Good question. Somebody loyal to President Mohamed Morsi is reportedly shooting tear gas at protesters from the Presidential Palace.

On the other hand, according to unconfirmed reports from numerous Twitter users, some Egyptian riot police sympathize with the protesters.

This Tweeter says some Egyptian police took off their uniforms, left them in a heap on the ground, and joined forces with the anti-Morsi protesters:

Several Twitter users allege that police let protesters cross barbed wire as they approached the Presidential Palace:

Earlier today, smiling police were photographed shaking hands with protesters:

    Look out, Morsi!

  • Marcy Cook

Good I hope they take Morsi down. And let this be a warning to anyone who thinks they can become a dictator here in the US.

  • patricia

    Sounds like a great idea!

    The now-burning question:

Does 0bama stand with the protesters that are AGAINST Morsi and Muslim Brotherhood stealing their country, like he did when they were against Mubarak? Or will he call for calm, and back Morsi’s regime?

    I know what I’m thinking he’ll do…

    • robcrawford2

Was it Honduras where he backed the usurper against the legitimate constitutional authorities?

      • Bob From Virginiar

yes it was. The government was pro-American and democratic, the very things that disgusts and revolts dear leader.

    • Swanzinator_2000

Barry will vote “present” on this.

  • American Infidels

Let’s hope they throw him out quickly or this will get real ugly real fast.

Obama will back Morsi and give the world another dictatorship, just like the one he wants to have here.

  • NOZERO2012

Obama will not have a third term.
Mooch will not run for President in 2016.
    And Morsi is toast.
