Conservative mother Holly Fisher made waves this week for her viral Hobby Lobby hat trick photo as well as her follow-up photo. No one should be surprised that Fisher attracted the usual liberal hate. These tweets by Patrick Kasprik, however, stood out:

When conservatives angrily complained, Kasprik accused his critics of “hate”. Yes, he thinks we are hateful.

Fisher’s response:

https://twitter.com/HollyRFisher/status/485825091083579392

That looks like a pretty effective rape whistle.

Kasprik responded with this lunacy:

What?!?

And this:

So Fisher is fat, the Bible is pro-rape, and Kasprik’s endorsement of rape was satire. The whole situation is “mad funny,” yo! Why, he’s just like Stephen Colbert!

We get the “joke,” OK,  but that doesn’t mean we have to like it.

Update:

It seems the @PatKasprik account has disappeared, at least for now.

However, his hate can still be read above, because of course Twitchy is forever.

How old is this little cockroach anyway? He looks 12.

My fifteen year old daughter could crush his nuts with minimal effort.

Typical, he wants to kill her, then rape her,…., but we can’t take a joke. Funny, think he’d think such jokes about his mummsy were that funny? A sneering gutless little coward flexing his Internet mouth, a p*ssy of the first order. I’m a 55 year old cripple and I still like the odds.. Even if he brings friends…. Which I strongly doubt he has.

          • Thale Taxurfeet

I’m not saying anything beyond that I’ve been where this woman’s family might be. It was not a pleasant place for anyone involved. In the end, much, much less so for the idjot instigating the harassment.

He could never handle her, she is way more woman than he is man, you can tell she is a strong person. And he is still a little boy that hasn’t learned to show respect to the moms in our country, and that a “mom” with a sick child deserves even more respect. • Ryan Schneider.

Naw, this is way before that; D’Souza’s film ‘America’ goes into it. Alinski personally corrupted her when she was only 15. On the other hand, maybe the actress was just better looking regardless of how Hillary might have turned out, but Mr. DD is a stickler for the details, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

The left are the masters of hypocrisy, double think and newspeak. If they say something blatantly offensive just claim its satire, this has been used far to often. But honestly just like with the Islamist movement you do not see the rank and file democrat condemn them for this vile stuff you never see the Muslim community coming out to condemn radicalism. The left and Islam work on the same mental wavelength it seems with the tactic of just say nothing when one of their own does something horrible. Silence in these cases is in the end approval.Talk about the war on women.

The same [UN]ACA which would not consider any input from the Right, and thus did not receive a single vote in the affirmative from the Right.

          • Mark81150 Never/Trump/Hillary

Me too.. Ambulatory but can’t run, walk with a cane, lots of titanium in my neck, advanced osteoarthritis of the spine, four ruptured discs remaining after four were removed from my neck. C3 to T1, work injuries.. The only thing my service cost me was my hearing.

Still as much as it sucks , I can still walk.. So that’s lucky.

After all that, my spinal cord was left irritated but intact… No damage to it, but I have major pinnced nerves in the right nerve trunk.

          • redstilettos

I think that’s over the line, but on the same token, if he’s going to post things like this, he needs to be cautious about exposing too much of his real life such as employment, etc. He is the one who exposed where he worked before telling a woman he hopes she gets raped.

So call a cop. If he’s that serious a threat, why are you putting him in the unemployment line instead of a jail cell?

Oh, right – because the cop will laugh in your face and tell you to quit wasting their time chasing down internet bullies. And that won’t sate your petty desire for retribution. So, next best thing – the job!

Quick, you call his employer, I’ll go slash his tires! Because that’s what reasonable people do!

          • Tyrconnell

To be blunt: If it’s OK for a bunch of liberals to demand the firing of the CEO of Mozilla because the LGBTOMGWTFBBQ community had their collective panties in a wad, then it’s acceptable for us to use the same tactics when someone posts something that vile.

        • AT

So what you’re saying is, let’s join the Cult of the Lowest Common Denominator.

He got a guy fired, we’ll get him fired! He threw a rock, I took a bat to his car! He tattled to the HOA, I burned down his house! Yea!

          *shakes head*

          This can only end badly.

          • NRPax

I understand your viewpoint but being nice is not going to suddenly make these people see the sweet light of reason. They need to learn that bad behavior has consequences.

          • Youdon’tknowme

            He’s not for being nice.
He’s for protecting his own team so they don’t get locked up.

          • Thale Taxurfeet

Mother tried to teach me the meek will inherit the earth. After my tours of duty, I found out she was right… Six feet at a time.

I will no longer be passive in the face of aggression from political opponents. The Left has been ramping up the rhetoric and violence for years. Enough.

We either assume the responsibility to insure those who would threaten us are held to account publicly if not legally, or we will be run over.

            Period.

          • AT

Then why not take it a step further? Why stop at his job?

Let’s have him audited, gang-raped, and then killed. That’ll teach the f*cker and anyone like him!

Is that really who you are? Some kind of next-gen Stasi agent?

          • mike_in_kosovo

            Nice argument from hyperbole, bro

          • thetreyman

            he does that a lot.

          • AT

Hyperbole is a useful vehicle for expressing the sheer idiocy of what people are trying to rationalize.

          • mike_in_kosovo

Not to mention making great strawman arguments when you can’t refute what the other side is actually saying.

          • AT

What’s to refute? How do you even refute an angry mob busy lighting their torches and sharpening their pitchforks?

          • mike_in_kosovo

How do you even refute an angry mob busy lighting their torches and sharpening their pitchforks?

The sad part about that statement? You’re directing it as US instead of the people attacking Mrs. Fisher.

          • AT

I direct a whole different other ire towards those f*cks.

But the fact that what they’re doing is wrong, doesn’t justify this “conservative” response to it. That way lies insanity and scorched earth.

          • mike_in_kosovo

But the fact that what they’re doing is wrong, doesn’t justify this “conservative” response to it.

So we should just let them *keep* running roughshod over us?

That way lies insanity and scorched earth.

Insanity: Expecting a different result from doing the same old thing.

          • AT

So we should just let them *keep* running roughshod over us?

Because we’re such victims of the twitter bullies, banging out their mean words from the safety of mom’s basement.

I mean, come on man – what are you fighting here, really? There’s no big bad on the other side. Just jerks we already knew were jerks. Huff and bluster. Why concern ourselves with it?

It smacks of looking for reasons to get angry and defensive.

          • mike_in_kosovo

Because we’re such victims of the twitter bullies, banging out their mean words from the safety of mom’s basement.

Says the guy claiming they’re such victims of conservatives.

          • AT

Mobbing up to ruin a guy’s life because you don’t like his words is not the same as writing something offensive.

I’m genuinely curious though, with regard to my question. What exactly are you fighting here?

          • mike_in_kosovo

Mobbing up to ruin a guy’s life because you don’t like his words is not the same as writing something offensive.

Brendan Eich is waiting to speak with you on line 1.

I’m genuinely curious though, with regard to my question. What exactly are you fighting here?

Given that none of us here have sent the twerp’s tweet to his boss, what are YOU fighting here?

          • AT

Brendan Eich is waiting to speak with you on line 1.

Pretty awful what happened to him. Lot of outrage over that.

Strange how we’re now keen to do that sort of thing ourselves.

Given that none of us here have sent the twerp’s tweet to his boss

Would you? Are you OK with such a thing being done?

          • mike_in_kosovo

Strange how we’re now keen to do that sort of thing ourselves.

Tonto: What you mean we, white man? You may want to put down that broad brush, the paint fumes are evidently getting to you.

Read the thread. There’s lots of people quite eager to dish out some retribution to this yahoo. Or, who are perfectly OK with it being done.

          • thetreyman

you are in an argument with a moron. there is no winning, he just drags you down to his level.

          • Youdon’tknowme

            Moral of the story:
Always cover your tracks when you make threats online.

          • Thale Taxurfeet

            Exaggerate much?

Some people learn at an early age not to say stupid, threatening stuff in public. There are and should be consequences. Matter of fact, I’ve often mention the concept of Fighting Words -upheld by the SCOTUS no less.

Granted, I might be a bit more wary given my wife was stalked and harassed when we were first married, and when we first moved to Green Acres she had a gang of stoners do a passive aggressive little invasion of our land one evening…

I’m not going to say anything further than a dumb assed kid should be careful what he says and to whom… Consequences and all that.

So if that does not answer your questions we have nothing else to discuss.

          • Nahalban

Someone once told me “speak your mind but ride a fast horse.”

          • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

I’ve also heard, don’t say anything that you wouldn’t want your Mom to hear at your trial.

          • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

So we’re supposed to protect this idiot who doesn’t have the good sense to go completely anonymous when he runs his mouth on a public forum?
I have no such responsibility. Protecting him from the consequences of his actions is standing in the way of evolution. Natural selection tends to take out those who are too stupid to protect themselves. I’m certainly not going to go out of my way to protect him from himself.
You sound like one of those parents who gets all cranky when someone doesn’t maintain the Santa Claus myth for the sake of their kids who have been conned into it.

          • AT

No, you don’t protect him. But that doesn’t mean you go out of your way to make his life hell either. Every single person here agrees that he’s a prick who said some awful things. But they’re just awful things said – nothing more.

If I saw his car in the street, I wouldn’t go wash and wax it. But that doesn’t mean I’d take a screwdriver to the hood either.

He’s a twit with a tweet for pete’s sake, and y’all seem ready to hang him from a tree. I mean, come on! If you sincerely believe this guy is a rapist-in-wait, then do what a normal person does – call a cop and have them open an investigation!

Gah. This is precisely why I can never be truly conservative. This is the ugly, petty, vindictive side of conservatism, right here.

          • Tyrconnell

So you support the rape and murder of a mother, got it.

          • AT

And they accuse me of hyperbole and straw men. :/

I support stupid people saying stupid things. Because, regardless of how awful those things are – I support freedom. Freedom to be a jackass, if that’s what you want to do with it – without it costing someone their job because a very silly, quick to anger mob gangs up and goes tattling to someone’s boss.

I wish that some of you worked for me, so that I could fire you on the basis of this thread – and, what, you’d cry foul? Be tough to do so while you’re choking on your own medicine.

You don’t accomplish anything with an asshole, by trying to prove what a bigger asshole you can be.

          • Tyrconnell

Nope, just giving you your hyperbole back, and look at your response. as expected.

          • AT

            ….k?

          • tops116 ✓Quipper

“Let’s have him audited, gang-raped, and then killed”

Still flinging yourself off that slippery slope you keep lecturing others about, huh? Yeah, that showed everyone else, didn’t it?

          • AT

Well why not? Getting him fired is cool, but having him killed is too much? What’s the difference when we’re talking mob retribution? Let’s get our pound of flesh!

          • AT

I’m not saying be nice. I’m saying be reasonable.

I don’t like what this jerk says any more than you do – but that doesn’t means his life should be destroyed because of it. People ARE still free to think abhorrent things in this nation. (And do you really want this prick pulling welfare?)

This is the same bullsh*t we’re dragging Lois Lerner over the coals for. Screwing someone’s life over because you disagree with them? Not cool.

          • NRPax

So what is the acceptable approach when someone crosses the line that he did?

          • AT

What line did he cross, exactly? And who drew it, and what gives them the authority to do so?

The empty rape threat from an internet tough guy? The guy is about as intimidating as a cocker spaniel. And if the threat is rape, then how exactly does getting him fired help prevent that?

People are assholes. Especially on the internet. The acceptable approach is to roll our eyes, call him on his bullsh*t, and then get over it.

          • NRPax

Shame that the other side isn’t inclined to take your approach.

          • AT

            True that. True frickin’ that.

          • tops116 ✓Quipper

“What line did he cross, exactly?”

Expressing a desire to stone Holly to death and to see her raped. It’s right up there at the top.

          • AT

You didn’t answer the question – you just repeated the awful things he said matter-of-factly.

I expressed a desire to see Sir Golfsalot dragged behind a car. Did I cross a line? If so, what line? And how?

“This is the same bullsh*t we’re dragging Lois Lerner over the coals for. “

No this is not the same thing. I doubt Jr. is using the full force of the Federal Government to investigate and harass his political enemies. Nor will he be investigated by the Congress.

            Fallacious logic.

The common denominator between both cases is the individuals did something for which there will be consequences. That’s life.

          • AT

No, this is the exact same thing. You single out someone you don’t like, and target them for as much pain and misery as you can cause them – feeling completely justified in doing so, because you’re only a step or two on on the asshole ladder as him.

          • Thale Taxurfeet

And no, Lerner is in her current fix for using the power of her position to harass people. The issue in her case is, if you are a Government Widget who has sworn to uphold the law, don’t break the effin laws.

In Jr’s case, if you are an ordinary citizen, don’t threaten people.

Both Lerner and Jr. should bear the burden of the consequences of their actions.

P.S. I single out no one. I apply my principles as consistently as I possibly can.

          • AT

            Or else!

“Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary.”

            That about sum it up?

          • Thale Taxurfeet

Your words, not mine. And you continue to exaggerate. Is this your standard method of discussion?

Why don’t you quote my words and we’ll go from there… You ascribing violence to me in the case of Junior’s stupidity is getting tiresome.

I’ve got to feed about two dozen horses in a few minutes, so I’ll look for your quotes of me saying I want to physically harm Junior when I get back.

Updated: Three hours later and I’m still waiting for you to quote me AT.

Updated: Five hours later and I’m still waiting for you to quote me AT.

          • AT

There’s no response to be had here – you’re trying to personalize the matter. The discussion turns on whether it’s OK to take vindictive retaliatory action on someone’s personal life because you don’t like what they said on twitter.

If we’re OK with messing with his job (which is what people are defending here – generally on the basis that, since that’s what they’d do to us it’s what we should do right back to them), are we also OK with messing with his car? His family? His life? When does the response to this jerk become even more asshole than the things he said?

          • Thale Taxurfeet

I’m not trying to personalize anything. I can only work from my frame of reference which is based on not threatening others with violence. Period. Full stop.

I am not messing with anyone’s property, family, or life in retaliation..

What I will not do is condemn anyone for letting the employer of this jerk know that he threatened a woman.

Hell, if the target of his threat wished to press charges against the fellow in criminal or civil court, I might write her a check to assist in the costs.

Junior aka Jerk is approximately 23 years old. If he does not yet know it’s not only bad juju to threaten others with violence, but can become a serious legal matter, it’s high time he learned.

His attempt to frighten, intimidate, or whatever the eff the little jerk had in mind is not acceptable nor excusable. Not to me. Nor should it be to anyone who wants some semblance of responsible and respectful conduct to return to the public forum.

Again, if you want to hit me for something I said or did, have the courtesy to stick to exactly what I said or did.

          • AT

What I will not do is condemn anyone for letting the employer of this jerk know that he threatened a woman.

Why not? Why’s it his work’s concern at all? If your answer is going to be, “Because his boss deserves to know who’s working for him” – sorry, but no. That’s a cop out. And if it were a feral gang of liberals doing it to a conservative because he exercises first amendment rights (however tactlessly), we’d all be rightfully crying foul.

It’s just a dick move, plain and simple. That’s what nobody here wants to cop to, even though it’s plain as the nose on your face. It’s a dick move. There’s nothing righteous about it. Couching it in “public safety” or “watch what you say” is disingenuous, because they’re all clearly delighting in coming up with ways to screw this guy over for his offensive speech.

Junior aka Jerk is approximately 23 years old. If he does not yet know it’s not only bad juju to threaten others with violence, but can become a serious legal matter, it’s high time he learned.

Which is a job for the police, the courts, and a jury of his peers. Not for a bunch of hot-headed internet commenters out for their pound of flesh, seizing upon whatever opportunity they can to get it.

            >His attempt to frighten, intimidate, or whatever the eff the little jerk had in mind is not acceptable nor excusable.

You’re right, it’s not. But let’s be serious here. His comments are eye-rollingly stupid bluster from a punk kid with a keyboard and probably a few too many wine coolers. If you’re claiming that you’re “frightened, intimidated, or whatever” – then I’d posit you’re putting on a show to rationalize your behavior.

Holly Fisher doesn’t appear the least bit “frightened, intimated, or whatever.” That’s because the empty threats of internet nobodies are laughable at best.

If it turns out you’ve got a real, actual psycho on your hands, and not some pissed of berkeley student working part time in a starbucks, then call the cops. Short of that, they’re a tattling narc with a vindictive streak toward people who disagree with them.

Nor should it be to anyone who wants some semblance of responsible and respectful conduct to return to the public forum.

But that has to come back voluntarily – not at the barrel of a metaphorical gun held by a gang with a vindictive streak.

Otherwise it’s not “respectful and responsible conduct” – it’s intimidation by a lynch mob commanding that you toe a line they draw.

          • Thale Taxurfeet

I know you’re not interested in my opinion, you are only interested in
convincing me that I am wrong, an asshole, or a dick depending on your
state of eloquence at the moment. Even so, I will make one last pass in an attempt to explain this from the view of someone from a age when people were held to account for their words and acts.

“Why not? Why’s it his work’s concern at all? If your answer is going to
be, “Because his boss deserves to know who’s working for him” – sorry,
            but no. That’s a cop out. “

As I’ve already said, more than once, if I owned or ran a business I would want to know of any individual in my employ who made threats of violence towards others, in the ether or meatspace. Having been in business for over three decades and consulted with more than a few other companies/corporations over that period, I can safely say most I knew employers would.

I’ll not bore you with tales from old men. Of being considered and conducting themselves as men at 23, of knowing their words are tied to them, as is their conduct. Notions from another age I know, but that is how I was raised and where my frame of reference is located. Until you are rid of me, and others cut from the same cloth, you are going to have to deal with it.

None of that is not a cop out, it’s simply who some of us happen to be.

Not to mention what is heard from everyone in the aftermath of a shooting is the lament, ‘Oh why, oh why did not someone speak of the anger, the odd behaviors, and the threats the shooter had made?’

This is usually the point at which the Left wringing their hands, and wailing aloud maneuvers to limit the 2A rights of millions of others.

“His comments are eye-rollingly stupid bluster from a punk kid with a

I’m not claiming to be afraid sport. Matter of fact, were it my
relative he threatened, I’d have the law on his ass in a heartbeat. You need to read more closely or put more effort into choosing your pronouns.

Stupid bluster? His comments are threats of violence made towards a young woman and
            mother
who had the nerve to talk about how the ACA affected her child’s
access to a specialist. I repeat. I do not know if that is bluster or if it could escalate if ignored. Neither do you.

A tattling narc? Ewww… that is so hurtful. *spit* Take your silly assed names calling to a spot where the sun does not shine.

As I’ve also said, I have had experience with smart assed little shits who wanted to try to threaten and intimidate. My wife was in fear in the first case, and carrying our second child in the second. It did not end well for the the asses who made the mistake of harassing her.

“But that has to come back voluntarily – not at the barrel of a metaphorical gun held by a gang with a vindictive streak.”

Being vindictive has nothing to do with demanding others understand there will be consequences for their attempts to threaten others.

To take it one step further, responsible and respectful conduct has a better chance of returning to the public forum when people who previously thought they could threaten and attempt to intimidate others with impunity find that others will not put up with such conduct.

” it’s intimidation by a lynch mob commanding that you toe a line they draw.”

I’m not a lynch mob nor am I supporting anything beyond reporting the threats junior made.

For the nth time, this 23 year old made a public threat of violence against a person
who holds an opposing world view. I do not know if this
individual should be taken seriously or not, but neither do
you, unless you personally know this jerk
            .

You want something to complain about, complain about a 23 year old jackass who threatened a mom trying to cope with a sick child, or take a pass at threatening me or mine. Better yet, do it in person, I’ll pay for a bus ticket. Afterwards you can whine about the fairness of the consequences of such actions.

I’m through with you. Have a nice day.

As I’ve also said, I have had experience with little jerks who wanted to try to threaten and intimidate. My wife was in fear in the first case, and was carrying our second child in the second. It did not end well for the the jerks who made the mistake of harassing her. You want to play the junior brown shirt game of violent intimidation of political opponents, go to a third world country or be prepared for push back.

“But that has to come back voluntarily – not at the barrel of a metaphorical g u n held by a gang with a vindictive streak.”

Being vindictive has nothing to do with demanding others
understand there will be consequences for their attempts to threaten others.

To take it one step further, responsible and respectful conduct has a better chance of returning to the public forum when people who previously thought they could threaten and attempt to intimidate others with impunity find that others will not put up with such conduct.

            ” it’s intimidation by a lynch mob
commanding that you toe a line they draw.”

            I’m not a l y n c h mob nor am I supporting anything beyond
reporting the threats junior made, but in this case there is a glaring line that you should toe; DO NOT THREATEN OTHERS WITH VIOLENCE, unless you are prepared for what may follow.

For the nth time, this 23 year old made a public threat of
violence against a person who holds an opposing world view. I do not know if this individual should be taken seriously or not, but neither do you, unless you personally know this jerk.

I know you’re not interested in my opinion, you are only interested in convincing me that I am wrong, an asshole, or a dick depending on your state of eloquence at the moment.

That’s a bold statement considering I’ve not said anything to that effect. Isn’t that what you were complaining to me about?

But since you’ve opened that door, I know that you’re not interested in hearing anything other than your existing conclusion which is why – watch – you’ll spend the rest of your argument deferring to the bullsh*t argument that this was somehow a realistic “threat” to an innocent woman and that this guy is a danger in waiting – all so that you can rationalize an unjustifiable retribution.

Am I right so far? Let’s keep reading.

I would want to know of any individual in my employ who made threats of violence towards others, in the ether or meat-space.

A coworker and I were discussing another person today (the husband of a friend of ours that’s fidelity-challenged and recently brought home a STD) and I remarked to him, “Man, I’d really like to kick his ass.” He agreed with me. It’s an off-the-cuff remark that doesn’t carry with it any actual intent to go physically assault someone.

Under your rubric though, I suppose that’s something that you should now go running to my boss to narc me out on because, under your position, I’ve overtly announced that I’m a serious danger to this man. In fact, I’ve done it twice – once to my friend, and now here. You going to start googling me to track down my company and report me?

            Or would that be stupid?

IN FACT, I’d be willing to bet that you’re the kind of guy that, if you’d been in that conversation and knew the guy – you’d probably vocally agree with me.

But, your desire to take retributive action on a punk who said mean things on the internet forces you to take the absurd position that being a petty, vindictive narc is – somehow – a reasonable thing for a person to do in response.

            It’s not.

Of being considered and conducting themselves as men at 23, of knowing their words are tied to them, as is their conduct.

And if someone finds that conduct offensive/threatening, they should howl about it to that person’s employeer and pressure a firing.

Like they did to Brendan Eich, right? His words/conduct are tied to him – and people didn’t like them, and tattled to his boss. Guess we should all just keep our views to ourselves. Never know who when we’re going to upset a vindictive bully.

In another vein I’ll mention what is heard from everyone in the aftermath of a s h o o ting is the lament, ‘Oh why, oh why did not someone speak of the anger, the odd behaviors, and the threats the s h o o ter had made?’

It wouldn’t have mattered if they did. You can’t arrest someone for talking about their violent fantasies. (Unless you’re for speech/thought police, of course.) You can arrest them when they evidence a plan to act – but that can’t be reasonably concluded from this tweet. Not even a little bit.

And what the heck would getting them fired do to help? Teach him a lesson in civility? No. It wouldn’t. IN FACT, I’d posit that it would only enrage him further and make HIM want to take some revenge.

Like I quoted – it leaves everyone blind.

Stupid bluster? His comments are threats of violence made towards a young womanand mother

Did I call that, or what?

If you really believe that – then why are you defending those who would take it into your own hands (on the freakin’ internet!)? Why would you think that narcing him out to his work would help? If you’re REALLY that concerned about the welfare of this young woman and mother – why aren’t you calling the police?

It did not end well for the the jerks who made the mistake of harassing her.

Yea, I get it. You’re the tougher internet bully. You and your mob.

To take it one step further, responsible and respectful conduct has a better chance of returning to the public forum

True, but that doesn’t mean people aren’t free in this nation to be complete jerks.

DO NOT THREATEN OTHERS WITH VIOLENCE, unless you are prepared for what may follow.

There it is again. Relying exclusively on the notion that this was some kind of realistic, legitimate threat.

            Give. me. a. break.

If you truly believe that – if you truly believe that – then EVERY SINGLE DAY you come to Twitchy, where they post the horrible things that people say toward any number of people, should result in you obsessively calling up police stations across the nation (world!) to warn these soon-to-be-victims of the threatening punk kid on the internet writing abhorrent “threatening” things.

Somehow, I doubt that’s what consumes your days. So, please – stop insulting my intelligence, and drop this ridiculous rationalizing.

You want your pound of flesh. I get it. You want this uncivil, irresponsible, disrespectful jerk to get a tough lesson in manners. You want your “consequences” for the awful things he said. What’s being discussed in this thread is NOT the right way to do it. That just makes the people suggesting it here assholes of an equal or greater degree.

For the nth time, this 23 year old made a public threat of violence against a person who holds an opposing world view.

            AT for the hat trick.

“Public threat of violence.” How’d you even type that with a straight face?

You want something to complain about, complain about a 23 year old jackass who threatened a stoning and rape against a mom trying to cope with a sick child.

I do. I’ve repeatedly expressed how awful and despicable the things he said was. If he said it to my face, I’d be inclined to feed him four knuckles and a ring (OMG, QUICK CALL MY BOSS – INTERNET THREAT, INTERNET THREAT!!!). What he said was wrong.

What people said and advocated in response, was just as wrong. And you KNOW it. But you won’t admit it because, at the end of the day, all you want is for this kid to get what’s coming to him.

WHICH MAKES YOU NO BETTER THAN HIM.

            *mic drop*

          • Thale Taxurfeet

Well good evening AT… I thought I heard the PC making new mail noises…

            Regarding your usage of asshole, dick and narc references in comments to me;

“That’s a bold statement considering I’ve not said anything to that effect. Isn’t that what you were complaining to me about?”

So you were speaking of everyone in general terms when you used those descriptors, ok. I try not to address people using such terms so they do not think I am personally attacking them. I’ll accept that was not your intent and I’ll spend a bit more time hashing this over.

Bear with me. Busy day, and a bit on the late side. I’m babysitting an injured wife this evening.

“you’ll spend the rest of your argument deferring to the bullsh*t argument that this was somehow a realistic “threat” to an innocent woman and that this guy is a danger in waiting”

If you re-read what I’ve said, I made the admission that I do not know the jerks intent. I can not gage from my place whether or not he is a serious threat. All I can go on are his words. I’ve also said that just as I do not know, you can not assure me that this fellow is not an actual threat in the making. You assume he’s all noise.

If you re-read everything I’ve said, you will notice that I did not say I would call his employer(s) to demand he be fired, but I said I would not condemn anyone who did.

I also said I think most employers would want to know of an employee who would publicly write such vile, threatening BS. I know I would.

Men saying such crap to a woman and a young mother dealing with a sick child is just not acceptable in my book.

I can’t discount there may be a bit of wanting the law to visit junior for some follow up. I image it might be good for junior too. Maybe prevent junior from getting carried away figuratively and literally . My opinion. On this we disagree. So be it.

What I did say I would actively support is helping the young Fisher lady through a donation of cash, if she decided to contact law enforcement, press charges or seek legal counsel.

            “rationalize an unjustifiable retribution.”

So we’re back to what you consider to be justifiable versus my take on justifiable. As I said, when some 23 year old schmuck talks about jackasses raping the woman and stoning her to death.. He may be talking crap, but he may have more than talk in mind. As I said, I do not know, and neither do you.

I’ve also been pretty consistent in saying the law is the proper avenue to take when something like this is in question.

I don’t make threats, I don’t destroy property, or any of the other acts you seem to want to drag into the conversation with me. If others do, take it up with them.

“You can’t arrest someone for talking about their violent fantasies. (Unless you’re for speech/thought police, of course.) You can arrest them when they evidence a plan to act – but that can’t be reasonably concluded from this tweet. Not even a little bit.”

I looked up Florida law on this matter, I’m not going to say yes or no, but the letter of the law says junior can be prosecuted.

            Reference The 2013 Florida Statutes
            Title XLVI
            CRIMES
            Chapter 836
DEFAMATION; LIBEL; THREATENING LETTERS AND SIMILAR OFFENSES”836.05

I would give you the link, but I’m sure you can find it from the above.

That said, I understand your point. It’s possible I might be more inclined to agree with ignoring the jerk if my wife had not been harassed. She was, it was ugly. So from there I have my frame of reference. I hope you never have a similar experience.

I think I’ve also mentioned, if not for so many young people losing their grip and going on to k i l l others, I might even be more inclined to blow off this jerks comments, All things taken together, I’m not.

As I say, you just do not threaten people with violence. Tell them you disagree with them, you think they are slime, jerks or whatever, but unless you want to be under a microscope, do not threaten them.

“It did not end well for the the jerks who made the mistake of harassing her.”

“Yea, I get it. You’re the tougher internet bully. You and your mob.”

And you assume that I’m claiming some vigilante operation? How do you arrive at that conclusion? I have no need to claim to be a tough guy or anything other than what I am.

I worked with law enforcement in both instances. While I’ll admit that it would have been satisfying to personally field-dress the scum harassing my wife, it might not have been so good for her or the children if I did time in jail.

“There it is again. Relying exclusively on the notion that this was some kind of realistic, legitimate threat.”

And how do you know it was not? How do you know this is not an indication that this 23 year old satirist is not heading towards acting on such threatening comments?

“I’ve repeatedly expressed how awful and despicable the things he said was.”

            On this we can agree.

If he said it to my face, I’d be inclined to feed him four knuckles and a ring (OMG, QUICK CALL MY BOSS – INTERNET THREAT, INTERNET THREAT!!!). What he said was wrong.”

If I know you and I heard you say that I would be able to judge the probability of your acting on the threat. If you were my friend, I would do everything I could to prevent you from screwing up your future, but I don’t know you, so it’s good that you do not make similar threats towards others.

I’ll grant you that people say too much hateful threatening BS on the Internet every day, and yes most of it is BS. And no I do not jump on every instance of dumbass… So I concede that point to you.

“WHICH MAKES YOU NO BETTER THAN HIM.”

Yeah, in your opinion I may be a bad person for not condemning someone who gives the jerk’s employer a heads up on this. I’ll just have to live with that.

You have a good evening AT.

            P.S. Don’t forget your mic.

P.P.S. Why are your comments Private? Just curious as to why folks lock their comments?

          • AT

but I said I would not condemn anyone who did.

            Why not?

At the end of the day, within the repeated arguments we go over, it ultimately comes down to that point. We can argue about whether it’s a true threat until our fingers bleed – but, really, it’s irrelevant, because the real issue is the behavior of “the rest of the internet” in their response. I get that you have your personal experiences, and I get that we have to adjust our paradigms in the face of the random psychos that suddenly pop up and gun down a kindergarten. But what is the appropriate reaction to something like this, by us – the peanut gallery?

I do condemn the people who go out of their way to try to ruin the lives of internet punks that offend/”threaten” them or someone with whom they’ve sided. It’s one thing to sit here and express our shared contempt. It’s a whole other thing for those scouring the internet for this guy’s personal information so they can go on the offensive against his work/family/friends/whatever. As I said, I think it’s a dick move.

            Why don’t you?

What is it you approve of in that particular behavior/action?

PS. I know it may seem as if we’re at odds with each other, but please know that I appreciate your thoughts on the subject. We certainly have different styles – but it’s nice to speak with someone who actually gives genuine consideration to the points. With that in mind, you have a good night yourself. I look forward to picking this up tomorrow.

PPS. I’m pretty sure “private” is a default setting. Maybe some box I clicked when I signed up. I’ve never messed with Disqus enough to find out. What would be the point?

          • Thale Taxurfeet

Still up… Wife has to take pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds every four hours due to a horse stepping on one of her feet. I’ve got the duty until I can get some nap time between doses and feedings.

To the matter of scouring the internet for personal info on the felIow, I have no interest in doing that. It does remind me of a mob looking for some quick justice

My approach, given it’s an interstate matter and not one that is of the face to face variety, would be to involve the law through an attorney. To do that the target of the threat needs to contact the legal widgets/LEO’s/DA.

My governor is that I’ve always tried to live up to the notion of law and order –the Federal Government’s behavior these last 6 years have almost shot that notion in the arse– upholding my sworn oaths, etc. Hence my willingness to actively participate in this matter in so far as writing her a check to help support her should she pursue legal recourse.

On the other hand, and considering junior’s behavior to be counter to everything I was taught about being a man, and everything I tried to teach my children about respecting others even when you disagree with their ideas and opinions. Well, that probably accounts for why I can
not bring myself to condemn anyone giving his employers a heads-up. Frankly, the young male individual disgusts me.

Beyond that, I think junior needs a serious wakeup call before his mouth overloads his backend.

I may be a VRWC and a knuckle-dragger from way back, but I would want to help any fellow citizen in her position in any way I could. My sworn oaths limit my options.

I see an opening for a couple of hours of nap time!

            Adios.

Ha! My reply was caught by the MOD filtered.

            Take 2:

I know you’re not interested in my opinion, you are only
interested in convincing me that I am wrong, an asshole, or a dick depending on your state of eloquence at the moment. Even so, I will make one last pass in an attempt to explain this from the view of someone from an age when people were held to account for their words and acts.

“Why not? Why’s it his work’s concern
at all? If your answer is going to be, “Because his boss deserves to know who’s working for him” – sorry, but no. That’s a cop out.”

As I’ve already said, more than once, if I owned and/or managed a business I would want to know of any individual in my employ who made threats of violence towards others, in the ether or meat-space. Having been in business for over three decades and consulted with more than a few other companies/corporations over that period, I can safely say most employers that I knew would.

None of that is a cop out, it’s simply who some of us
            happen to be.

In another vein I’ll mention what is heard from everyone in the aftermath of a s h o o ting is the lament, ‘Oh why, oh why did not someone speak of the anger, the odd behaviors, and the threats the s h o o ter had made?’

This is usually the point at which the Left wrings their hands, and wails aloud while maneuvering to limit the 2A rights of millions of others.

“His comments are eye-rollingly stupid bluster from a punk kid with a keyboard and probably a few too many wine coolers. If you’re claiming that you’re “frightened, intimidated, or whatever” – then I’d posit you’re putting on a show to rationalize your behavior.”

I’m not claiming to be afraid. Matter of fact, were it my relative he threatened, I’d have the law on his ass in a heartbeat. You need to read more closely/carefully or put more effort into choosing your pronouns.

Stupid bluster? His comments are threats of violence made towards a young womanand mother who had the nerve to talk about how the ACA affected her child’s access to a specialist. I repeat. I do not know if that is bluster or if it could escalate if ignored. Neither do you.

I applaud publicizing this vile little twerp, with his NAME. The left has not a second’s hesitation at endangering our safety and our livelihoods by publicizing our comments. This Hobby Lobby Holly girl…

If I were a little more jaded, I might be persuaded to believe that she is trying to ride her personal tragedy into a Fox News gig or some other sort of Conservative celebrity.

    • NRPax

Oh please; you already think that as it is. Your passive aggressive BS isn’t fooling anyone.

    • Jessie Dalton

Well, she is bragging about it on her Facebook Page.

      First commandment of Obama:
Thou shalt not provide any tangible proof of the disaster, failure or threat to human life that Obamacare is.
Anyone found doing so will be ridiculed relentlessly, discredited, threatened with murder, rape and torture and shunned from society.

    • tops116 ✓Quipper

Don’t go being mad at Holly just because she provided yet another example of why Obama’s “signature piece of legislation” is a load of crap. You really have to come to terms with the fact that Obamacare is a failure and stop being passive-aggressive against a mother with a sick kid.

How does Fox News figure into this? Does a cable news network disturb you that much that you have to work them in a comment thread that has nothing at all to do with them?

no, the call for her rape and stoning by @PatKasprik on twitter is the new low… every one should contact http://www.supatx.com/contact/ and let them know what a sick dangerous man they have in their employment… He also hates “ole whites and christians”. Hate and racism is alive in well on both sides of political lines. hypocritical to say the least with all the “tolerance” spoken from the mouths of liberal left… as if they cornered the market on that word… when spewing such hate and violence on a woman as is being done on twitter to this woman. But any man who endorses Rape… is a danger to any women who may encounter him…. let his employer hear it is NOT acceptable when working with the public.

  • Frogmouth

I’m unclear as to…well, most of what he thinks, I guess…but mostly what he’s getting at with the tweet about voting in a Baptist church.

I’m an atheist and have no qualms or misgivings about churches opening their spaces to be used as polling places. I have no fear that the church is, in any way, influencing either the outcome of the election or the policies and laws enacted by those elected simply because a room in the basement is used to set up some voting booths. It is, in fact, the separation of Church and State that allows this.

I doubt any voter is going to be swayed to vote for a fundamentalist Christian simply because he goes to vote in a Baptist church. Or Catholic. Or Methodist. And I doubt the churches believe they will, either.

But how does Mr. Kasprik feel about the voting booths in a public school featuring a giant wall-sized mural of Obama?

    • Squirrel!

I used to vote at a car dealership. Odd? Yes, very. It didn’t persuade me to buy a car though.

      • Frogmouth

When I was a lad, many precincts in Chicago had their polling places in taverns. The first time I voted was in the back room of a local joint.

Alcohol service was suspended (nudgenudge, winkwink) until the polls closed but it was a common sight to see a city vehicle pull up, deposit what we used to call “bums” onto the sidewalk where they were hustled into the taproom and refreshed with a “soft drink” before casting their votes.

Some people with relatives in the employ of the City told tales of how these men of leisure voted in several different precincts and how they or their relative earned overtime pay for driving these shuttle services.

Of course, that’s just anecdote. Voter fraud is not a real thing.

        • Squirrel!

          Say it ain’t so!

    • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

Look, until someone beats these people down with force, they’re going to keep doing this.

Yes, it is “wrong” to do so. I get that. However, no conflict has ever, EVER, been resolved without force.

The law did not protect the colonials, hashtag diplomacy didn’t stop 9/11, and everything being done today is for attention.

And until that attention starts hitting people monetarily (with fines, making obscene hate speech like this illegal) or physically (Fisher actually going down there and shooting whomever tries to rape her, in self defense) NOTHING will be accomplished.

It’s wrong…but treason was wrong too…and that’s just what we celebrated on the 4th: High treason.

    • Nahalban

I don’t know taking a man or woman’s livelihood is pretty serious. I agree that what he said was way way way far out of line but I think what would be better is if someone called him out face to face.

      • QueenB

You really think he doesn’t live in moms’ basement? Let her pay the bills since she raised such a fine boy.

      • Paladin

Ruining someone’s livelihood is perfectly justifiable in this situation.

They’re out of line, and nothing verbal is going to change their tone. There’s a difference between having a different opinion and being a waste of space. They want to ruin the livelihood of everyone that works at hobby lobby by “burning them all down” and now they want to rape Holly Fisher.

Ruining the livelihood is the LEAST that should happen to them.

We’re not dealing with just differing opinions any longer, the fight has gotten real, and these cowards need to find out that they are going to pay (pocket or with teeth) for being this obscene.

It’s wrong, but what other choice is there? Make it illegal, or remind him why our veterans are conservative.

        • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

Let’s be clear-HE is ruining his own livelihood by saying threatening things while not adequately covering his identity.
          Actions=consequences. It’s on him.

    • therealguyfaux ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

“Satire” presupposes a social order that there ought to be and how the state of affairs we are in falls short of that, done by use of exaggeration or grotesquerie usually delivered deadpan. Satire is essentially moralistic.

Most of what the Left does is not satire, but “ridicule.” And hey, I’ve done a bit of that too, in my day. But let’s not confuse “neener-neener-neener!” with anything requiring thought and discernment. I don’t.

” Threatening women with violence must be taken seriously.”

Threats towards anyone merits a closer look.

Damn I’m old. I was taught that you did not threaten people, especially females. Males making threats towards females is just about as sub-whale-excrement as one can go.

Yup old junior attempted to strike fear in the target of the threat, but when push-back occurred, he claimed it was all in jest.

Meaning we should not take the little fellow seriously. We certainly do not want to harm the little dears self-esteem. Not unless and until after he actually acts on his threats.

I hear where you’re coming from, but at what do point we stop turning each other in? That’s my greater concern…the man said what he said, and then he doubled down, and yes he’s vile and an idiot to boot…but what do his ignorant beliefs have to do with how he does his job? I’ve seen this happen (cyber-snitching) to people who expressed actual, factual opinions (as opposed to the bile he spewed), I don’t like it no matter which side it comes from. It’s a bad trend.

        • Thale Taxurfeet

A threat of violence merits close scrutiny. Don’t want someone on your behind with a magnifying glass? Do not threaten violence against others.

And impassioned, opinionated discussions are not necessarily threatening… To my mind there is quite a gulf between the two.

  • fantasywriter

Haven’t liberal women’s groups publicly come out against rape jokes as being offensive and insensitive toward women who have been raped? That make perfect sense to me. So, why is this guy getting a pass. Why aren’t more angry liberals going after him for being so insensitive and offensive?

    • David

He gets a pass because the object of his hate is a conservative. Conservative women don’t rate support from the feminists.

    • rainman

It’s okay if it’s Sandra Bernhardt or Bill Mahr calling for women to be raped, so it must be okay, as long as you say the magic word “satire.” (And it’s a conservative woman.)

    • journogal

Liberal women don’t believe conservative women are true women, so statements like above get a pass.

  • halflight

His twitter page just went down. I guess threatening women with rape doesn’t go over too well.

  • Jan Ciaston

Really nice, well adjusted lad. It’s obvious he’s gonna’ go far in the world – Democrat precinct captain or Planned Parenthood file clerk. Even ACORN receptionist isn’t completely out of the range of possibilities for this genius.

    • AlanABQ

Hell, with such amazing satirical wit, he’ll be teaching classes at Berkeley before you can say “utterly useless frauds in higher education”.

  • LibertyDwells

The imbecile wouldn’t know satire if it kicked him in the nuts he doesn’t have. He was just desperate to come up with some cover and, failing that, he yanked his Twitter page. Too bad EVERYONE already knows who he is…

  • AZWarrior

More proof liberals are intolerant schitt flinging homo and atheist assclowns.

  • tops116 ✓Quipper

So, wanting to stone someone or see someone raped isn’t hateful? Oh, he played the “it was satire” card, so it must be okay. Yeah, ’cause everyone always takes that as a legitimate excuse. 😐

Liberals aren’t much for tolerance, are they? Rhetorical question, of course.

  • Jer

    War on Women Warrior’s Handbook.

Chapter 8, Satire, How To Do.

    1. Make vile, disgusting, violent, misogynistic comments against conservative woman.

    2. Get called out on it.

    3. Claim it was “satire.”

    4. Go merrily on one’s way, without benefit of self-awareness or sense of irony.

    5. Repeat as necessary

  • spiritsax1

Funny, went to search for him on twitter and lo and behold, he’s gone!

  • Bear1909

Liberals like to say “Wow!” “Scary!” and “Really?” when they snark or try to win an argument. Or, the other one is “Wow! Just Wow!” They’re going to die from shame in the coming economic meltdown. They won’t know what to “say”. For them, it’s the words, always the war of words, and twisted meanings.

    • FishinBuddy

Watching them melt will be delicious. (Only because I care)

Or I could come down there and you could try stoning me. Just remember, my ugly mug would be the last thing you saw.

  • rennyangel2

The left is centered in their lower, reptilian brain where hate and fear are located. Anyone who thinks losing a baby’s cardiologist is reason to call for rape of the mother deserves a death penalty.

  • Maxsteele

The same PatKasprick that has a photo of himself smoking a bong on his twitter. Guess he has his priorities straight.

  • Zorro

Another liberal Democrat mouthing off. Yawn.

  • genes ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

Maybe he can show me where Jesus Christ endorsed or advocated rape? Or killing non-believers?

  • TTTCOTTH

Patrick Kasprik does room service at Disneyworld. Fitting

    • rainman

Good to know. I’ve also sent a message to Disney. This animal should not have access to rooms where women and children are.

    • AlanABQ

I’m betting that’s not the only “service” he provides in hotel rooms…

  • rainman

Don’t worry, Patrick. If your employer cancels your job, you’ll be free to find another one. It was just a junk job anyway.

  • trangbang68

    Nice beak Patrick,

  • bobbymike34

Little leftist cowardly crap weasel typical hit and run tactics. I have asked myself many times what ‘man’ could be liberal in this country.

Conservative men at party – Let’s talk economics, freedom, hunting, football, military history, Kate Upton :), the speedboat I am buying and baseball while drinking beer eating a giant steak.

Liberal men at party – Let’s talk abortion, contraceptives, how Obama is my messiah, Pelosi and Reid, taxing the rich, someone should pay for my education, soccer while eating gluten free tasteless crap sipping a ‘French’ wine (cause everything America does sucks)

I don’t know any man who would be at the ‘liberal’ party.

    • AlanABQ

“Liberal men” is a contradiction of terms.

  • JustEric

Account’s showing as locked down now. Guess we know why he wants to the use a donkey…he lacks the required equipment. Pansy.

Glad his account is gone. He’s an immature imbecile, at the least. At the worst, he’s a sociopath who has the potential for being very dangerous.

    • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

I hate it when they chicken out and delete their comments or accounts. If you say it, stand by it. I don’t want people with opposing opinions shut up. I revel in it every time a left winger opens their yap and proves that the party that claims to love women, brown and black people is the bunch with the most vile names for all those groups and the most hate in their hearts.

      • Linda

Ha, you revel every time a SUPPOSED left winger opens their mouth while you broad brush an entire party.

        • journogal

Just like you broad brush the Tea Party and conservatives. I know…one liberal doesn’t represent liberals to you, but one conservative is a definite representation of all conservatives. And don’t deny that you don’t do it. You’ve been called out above about it.

  • old motorcycle enthusiast

You can ALWAYS write the little turd on Facebook. Just search under all 3 of his names, he even proved the same picture he used on his Twitter account.

Progressives are REALLY dumb aren’t they?

    • Guest

      • old motorcycle enthusiast

By all 3 names I meant First, Middle and Last names. Otherwise I would not have suggested it. A dumb ~18 year old kid that erased his Twitter account when he was caught and got replies (by the dozen). The moron even posted where he worked!!

  • Linda

Truly amazing how this thread turned into a “bash the liberals” instead of being about this one sicko. If you all really think that liberals condone this kind of behavior, you need a shrink as much as this idiot does.

    • RememberSekhmet

If every nutty thing someone calling themselves conservative does is attributed to reasonable folks like me, You get to enjoy the brush of tar back in your face when your Pajama Boy friends talk about [email protected] conservative women.

      • JOE6PACK

Don’t you see? When a muslim terrorist openly admits to wanting to behead the infidel…it’s just a lone muslim. When a liberal guy walks into a theatre and guns down a group of people….again…lone gunman…

But when ONE ‘conservative’ does or says anything wrong….All of a sudden it’s ALL conservatives.

        See how that works?

        Clever little schits, ain’t they?

    • mike_in_kosovo

Truly amazing how this thread turned into a “bash the liberals” instead of being about this one sicko.

Let me recall you to your statements about the couple that killed the two cops in regard to the tea party.

    • journogal

You don’t have any problem lumping conservatives together.
It’s funny, though, you never see liberals calling this person out. Never. Just like liberals don’t call out the ones who have said other vile things about conservative women and conservative minorities.

    • Jeffrey Rogers

You are right. Not all libs are like this. Only around 85-90%.

    • AlanABQ

Except this type of vitriol is rarely (if indeed ever) limited to “one sicko”. Just go back & look at all the pure hatred poured out on Sarah Palin – and her children! – in 2008 alone.
Tell me that this type of behavior isn’t condoned & I’ll gladly laugh you right off the internet. It’s not merely condoned; it’s encouraged & accepted.
But I’ll make a deal with you: if you can show me where so-called comediennes like Margaret Cho, Janeane Garfalo, Sandra Bernhard, and Roseanne Barr have stood up and denounced things like this, I’ll retract what I said.
      Deal?

Good ol’ “progressives”! Keepin’ it classy.
Rape isn’t funny…unless we’re talking about men in prison or conservative and/or Christian women, ESPECIALLY if they’re ‘minority’ women.

So many double standards from the “progressives”… Like how Republicans and conservatives are racist because they never reach out to minorities, but whenever minorities DO become Republicans or conservatives, then they become “uncle toms” or, as Sandra Bernard said of women like Sarah Palin, “Uncle women”…or generally “race traitors”. It’s one of the great political ruses of all time.

  • Ferdinand Marcos 2.0

  • Richard Staccone

He is a punk and the others like him, this woman only wants her baby to be well taken care of, how can these people not support her? Put yourself in her shoes, how would you like losing your child’s doctor? A doctor that has proven competent and that she feels confident in?

    • tedlv

Liberals want all babies to die before they are able to leave the womb. Why would they care about babies that are born alive, with medical issues?

  • http://poeditservices.com Dan Abbett

What is it about an independent woman that doesn’t cow to the typical liberal intimidation and slander tactics that sends them into such a foaming froth? Her only complaint to start with was because she lost her child’s pediatric doctor because of Obamacare.

But the left just won’t abide the truth about the disaster that is Obamacare so she had to be smeared. It didn’t work then, it isn’t working now and it isn’t ever going to work. What the libs just never will understand is that true conservatives like Holly have “a whole lot of backup.”

    • JOE6PACK

Liberals have proclaimed themselves the owners of all women and minorities. They get real touchy when their ‘property’ steps out of line.

  • AlanABQ

Patty KasPrick’s disingenuous claim of satire might make a little sense if the diminutive little sissy knew what the term “satire” meant.
Just like the majority of his ilk, he really seems to believe that being rude & hateful is the same thing as being witty & interesting.
But hey – this is the same guy who was busted plying drugs and booze to kids at a party…
Gee, I wonder why he would do that…? (because in addition to being a little punk, he’s also a f**king chickenhawk)

    • Notgonnahappen77

Actually he was found not guilty and it was thrown out of court. Sadly you dont get to read that in the arrest record. But then again, you people will always judge others even though the bible tells ya not to.

      • AlanABQ

Dry your eyes, princess. You’re crying over the fact that people are calling him out on his bullshit, but I’d be willing to bet that not once did your womanly comments about how things are so unfair appear on the myriand hate-posts featuring Sarah Palin from 2008 to this very day.
It’s a little bit telling that you’re outraged by “you people” (meaning us mean ol’ conservatives) but don’t seem to be so bothered by what your little crush KasPrick was advocating.

        • Notgonnahappen77

Hes not advocating anything. He was showing the Hypocrisy
of what this woman stands for when she holds that bible. And none of you are calling out any bull shit. The only thing you are doing is nit picking 1 or 2 words and ignoring the rest of the tweet. He ended his tweets with the same thing every time, “You know, religious fundamentalism…” Its very obvious what he was trying to reference.

  • Linda F.

I think I just found the jerk’s Facebook account. I’m tempted to give him a piece of my mind, but he’s not worth it. He doesn’t deserve the best remarks that I can offer. Needless to say, he’s under the false impression that he’s doing women a favor by making remarks like the ones mentioned here. What a joke!

And no, I’m not going to give you guys a link to the Facebook account. You can look him up yourself.

Nice appeal to common sense, William, and I hope it works. But honestly? I think the bigger picture is lost on a few people here, and not just as it regards Twitchy’s integrity. The mob mentality against a private citizen is not good.
Jaysus. I sound like a concern troll but this has been irking me since I read this article.

        • QueenB

I do understand what you’re saying but people are just sick of being dumped on and then expected to just sit there and say, “I respectfully disagree with you.”

      • Notgonnahappen77

To late. His family and his personal info has already been posted here and on other rightwing social media groups. Hes getting death threats. His family is being harassed. And his place of employment is being bombarded with phone calls and emails.

Once again the non violence and turn the other check philosophy has been lost on the lot of you.

        • Elizabeth

I have no sympathy for him or his family. If you’re going to be an a-hole on twitter and stalk and harass someone who doesn’t share the same political ideology that you do – if you’re going to wish rape upon a woman, then you get what you deserve. Maybe Twitchy shouldn’t have posted this story in the first place. They can’t be so naive as to think that this moron wouldn’t have gotten the backlash that he received.

          • Notgonnahappen77

I’m sorry. How did he stalk her? Did he go posting her personal info on the web? Did he show up at her house? Did he call her work or family? You either a dont know what stalking is or are really stretching to try to justify what she and others here did.

          • Elizabeth

            Cyberstalking moron…

          • Notgonnahappen77

I’m the moron while youre the one saying responding to tweets is cyberstalking? The whole point of twitter is for public communication. Hes not the one who went digging through public records request and posting the results online.

          • Elizabeth

How do you know he didn’t call her work, home or family? BTW – where’s the proof to back up your statement that less than 1% of conservatives are non-religious or atheist? You never got back to me on that one although you’ve been replying to everything else for the past hour.

          • journogal

The poster is also up-voting itself as well. I want to know how the poster know for certain that the the guy is getting death threats and his family is being harassed, but it is okay for the guy to say this directly to Holly because he did not call her or show up at her house.

          • Elizabeth

Could it be Patrick or his Mom? Lol! It’s a new account. What a coincidence!

          • journogal

So you approve of what he said on Twitter, which is public and has terms of use? You think this is funny and cute, only to be taken seriously if he had showed up to her house? It’s a great laugh to wish this on conservative females, isn’t it? So funny and mature, not to ever be taken seriously until it’s too late, right? It’s all fun and games, isn’t it?

          • QueenB

We get it….threatening to stone or rape a woman = good. Calling that person out for doing so = bad.

        • QueenB

Sucks when conservatives play by the rules set by the proggies, huh? Just taking a few playas from your book and now you’re butt hurt.

          • Notgonnahappen77

WTF are you taking about “rules set by the proggies.” What rules? Did i not receive my ‘leftest rule handbook’ in the mail? Is there a mailing list i missed or someone i need to contact to get this book?

          • journogal

            Are you voting yourself up?

          • QueenB

Aw…..you weren’t invited to the proggie talking points party? No wonder you’re so upset.

        • Jeanette Victoria ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

Because liberals NEVER harass someone for their political opinions. Sorry bud this kind of nastiness is liberal SOP I have no sympathy when it is used back on them.

          • Notgonnahappen77

“Because liberals NEVER harass someone for their political opinions. ”

Did i say they don’t? NO…. You are trying to justify very bad behavior because of the actions of others you dont agree with. Two wrongs NEVER make a right. Its childish to condone this behavior and you should be ashamed of yourself.

        • journogal

First of all, how do you know that he is getting death threats and his family is being harassed? And as for his place of employment…I guess you overlooked (and approved) of the tactics liberals use against conservatives.
Very strange that you are saying he is getting death threats and family being harassed. Do you know him personally? Spokesperson for the family, or are you just making this up trying to look important and shame everyone. Yet, I bet you don’t have any problems at all when liberals harass conservatives, do you?

          • Notgonnahappen77

Cause hes posting pictures and stories of the responses hes getting at other websites.

AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD stop saying i condone or over look the bad actions of others. Its quite silly that people here keep saying that. Your so filled with hate that you have to grasp at straws with no backing or context to try to make what others have done here seem legit. Its wrong when both sides do it, and its even worse to justify these actions cause “the other side does it”

          • journogal

You don’t know me, so be careful assuming that I am filled with hate. You don’t have ANY right assuming that. You do not know me. I find it curious that you are taking the side of the above-tweeter (edit), basically okaying it because he didn’t do anything in person, yet poor, potful guy is supposedly getting death-threats and such. I don’t feel sorry for him. He did not have to do this – he did not have to say what he did and then scream “satire” when he was called out.

          • journogal

Oh, and why are you mentioning God? You sneer at those who believe. Funny that you mention Him, hypocrite.

  • notgonna happen

All the stuff he posted is in that book shes holding. Its scary how you guys can nit pick one or two words out of a 140 character or less post and ignore the others. But then again you do the same thing with your bible so i shouldn’t be so surprised.

    • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

So because rape/stoning/whatever happened in the Bible (or you think it did), it’s ok to threaten people with it?

      • notgonna happen

I think what he posted was in poor taste but It wasn’t an actual threat. He was using her bibles words to make a point. Its sad how this is lost on so many of you. But then again, less then 15% of Christians actually read the bible and actually know whats in there. So i can see how his sarcasm was missed by so many of you.

      • notgonna happen

No, its not all right and thats the point he is making. He being sarcastic and pointing out what shes condoning while holding that book.

      • Notgonnahappen77

He’s not threatening her with it. Even the article here acknowledges he was using satire. Mind in bad taste, but he is pointing out the fact she is condoning that stuff by holding that bible.

        • Elizabeth

No moron. Patrick claimed it was satire AFTER he started catching hell for it. He backtracked like the little wuss that he is. Just like all the liberals who spew outrageous, hateful and inciteful BS at conservative women and then turn around and say it was just a joke that everyone was just too dense to understand. Sorry – those days are over!

          • Notgonnahappen77

Its was obvious to any one that had actually read the bible what he was doing form the start. Surprise again that it went over your head and so many others. Less then 15% of Christians have actually read the bible in this country and its showing.

          • Elizabeth

I’m not a Christian. I don’t read the bible. You made a horrendous threat against a woman you don’t know and now you are backtracking because a sh!tload of grief rained down on your head. You get what you deserve.

          • Notgonnahappen77

Don’t have to be Christian. You just need to know how to read. He ended all those tweets with the same thing. “you know, religious fundamentalism.”

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what he was referencing. There is a reason why the title of this article leaves that out. They want you to ignore it. They want you to only focus on part of the tweet. They are hoping by the time you read his actual tweets you will be so mad that you will ignore whole context of them. They play off your fear and outrage. Its a constant tool used by conservatives in the media.

          • kristy624

Please tell me all about the religious fundamentalist Christians who believe in stoning a woman and wanting women raped by animals. The thing about satire is that it has to make sense. Fundamentalists Christians don’t in any way advocate the things that this guy wants done to Holly. If Christians did believe in the things that guy is advocating be done to Holly, then the satire would make sense.

        • jaun456

So Patrick, You just joined for this article where you are up voting your own comments? Wow what a maroon!

    • waltzingmtilda

It happens on both sides, but do you really think it’s cool he would stand by and let a woman be raped? Because basically, that is what he is saying. Perhaps if he had a broader point he shouldn’t have used Twitter to make it.
Man, I hate the Internet sometimes.

      • notgonna happen

No that’s not what hes saying at all. In fact hes saying the opposite. Hes showing the hypocrisy of whats in the bible by quoting it.

    • Elizabeth

Do you have any clue at all to the fact that there is a whole segment of Conservatives who aren’t religious at all?

      • Notgonnahappen77

Less then 1% is not a whole segment. Sorry.

        • Elizabeth

You got proof to back that claim up Sonny?

        • journogal

And where is your proof? Any links to credible and verifiable sources that aren’t connected to DNC to back up your claim, or are we just suppose to believe you?

    • journogal

Such tolerance! Such acceptance of those who think differently than you. So, you are excusing what this idiots is saying about rape, because supposedly it is in the bible? Could you point to the exact chapter where this was said? It’s telling, troll, that you approve of this.
Even better is that you voted your own self up. By the way, I find it very interesting that you are assuming that liberals don’t attend church and/or read the bible.

  • CarnactheMagnificent

Donkeys, goats, sheep and children used for sexual gratification??? sounds vaguely familiar. could be the whiners were told by their religious leaders, or like minded friends these practices were the normal!!!!

    • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

You talking about the festivities at the DNC?

  • TheLump

Sorry, guy, I’m not fond of her either, but you didn’t just cross the line, you raced over it as fast as you could. You can disagree with someone’s politics, but this is well into the sick category.

      He’d enjoy that too much.

  • robert anthony

The fact that so many Americans, not only don’t understand the Hobby Lobby case, but parrot the line that ‘free contraception is a right’…is sad and sickening.

  • Al Bundy

How clever to point out that a mom has a little belly. Lemme tell you something pal , you will NEVER get a woman (assuming you even “go that way”) that looks as good as this young lady.

My wife ended up with vericose veins a scar and a little belly from bearing our children.

I kiss all three. Because those are the battle trophies of a worthy cause. Without them I wouldn’t have my kids.

Unlike popular media , and the LEFTS war on women , there’s more to a woman that some unrealistic goal of looking like an anorexic

We need more strong women of valor like holly.

    • Vinchenz

Strong women? They just expose liberal men for the fake weak petty males (not men) that they are.

      • Al Bundy

2 sides of the same coin, but couldn’t agree more!

  • Al Bundy

I want a liberal to tell me (really) why do you feel a woman should be provided one expense associated with copulation (birth control or abortion pills) but not other expenses like new outfits , makeup, drinks…

    I’m waiting.

    • Notgonnahappen77

Cause certain birth control are used for more then just contraception purposes. There are legit medial conditions that are treated with the pill.

      • journogal

But why should employers or taxpayers pay for it? HL covers 16 out of 20, but that isn’t enough. Why can’t people pay for it out of their own pocket. I am 40 years old, have worked minimum waged jobs and paid for mine out of my own pocket. Would never have thought to demand the government via the taxpayers to pay for it. What makes people entitled now? Is it because they vote Democrat and deserve to get a free ride? What happened to personal responsibility?

        • Notgonnahappen77

Because in a civilized country health care is right. The USA was listed at #34 on the list of best health care in the world. Ukraine was listed as #33 to show you how we actually rate. Insurance companies, wages and the standard of living are no where near what they had been when you were making minimum wage. This country has fallen so much in health care and education since the turn of the century that its getting scary.

The US health care system is so bad that we now have organizations like Remote Area Medical that normally fly into place like South Africa to help the poor with free medical aid now hitting poor rural areas of the USA.

Responsibility, is doing whats wright to help your neighbors that are in need. ‘For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.’

          • Elizabeth

Links please? Also, I wouldn’t really know but it sounds like that was a quote from the bible in your last paragraph. You do know that the US is the most charitable country in the world, don’t you?

          • bicentennialguy

            Healthcare is not a right.

          • journogal

“wright?” Thanks for showing that education has truly fallen. You may want to talk to the unions about why education has fallen. God forbid parents have a choice in their child’s education. You can thank Obama, too, for taking away vouchers in D.C. Have you seen how much money has been thrown at education? Probably not.
Can you point out in the Bill of Rights where it states that health care and health insurance is a right? Do you realize that what the government gives you, they can take away? You want the government to have all of this power? You want to be fully dependent on them and never learn how to depend on yourself?
As for helping neighbors in need, people do it in person or through charity, not the government. Government doesn’t care about you.
Oh, and the WHO ranking is skewed. It is obvious that you are unaware of the parameters used to rank countries. Read up on it, that is if you can open your mind and be willingly to learn.
Oh, and if we such a horrible country when it comes to healthcare, why do people come other countries to pay for and receive procedures.

          • journogal

Oh, and birth control isn’t a right (or in your case, “wright.”) Talk to cancer patients who have to pay for their meds, or those with heart conditions. Birth control isn’t in the same league.

          • bicentennialguy

It’s a right when not having it interferes with their recreational activities.

          • journogal

            Got me there

          • bicentennialguy

Yes, “you shall open your hand…” doesn’t say anything about YOU opening MY hand or the government opening my hand. It’s about putting the onus of charity on the individual, you know, so when you stand before Judgment, that you can be held accountable for your charity or lack thereof.

          • kristy624

You do know those ratings are based on a socialist standard on who pays for what. In those rankings we were rated number 1 in providing the fastest and best medical care. Would you really want to go to Ukraine for your medical care? You really think Ukraine has better medical care than us? How about Cuba. They were rated right below us. Use your brain. Cuba, Ukraine or the US, if you were having a heart attack, where do you think you would receive the fastest, best and most state of the art care.

          • Vinchenz

The govt can’t run anything without waste, fraud and incompetence – the VA, the PO and the Pub Ed Schools – and you think they are gonna run a first class healthcare system? The website should have given you a hint that it’s biz as usual in Big Gov Land – why Do you libs like to be “taken care” of by the govt?

          • journogal

Because they don’t want to take personal responsibility for themselves and their actions. It’s easier to be taken care of, because you can run to them and blame others when things don’t work out.

          • Vinchenz

            You are so right.

          • QueenB

And you think adding layer upon layer of government bureaucracy is going to help bring costs down?

      • Elizabeth

Psst…..Hobby Lobby pays for birth control. 16 types. How many times does this fact have to get through the thick liberal skull?

        • Notgonnahappen77

Hobby Lobbys insurance plan paid for all 20 of them until the ACA was passed. Then for some magical reason 4 of them became a problem.

          • Elizabeth

They pay for 16! It’s not your business if they decide not to pay for 4!

          • journogal

So 16 isn’t enough; and who are you to tell a private business what they can and can not do?

          • QueenB

There were LOTS of insurance policies that were perfectly fine until ACA was passed, for some magical reason. What’s the difference?

          • Scotty G.

You don’t know much about the ACA, do you? The President of the United States said I could keep my insurance policy, my doctor, and my insurance premium was going to go down . Then for some magical reason those 3 promises became a problem.

      • bicentennialguy

And religious institutions and those who stand on religious conscienceness offer birth control if it’s for medicinal purposes….Georgetown University, anyone?

      • kristy624

Here is what Hobby Lobby covers:

        Male condoms
        Female condoms
        Diaphragms with spermicide
        Sponges with spermicide
        Cervical caps with spermicide
        Spermicide alone
Birth-control pills with estrogen and progestin (“Combined Pill)
Birth-control pills with progestin alone (“The Mini Pill)
        Birth control pills (extended/continuous use)
        Contraceptive patches
        Contraceptive rings
        Progestin injections
        Implantable rods
        Vasectomies
        Female sterilization surgeries
        Female sterilization implants

I don’t understand your problem, as they do cover birth control for prevention of pregnancy and those used for legit medical conditions.

      • Al Bundy

Right , and in those rare circumstances, where it is medically indicated to treat ILLNESS, naturally it should be covered, like insulin would be.

I hope all the daddies of the world know who this guy is so they don’t let their poor daughters ever date this douche. I take threats like that very seriously and I don’t care how much he giggled when he said it, no women should ever be alone with him.

Update 2 his account is gone again. While it was up, he tweeted to me “Actually, it was never blocked or anything. I just deactivated it for the evening.”

  • Pearl Forrester

Liberal men have always seen women as nothing more than meat. Why do you think they lobby for abortion so hard? They love “women’s rights” because they want to bed as many as they want and not have to raise the children or stay with the woman. But you know what? Liberals, men and women, are okay with people like him representing their side. They see all non-liberals as being non human. You don’t even want to think about what they would do to us if they could get away with it. These people frighten me to no end. They have no conscience.

    • Vinchenz

I doubt liberals have that much sex – when you are a teenager/kid you have a monkey-like fascination with sex – that’s what they act like – when you become a Man you understand – if you actually been in a relationship w a woman, they are more than just something to poke on – hey and for FYI there was a study done that said liberal women prefer sex with conservative men rather than liberal “men”. Not surprising – when you watch porn all day instead of actually having sex – you tend to talk/act like a liberal about sex.

      • Pearl Forrester

Good points indeed. I am so glad I was raised by a conservative father who taught me what respect for women is supposed to look like. I also have a wonderful man to spend my life with who is just as conservative and respectful. I think the problem with people like this guy is that they had a father who was as abusive as they are, if they had one at all. Liberal women tend to do things that disrespect themselves and liberal men tend to disrespect women. I don’t believe in being PC but all the same, when you threaten rape, in any way, no matter how much you are joking. all women collectively give the side eye. There are just some things you don’t say.

  • checkman69

It is rather amazing that these leftwing lunatics cannot conceive of a “right” that doesn’t require someone else to be robbed to fund it. This little clown is now crying on his Facebook account that he “won” defending a woman’s “right” to contraceptives. The irony that the only “right” infringed upon by the Hobby Lobby decision was the “right” to rob taxpayers through the use of the ACA/Obamma Care. Birth control, including the two forms at the center of this case, are all still completely legal and available.

It is odd to see Sandra Fluke, et all, demand that their chosen method of birth control is their business alone, yet demand someone else pay for it for them. That’s kinda the opposite of a ‘private and personal’ decision.

  • donna

Just checked Patrick’s FB page….he says that he hates women SO much that he goes out of his way to make sure his voice is heard about thinking they deserve reproductive rights….WTF does that mean?

    • rainman

I speak a little douche, living in a blue state, so I’ll attempt to translate.
He has been accused of hating women by threatening to have Holly raped and stoned. He’s using his attempt at sarcasm, I hate women so much, meaning– I really want to impress women by my support of their right to abortion that I was willing to make a complete jackass out of myself on Twitter. So, please, please, won’t one of you gals have sex with me now?

“Patrick Ryan Kasprik”: You know there’s this thing about stability and security; it’s what evolution utilizes to ensure the generational replication of genes. Those sociopaths like Patrick Ryan Kas-prik leave no descendants; they are gone within three generations. I say this as an historian, a genealogist, and an evolutionist, therefore a pro-religionist. And as an “American.”

  • Sean

That is a typical liberal for you, but you know, conservatives are the violent people because we believe in protecting ourselves.
This Patrick Kasprik is hardly worth anyone’s time though. He is simply a product of liberalism, and nothing but a walking cliche. The more he is talked about, the more this pitiful creature probably enjoys it….for now. He is a soon to be victim, most liberals are. I am not saying that in hopes of it, just pointing out facts. Maybe he can appeal to this mom for prayers and if needed, protection.

On another note, why is it liberals are always hoping for the worst things to happen to people, but try and come off to others as compassionate, kind, and accepting? As I said in other post, this one lib is simply a walking cliche of libs in general.
