • ICOYAR

I prefer immediate justice. The best kind. None of this waiting bullsh!t.

          • grais

Well, you don’t make the rules.

          • ICOYAR

He is a F*CKING celebrity right now! What find of justice is that?

I would just kill him and feed him to the pigs.

          • grais

A celebrity?? He’s being celebrated?? By whom?
And what you would do doesn’t matter.

          • ICOYAR

His name is in the news worldwide. His life is being known. He is being granted full exposure by the press.

How the f*ck is this assh0le NOT a celebrity?

          • grais

What kind of asshat thinking is that? He is reviled.

          • radicallyalyssa

Do you consider Hitler a celebrity? I don’t. He’s a tyrant. I don’t even consider Obama a celebrity, even though the jerk wants to act like it. This kid isn’t a celebrity. He’s a terrorist.

          • OneThinDime

Muslime world wide are celebrating his terrorism, death toll and injuries from the blasts. There will be copycats is what they are tweeting.

          • Ronald Green

The Muslim world would celebrate him alive or dead. Our vigilance must continue. Despite what Obama says, terrorism has not been defeated.

          • Squirrel!

They will take more of our freedoms because of this.

          • jpowerhouse

Don’t you think that it shows the resilience and strength of americans? It sends a clear message: if you ever f with us, you are hunted like the dog you are.

          • Squirrel!

I definitely think it showed we won’t play around. I also think it’ll bring more on us by the federal government. Never let a crisis go to waste & all.

          • jpowerhouse

well, then we should’ve just grabbed our guns and do the hunting of that filthy creature ourselves. thank god for our 2nd amendment!

          • Squirrel!

I’m sure somewhere in your mind this reply to me made sense.

          • grais

            So, what else is new?
            America is cheering his arrest.
Well, except for some of the nutjobs posting here who don’t appreciate the US Constitution.

          • radicallyalyssa

They only like it when it serves well for them? Sure does sound like a progressive attitude, huh?

          • radicallyalyssa

Celebrity to whom? Liberals? Let him be.

          • radicallyalyssa

I want answers, not two dead terrorists.

        • Ronald Green

As his neighborhood mechanic said, “He must be made to suffer, when you’re dead, you’re just gone… He must be made to suffer.” The guy’s accent suggests he is an immigrant as well. Patience my friend, it will come.

        • radicallyalyssa

          Answers > all.

        • Michael Anderson (WB)

Martyrdom perpetuates the Jihadist fantasy. The way to stop it dead is to project power, but without generating martyrs. If we had captured Osama and held him indefinitely, we would have struck a serious blow to their psyche, we would have shown that their “god” is not all powerful and may not protect them.

      • Txgirlinnh

I don’t know. He is only 19 and seems to just recently chosen this maniacal path. He probably doesn’t know anything our intelligence doesn’t already. He will now get some liberal lawyer who will make this case drag on forever at taxpayer expense. He will receive protection in jail because we all know how it would turn out if he didn’t. Not to mention he now is some morbid terrorist celebrity. No I prefer he had strapped one of those bombs to his chest and gone out like the coward he is. He at least would have gotten a taste of what he inflicted on those poor people.

    • Phineas T. Prune

You are an idiot and not an American.

More importantly we need answers before we kill him.

      • ICOYAR

I am an idiot for allowing this sh!thead to live?

The second he even THOUGHT about doing the bombings, he forfeit his own right to life.

        • John (it true me am)

I know you are being superfluous on purpose but this demands a resounding hell no. A thought, no matter how heinous, is not an action. You do not arrest or kill people for their thoughts. That is beyond 1984 mode right there.

It is incumbent upon us to capture, not kill, if possible without risking further lives. What you are advocating has a name. It’s hypervigiliance. And it is a very, very bad thing. It doesn’t matter how guilty the person obviously is, what a terrible thing they did, or any of that. It is a slippery slope that the second we go down we are no better than the monsters who perpetrated the act in question to begin with and we lose the very rule of law and constitutional protections that set us apart from the hell holes many of these types crawl out from.

If the Obama Justice department plays games with it, that is on them. But I for one am not willing to sacrifice my constitution and morality for what Obama-ites may or may not do.

Let’s find out who his handlers are first. You know they have some – much higher up who will continue hiding behind children and having them do their dirty work. I don’t mind appropriate use of waterboarding–and I believe this is it.

    • John (it true me am)

You don’t kill if you don’t have to. You never know where the potential information will lead.

    • cliffy44

Raped? Does that mean that obama will be having congical visits?

    • radicallyalyssa

I want to know what happened. I’m tired of living in fear that we didn’t get the right guy. I want him to provide us with information, not leave us in fear and confusion. This asshole deserves to pay for his crimes, not get the easy way out.

  • Rich

Get the info out of him.If he won’t talk, waterboard him, trial and execute.

    • radicallyalyssa

      Yes please.

    • TexSizzle

Kill a pig in his presence, dip bullets into the pig blood, load them into weapons, and execute using those bullets. According to the “religion of peace”, he won’t get his imaginary 72 virgins as a result, and he’ll know that according to his religion, he’s going to hell as a result of the pig blood.

  • conservativemomma

Remember what Obama said about these police officers in 2009…Jul 23, 2009 – President Obama said that police in Cambridge, Massachusetts, “acted stupidly” in arresting a prominent black Harvard professor last week .

  • Craig Jacobs

Now we will have to endure the circus of a trial. I suppose we’ll all have to hear about his horrible childhood (Mercedes C230 instead of an S500 probably, oh no!) and how he is a victim of circumstance, and how he’s really the victim in all this, blah, blah, blah.

We have him on video leaving the bomb in place. The trial *should* take less than a week followed by a first class execution. But I suspect it will take months or years just for the trial and this piece of shit will keep sucking oxygen for 20 years.

Better if they had killed the son if a bitch, and based on what we know of his mother, that is a litteral as well as a figurative term. The uncle not withstanding his family seems like a waste of space.

Well, like they say, no good deed shall go unpunished. We allowed these people into the country as political refugees, more than likely paid their way, made them citizens and look how they respond. Just goes to show that if you want someone to appreciate something they have to *earn* it.

    I am disgusted.

  • Joe W.

Has the feeling of stupidity sank in to those who thought this act of foreign terrorism was done by a dark skinned male?

muzzies? i doubt it. he is white as the albino rice.

You don’t pay much attention to what’s going on do you?

          • jpowerhouse

I’ve been following up with the story since monday. i’ll believe he is a muzzie after they show a picture of him with a beard, turban, and a tan that’s 10 shades darker.

          • jpowerhouse

how is that stupid? the FBI might know the religion when they inquire on a person but how are regular citizens going to id terrorists now? can’t trust anybody anymore.

          • jpowerhouse

yea but not everyone makes youtube videos. the cops are going to be suspicious of everyone now. f*ck those aholes.

One’s religion & melanin in his or her skin are synonymous?

        • Ronald Green

Which shows what you know about the world.

          • jpowerhouse

I live near ground zero alright. i know plenty about what’s going on!

    • Ronald Green

The physical description given by the Boston police, right or wrong,. has nothing to do with anyone’s level of intelligence… except yours for asking such a stupid question.

      • michael s

It does if you use incorrect thinking. Which a lot of people did. Some of us didn’t.

  • Pennie Rodriguez

I do not trust the Administration to allow full and unrestricted interrogation of this subject. Too much is at stake that would go against the agenda of Obama , Holder, and Napolitano.

  • Pasadena_Phil

It’s really not over until they uncover the “spider web” of support they had and determine how many people were involved.

Considering how these cops had to operate with a pile of monkeys on their backs what with J-Nap and other officials and politicians constantly issuing counter-productive information (not to mention the media circus), I have much more confidence in the Boston Police and the feds they worked with after this. I am also proud to be a former Bostonian after that inspiring “Star-Spangled Banner” sung by the crowd at the Bruins game. That was really something. I wish I had been there.

    • John Bibb

      ***

Now that the FBI knows who did it they–and the other intelligence agencies–can examine all emails, phone records, internet / social media, financial, and travel information on the 2 murderers. Their mosque buddies and friends will probably have links to other Muzzie radicals. I think the hunt has just begun.

      ***

As far as interrogation–it only took 30 minutes in the Tower of London to get Guy Fawkes to out his co conspirators. There’s something about religious locos of all faiths and their willingness to “do God’s work” by murdering people.
      ***
We don’t do things the old way anymore. GITMO and a FDR Nazi saboteur style military tribunal for waging war against the U.S. seems like a pretty good way to try this murderer and his support network.
      ***
I hope this won’t become another Jihadi Major Nidal Hassan “workplace violence” case. Time for some long drops with short ropes after a speedy trial and one appeal if found guilty.

      • Pasadena_Phil

And that mosque they belonged to was built with large taxpayer subsidies and land that was practically given to them by the city of Boston just after 9/11. Mel King was involved and just about all of the prominent black leaders. Someone posted on this yesterday. I think it was Daily Caller.

Well, we already knew he was a total coward when he blew up innocent men, women and children.

      • radicallyalyssa

My dad put it this way: it’s not cowardly to place a bomb and kill people with it. It takes bravery to do something that terrible. It also takes heartlessness and pure vanity, but it also takes guts. This guy’s a monster, pure and simple.

        • waltzingmtilda

I’m going to have to go ahead and disagree with your dad on that one.

        • TexSizzle

It takes bravery to face those you’re trying to kill, who are trying to kill you, as in war. Planting a device to kill after you’ve left the area is cowardice.

  • http://twitter.com/AudiPthatsme Audi Steiner

I agree with all of you. It is a shame. He should die. He WILL pay for this. But…for a moment, seriously think about how much information we can obtain from him. We have the power and the resources, we have the intelligence and the gumption to do so. The cost of trial does not matter…it is a drop in the bucket compared to how much that information will be worth. Money is printed everyday. Justice is worth so much more. People have lost limbs and loved ones…what do you think is on their minds? The cost of how much this one trial will cost? Or the answers they so desperately seek about the motivating operations behind these attacks? If he dies…we may never know who he’s tied to, if anyone else. We won’t know until someone else dies…maybe you. Don’t bicker with each other…it’s plain, straight ignorant to do so right now. Be glad that we have such strong forces to discredit such cowardly acts as these.
