As Twitchy reported last month, RedState’s Erick Erickson made the move from CNN to Fox News. Erickson just announced on Twitter that his debut at Fox News will occur tomorrow morning at 9:10 a.m ET.

Of course, a pitiful response comes in right away.

The non-absurd wish him the best of luck.

Indeed. We’ll be watching!

    Another neocon douchebag. Perfect!

    • Jillane Kent

Given the patois of Paul, may I assume that you were never a viewer in the first place? Therefore, why do you care?

      • BenH_76

Although I am a libertarian I still watch Fox News. What else am I supposed to watch… MSNBC? The libertarian wing of the Republican party is growing and the neocon wing is shrinking. Fox News should recognize this and hire more libertarian leaning commentators. Most Americans are no longer interested in mindless military interventionism.

Just tell it like it is Eric and the audience will follow. One thing the MSDNC crowd doesn’t yet grasp is viewers don’t watch Fox because they agree with the pundits. They watch Fox because the majority of its pundits agree with THEM.

  • Joe W.

Another moon bat Sarah Palin detractor on FOX News?? FOX is steadily moving to the left, and hiring some very dubious personalities……….I quit watching when they hired Sally Kohn.

    • Ben Bollman

Eh, I think he might be a step up from Dick Morris. At least we won’t have to watch his asinine election graphs.

  • dmacleo

he’ll be the first to toss a conservative under the bus.

    • George Washington Mclintock

You’re not alone in that sentiment.

  • Christian Orpinell

Isn’t he the editor of a conservative news outlet? Am I missing something here?

    • Finrod Felagund

He’s not as bad as his detractors would have you believe, but he’s susceptible to a dumbass attack every now and then as are we all.

    • Jillane Kent

Red State is not so much news, as it is an opinion and commentary site.

  • George Washington Mclintock

Recent Tweet from Erickson,”Glad to see Chris Wallace call out LaPierre for his nonsense on the President’s daughters’ security.” For every bit of good the guy does, he has a corresponding attack of spinelessness(see his appearance on Steven Colbert for video evidence) , and says something idiotic like the above tweet. Hopefully. being around Hannity and some other Conservatives will put some sand in his bag, and he’ll get along to doing good 100% of the time.
