Outgoing acting IRS chief Steven Miller was busted by Sen. Chuck Grassley while testifying before the Senate Finance Committee. That planted question that prompted the IRS’ Lois “Math is Hard” Lerner to admit the agency targeted conservatives was all Miller’s brilliant idea.
