And the winner of the Washington Post’s weekly award for “Worst Week in Washington” is …

Seriously. Scandalpalooza is in full swing and WaPo says a baseball team had the worst week in D.C. “for not being able to bring back that winning feeling.”

Hint to WaPo: The photo being pulled into that tweet might give you a clue about one of the more accurate choices for “Worst Week in Washington.”

Cheney? Maybe. We’re putting our money on Mitt Romney or Booooosh!

  • CatHerder

I’m going out on a limb and say that we the people had the worst week. Maybe not ever, 9/11 was pretty sucky too.

    • GaryTheBrave

The Terrorist Attacks of ’01 (my preferred method of reference) was bad but at least we had a leader in America. This current administration would’ve ordered the first responders to stand down because they might get hurt.

      • tops116

Unless they were conservatives. Then he would’ve told them to go in, but to leave behind their gear.

    • Marjorie

Is there room on that limb for the rest of us?

      • Red Fred

        Yeah, ’cause Wackobirds flock together.

  • ray

I would love to see Donald Graham at a restaurant and spit into his food.

Where do idiots like to eat?

    • CatHerder

      At the public trough.

      • Liars Never Win

I doff my cap to you!

      • mickeyco

        Oh, nice. Love it.

    • Marjorie

They eat where they’re told to eat and eat what Michelle tells them to eat!

    • ObamaFail

      Out of Obama’s hands.

      • John Thomas “Jack” Ward III

        As my friend Jon Tobin would say, SPAAAAARRRRRKKKK!!!! XD #RightWard Jawamax 8<{D}

  • Rich

The start of the civil war was the worst week in American history.

  • M F Scotto

Worst week in Washington: the Constitution

  • Jack Deth

    The Nationals?… Really?

The modern day equivalent of the Washington Senators? Those Nationals?

    Someone cut the umbilical cord!!!

  • TocksNedlog

Translation: Mr. President, we’re sorry that we had to cover your numerous flaws. May we sit in your lap again?

    • GaryTheBrave

“No. Give the lap dance to Reggie Love. He needs to get ready.”

    • GaryTheBrave

“No. Give the lap dance to Reggie Love. He needs to get ready.”

  • Jon

Unlike with Bryce Harper, the WaPo will never admit Barack Obama has, or will, ever run into a wall.

  • WBee1 Proud Navy Wife

Easy to see why Mark Levin calls it the Washington Compost

    • b_truit

      Thought that was rush?

      • John Thomas “Jack” Ward III

        No, that’s the ATLANTA URINAL-CONSTIPATION! #RushLimbaugh #RightWard Jawamax 8<{D}

  • yourmamatoo

They know Obama is corrup, and can no longer hide that fact.

  • NixTyranny

Even the Washington Post ranks higher in the Worst Week category than the Nationals.

  • TarHeeled67

If we could figure out how to harness Liberal Spin for energy purposes, we’d have enough cheap electricity to power the USA for centuries.

    • nc

    • ObamaFail

If liberal spin were currency, we could pay off the national debt 50 times and still have enough to keep the debt down for generations.

  • Macranthunter

I’d say the WaPo has the worst week in DC.

  • nc

Have they deleted the word “embarrassment” from the dictionary? Not to mention “truth.”

  • John Thomas “Jack” Ward III

    @TWITCHY ADMIN NEWS FLASH!-Conservative Website offices Raided by FBI, DOJ After posting two previously posted stories re:OBAMA’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE! via Facebook THIS $#!+ IS REALLY GETTING SERIOUS!! #RightWard Jawamax 8<{D}

    • vetgal1970

My mind is screaming sailor words, but I will limit myself to Oh MY GOSH

  • tops116

With “The New York Times” caving and “The Washington Post” clearly humping Obama’s leg, this was clearly the worst week in journalism yet. Quite an accomplishment all things considered, but I’m sure they’ll outdo themselves tomorrow. It’s the only thing the media hacks excel at.

  • Jedd McHead

Worst week in DC media goes to the Washington Post.

  • Peyton

Maybe they meant the Nation and it autocorrected.

  • Mark81150

WaPo gave up any pretense of being an objective news source when Reagan ran against Carter in 1980, they’ve only gotten more blatantly biased since.

Now you can be stone cold certain, if the news harms Obama’s standing with the public, WaPo will bury it..

    Pravda on the Potomac.

  • neoface

WaPo should just be referred to as “I’m so in love with you Obama”. Or just “Obama’s useful idiots”. Real saps!!!!

  • Lady 12

When did the Nationals ever have a winning feeling?

  • mapache

Great photo of Obama and small dog….nom nom nom nom.
