A freelance photojournalist reports that Reuters photographer Asmaa Waguih is receiving medical attention in Egypt after being shot in the leg. She is reportedly conscious, but the injury is serious.

Sky News confirms that 61-year-old cameraman Mick Deane was shot and killed while covering the Egyptian violence today.


CNN’s Richard Greene confirms that Asmaa Waguih was wounded in Cairo today.

    Oddly enough I’m pleasantly surprised she wasn’t gang raped before/after being shot. Guess even those 13th century animals can surprise even the biggest skeptic. All praise be to allah.

      They were to busy claiming to be the “Religion of Peace” while burning and looting Christian churches to engage in any rape. They will get to that later, their cards a bit full right now.
