On Thursday evening, Townhall editor and University of Arizona alum Katie Pavlich delivered a well-received speech sponsored by the University of Arizona Young Americans for Freedom.

But shortly before she was scheduled to begin her speech on Second Amendment rights, a room change was announced.

Shocker! At the last second @uofa does a room change for my speech on the Second Amendment to show movie "Her" in Gallagher Theater, classic

@KatiePavlich We're sorry to hear that – it seems like it may have been a scheduling conflict. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

A “scheduling conflict”? Pavlich isn’t so sure about that one and says she’s seen the University of Arizona “pull this crap” before.

Bull. This is a classic move to confuse people about the location of a conservative event so people don't come @UofA.

You guys pulled this crap when I was a student there, you're doing it again @UofA, further, parking at the new location is crap

Shame @UofA thinks a movie about a guy in love with his computer, "Her," is more important than students' Second Amendment rights.

No! It is now in Modern Languages 350. @JonJustice @shawnurban3 @UofA @JamesTHarris
