Heh. As Twitchy has reported, actor Rob Lowe holds lapdog feet to the fire. He often does so with good-natured ribbing. Last night was no exception. He joined other Twitter users in relieving some election night stress by mocking Wolf Blitzer and his trademark Captain Obvious commentary.

Oh, dear! She must have gotten totally trashed.

Rob Lowe helped get the ball rolling with his own Wolf Blitzer “Recap of the obvious” tweet, and then retweeted these.

More, please!

Twitter users kept it going.

And a buzzkill.

Come, now: What fun would that have been?

Rob Lowe wrapped up his election night tweeting with a gracious thought.

One thing is for sure: We can all come together to mock Captain Obvious! So, there’s that.

I want to believe what he tweeted is true, sooooo much, but I just can’t.

So many morons can only recognize the completely obvious, but Blitzer, in his divine and mystical way, is able to recognize the merely obvious.

I’ve had this little dispute with Comcast, for about 5 years now.
They think their TV service is worth $125 a month, and I don’t.
On my plus side, I don’t have to watch news. I spend about 4 hours a day reading various news site, papers, and other publications, but I don’t have to look at, or listen to the talking boobs.

it’s really amazing to think that there are restaurant owners who will have their televisions set to that joke of a “news” channel
