Actress Adrianne Curry is quite the special snowflake, isn’t she? A direct message from the president? She and Obama must be tight. Hey, Adrianne, was the DM signed “-bo”? Did you and POTUS totally make plans to hang with Jay and Bey?

Because you know, Adrianne, an awful lot of people are getting direct message spam from the president’s official account. It’s kinda like a participation ribbon for following @BarackObama.

But surely Curry doesn’t really think she was singled out by the president, does she?

Oh, my. She does.

https://twitter.com/AdrianneCurry/status/264053415053762560

Curry once tweeted that choosing between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama was “like choosing between a giant douche and a turd sandwich.” Evidently a “private message” from “Obama” was the only thing holding her back from taking a big ol’ bite out of that sandwich. Mmm, mmm, mmm.

Update:

Curry plays it off like she doesn’t think she’s that special, just pretty darn special.

Funny, that quote of hers that choosing bt Romney and Obama is like choosing “between a giant douche and a turd sandwich” isn’t even her own creativity — it’s from a very famous South Park episode from 2004.

The IQ of the left never ceases to amaze me.

    • Adela Wagner

I believe it’s a COLLECTIVE IQ of about 88 that they ALL SHARE in.

      • Grumpa Grumpus

        @adela wagner:
        No. I’m sorry! You’re mistaken!

Progressives don’t have a collective IQ in the 80s!

Like the Norns of old, who passed a single eye between the three of them, Progressives pass one brain between themselves— on timeshare.

There’s a difference of opinion concerning the brainls original owner.

Some say it was Woodrow Wilson’s— stolen while he napped, awaiting the inauguration ceremony… though seemingly he never missed it thereafter.

Others say Margret Sanger bequeathed hers to the movement in a fit of anguish when rebuffed by Der F..

Considering the travel that brain’s been put through though, whatever its origins, it’s held up pretty well!

If only that clutzy Algore would stop dropping it!

Seems weird that Republicans want to cut education because the more educated one is the more likely they are to not be led like dumb sheep with such easily debunked lies. There is scientific studies that show that people who vote Republican actually have lower IQ’s than those who vote Democrat. Oh but I forget, you guys don’t believe in science. Oops, my bad. But for the record, my IQ does happen to be 178. :)

          • cgraham77

LOOOL!! Put your money where your mouth is and CITE your SOURCE, genius!! (BTW, with your claim of 178, that would make you about 20 points higher than Einstein!! LOL)

Yeah, I didn’t think so. Something tells me we won’t be hearing back from you!!!

          • cgraham77

P.S. I’m actually a Ph.D. and a published researcher, AND I’ve actually conducted WAIS and WISC intelligence tests (the gold standard of intelligence tests) on others as part of my OCCUPATION…and I will tell you right now…there’s NO SUCH THING as 178! LOL!

          • Grumpa Grumpus

            @cgraham77:

You do realize IQ scale was “ajusted” (inflated, perhaps?) in the 1970s, don’t you?

            Snappy repartee aside:
Acrually, it has been ajusted twice.

Initially they simply doubled it, but that didn’t work too well… so they then adopted a complicated formula that basically expanded points below the median at a shifting rate. The largest increase is at the lowest end, where it actually is doubled.

The top end has the smallest increase, that working out to somewhere in the neighborhood of +0.137.

As to why they changed the simple formula— as the whole concept of “IQ” is subjective anyway, and doesn’t really measure any ability but test taking— I have no idea… but then, I’m not a Progressive desperately trying to justify my existence so George Bernard Shaw won’t have me euthanized as useless social baggage.

As to Einstein’s IQ, I met the man by accident (literally… neither of us was looking where we were walking) while he was Princeton. We had a beverage together.

He seemed ok, but I think the “absent minded professor” stereotype was crafted from him. He loved rye and pumpernickel.

Btw. Don’t feel too bad: many people have been confused by comparisons of IQ because of the revamping of the IQ scales. It’s a silly comparison anyway— like children comparing shoe size and the biggest foot wins.

I’ve met people in the so-called genus range who are so lacking in common sense they’re a danger to them selves and those around them. I’ve met so-called “high functioning morons” that are just the opposite.

And why couldn’t someone have an IQ higher than Einstein’s? Your entire argument is built on a logical flaw combined with an appeal to authority fallacy.
So why should it move me when, like a cat in a litterbox, you try to hide your weak arguments with obvious fallacies?

          • cgraham77

Oh good lord, your long-winded airbag response was painful to read.

I administer IQ tests for a living! And have TAUGHT them in my university courses. So, please don’t lecture me on your *expansive* knowledge on the subject. This is my bread and butter. And my credentials are not the BASIS for my argument…I am simply stating that I am not a lay person in regard to this particular topic because I actually have practical experience! And while it doesn’t prove my point…gee, it helps to know that, doesn’t it!

And what I’m telling you is there is NO modern IQ test that would even have 178 on its scale. You dont need a Ph.D. to look this up for yourself! Assuming we are using a WAIS (the benchmark for IQ tests…and most widely used), a person claiming 178 is basically claiming 2 standard deviations above Einstein! Your misapplication of logic is laughable. This is not “appeal to authority.” That would be like if I were to say that “the reason so-and-so is correct in what they say is because they hold this title.” The reason I even chose Einstein is because he is one of the most *recognizable* figures with regard to intelligence (so, if you want to play the LOGICAL FALLACIES game, your implication that i said no one can have an IQ higher than Einstein is a STRAWMAN! My point was that 178 is not only a *slightly* exaggerated number, it is an EXTREMELY exaggerated number!). And me offering up my own credentials is not an appeal to authority because I am not asking you to take my word for it based on my credentials! I am providing context with regard to my knowledge in this area, followed by FACTS, which are the basis for my argument. You can search these facts for yourself…they are NOT EXCLUSIVE to my personal experience on the subject!

Why should it “move you??” I couldn’t care less if you are “moved.”

But not quite sure why you are fighting me on this…I’m NOT a Progressive!!

            So, keep it simple, stupid.

Democrats base their judgement on emotion instead of facts. Doesn’t take a real high IQ to know what feels good and makes you happy. Republicans use common sense along with knowledge. You do know the difference don’t you? Besides, here is a link that totally proves you wrong! http://anepigone.blogspot.com/2008/11/politics-and-iq-conservative-democrats.html

          • MileHighinAZ

And yet, Miss IQ of 178, you don’t seem to know the difference between knowledge and wisdom. And, not to be rude, but how many people of high IQ go around bragging about it, esp. on forums where it can’t be substantiated? It’s almost like listing one’s character traits on an Internet dating site: “Tall, dark & handsome, French fashion model (minus the super-retro-cool hippie/biker/ bandana covering my hair I haven’t washed in a week), currently unemployed, spending my days trolling websites on which I exercise my elitist, snarky, smarter-than-everyone-else witticisms.”

    • Koyaanisqatsi

yes…you are following a guy who thinks his god lives on a planet named “Kolob” and must learn secret handshakes to get into heaven…. AND… vows allegiance to a supposed prophet of this god BEFORE family and country… look it up Mr IQ

      • cgraham77

And you are following a guy who for 20 years was under the tutelage of Jeremiah Wright in the HATE CULT of Black Liberation Theology! As much as I disagree with Romney’s religious beliefs, they do no impact his ability to be a leader, as his own record even shows (I won’t get into YOUR guy’s record!!), and it is not a theology that has it VERY FOUNDATION in HATRED!

        Look it up, A$$HOLE!

        P.S. your bigotry is showing!

        • Koyaanisqatsi

Ok… I did look it up Mr. I.Q. And the only bigotry showing is yours… You want another 4 -8 years of Bushonomics…only kicked up a few notches…? Good luck. You’ll reap what you sow.

The idiocy of the right created 2 wars. killed over 6000 troops on foreign soil .. perhaps 3000 civilians here and launched untold (so far) Machiavellian plots to give the 1% more power now than a reasonable constituency should ever have allowed, just might win… Do you have enough money stashed in the Cayman Islands to afford that? Or are you just going grab your gun and go take what you need when the economy truly fails. Don’t look now…but your racism is showing… button up!

          • cgraham77

Oh really? You looked it up? Somehow I doubt that.

And don’t tell me I’M the bigot when YOU were the one spewing your anti-Mormon hatred for the world to see!

My racism is showing?? That game is getting TIRED and OLD!! And it’s the last argument of an idiot, which you clearly are.

NEWSFLASH: I’M NOT WHITE!! You dim-witted moron, LOL!

          • Koyaanisqatsi

Yes.. I looked it up…And I’ll tell you something. I’m not only anti-mormon…I’m Anti theist and anti moron..so I’m against people like you, that is, if you believe in a talking snake, a talking burning bush and a guy who built a boat that carried two of every animal…(whoops forgot the dinosaurs)
I’ve got some news for you that you probably won’t believe, understand or take to heart. You don’t have to be WHITE to be racist…who the hell cares what color you are? You still come across as an elitist snob… That takes no color… just stupidity..which you have in abundance… apparently…now back off to your much needed I.Q. honing …

          • cgraham77

Oooooh, the one who’s snubbing your nose at the majority of the US population who practices religion is calling ME an elitist!!! LOL!!

And then you have gall to say you’re not a bigot, while openly professing your bigotry!

The utter hypocrisy is mind-numbing. Hey buddy…I’ll give you a little hint here…ever hear of the word PROJECTION?!! LOL.

And no, you don’t have to white to be racist, but your claim that I am racist is so utterly absurd because it is based purely in your own DELUSION and your own assumptions about who i am, as not a single sentiment I made was racist. And this is especially notable considering the fact that I have actually EXPERIENCED racism in my life! But something tells me you have no CLUE what that is like (which makes it all the more hilarious that you would call me a racist! lol)…Get it??

That being said, if anyone here is a racist…with all your various self-professed bigotries (and all your pent-up anger issues), my guess is that it is YOU…and the fact that you are so defensive on this topic makes me think this is the case.

Now that I had to spell that out very slooooowly for you…

            Grow up, little boy.

          • Koyaanisqatsi

You seem to be a bit angry… did I hit a bit close to home there Homer? I’ve got a sneaking hunch that a someone that wasn’t actually trying to project their racism, hatred and bigotry would have moved on. Sort of like what I’m doing now. My feelings against religions are born out of study, thought and reason, not anger except, perhaps, at the mindless waste of time that modern religion has become (yes…that’s only my opinion not trying to get YOU on my anti-theist side..trust me.. your by far a better weapon for my side where you are)

Settle down a bit…calm yourself Try to reason through your hatred. Self introspection instead of projection will get you a lot further in your weak and pitiful argument. By the way..”Grow up, little boy” might work on your nephew. All it does to me is show me that you are a practiced bully….too bad you don’t get your way here. huh?

          • cgraham77

LOL…angry? (Says the one throwing temper tantrums like a brat. Wow, you’re hilarious! I point out the OBVIOUS pent-up anger you’ve displayed to the WORLD, as seen through your bigotry, and you only parrot back to me the EXACT things I am telling you! How original. You can’t even come up with your OWN responses! Pathetic).

Hey buddy…I’ll clue you in here, and tell you a little secret…

I am LAUGHING AT YOU, IDIOT! xD

This is like sport for me.

You are someone I would call “special,”….and I don’t mean in the “special snowflake” kind of way. A simpleton; a unique kind of thickness that I just can’t help myself…you make it too easy!! Thanks again for proving my point!

C’mon, little boy…why don’t you stick around?? I’m having too much fun wiping the floor with your ass! Don’t leave! Come back!

It must be past your bedtime.

            Sore loser.

          • Koyaanisqatsi

Rant on there Mr. IQ….. Thanks for proving my point.

          • cgraham77

Ooooh, the whiny brat is back! 😀

Once again, can’t even come up with your own argument….right after I said you proved my point, you can only repeat back to me THE SAME EXACT thing! LOL! You, LITERALLY are only capable of parroting!!

            Wow…this is hilarious!

And it starts from the very beginning, I might add…you literally repeat the same exact comments back to me!! Beginning with your repeating my comment to you about your bigotry showing…then I teach you a new word, “projection,” which you parrot back to me (after looking it up on Google)…etc…

Keep going, dullard….can’t wait to hear what your original mind can come up with next!

          • cgraham77

P.S. if you actually had looked up Black Liberation theology, and you are [even passively] complicit with this ideology (an ideology your messiah Obama holds to), then you ARE a RACIST. Period.

There is no reason to believe you are not complicit, since you have not condemned it (after you “looked it up” and all, lol)…and yet you support someone who holds to it.

          • Koyaanisqatsi

Your type of forum antics aren’t worth the time… Have fun, and the next time someone steps on your lawn… just remember that they are just passing through. You are pretty funny to watch..but I’ve grown weary of your histrionics. Some substance to your “arguments” would have been nice but beyond your scope…. ta ta

          • cgraham77

Oh…okay. They’re so not worth yor time, you came back the next morning. Gotcha.

And nice to know you learned *another* $5 dollar word from me…I can see you’ve been reading my other posts. Glad to broaden your vocabulary.

Also, nice to know you were “just passing through,” since you were the first to antagonize. Sorry you didn’t expect a response. That’s not MY problem.

The one without substance is you, since you only been parroting my remarks from the beginning…which is not surprising, since libs only parrot back what they’re told anyways. Please come up with your own responses next time, rather than just repeat back to the person what they just said to you.

And hey…if you had to “look up” Jeremiah Wright, then the tells me all I need to know about you…that you are a low-information voter.

          • Koyaanisqatsi

you do flatter yourself don’t you? Why would I bother to look up anything else you had to say when you’ve said so little here? You seem to take enough pride in yourself.. and name calling that you lack substantive material here. I doubt I would need the help of a self inflated ego like yours to teach me the usage of any word…. but you keep thinking along those lines… and “Get off my lawn” mentality… It must serve you well.

          • cgraham77

Having common sense is not “flattering myself.” Especially if all it takes is being more intelligent than you. Trust me…not flattery. It would only require average intelligence to see through your bull, if even that.

Again…soooo not worth your time that you keep coming back! Lol. Hilarious.

As far as “get off my lawn,”…I’m the one who asked you to stay! Like I said, I’m having WAY too much fun! You’re the one who keeps saying you’re going to leave (and then keeps coming back! Lol).

          • cgraham77

            “Waaaaa….you’re a bully!!!”

            LOL

If that what you want to call me, I don’t give a fuk.
Yeah. I called you little boy. Because you talk like a little brat! My point proven.

So tell me…how am I racist? Where is my bigotry? And how exactly am I projecting, idiot (glad I taught you a new word!). I’ve already pointed out EACH of these to you. Your turn.

(In case you haven’t figured it out…I’m only asking you this because there is no answer).

  • Michelle

This chickie has a seriously over-inflated sense of self-importance. I poked fun at her for using #winteriscoming to spout some global warming nonsense. Sent her a few tweets explaining “Winter is Coming” is from the book/series Game of Thrones…she tweeted back she already knew that because Game of Thrones acct. “retweets me all the time!” So I looked…they RTed her once…about 2 months prior to make fun of her comment comparing Game of Thrones to Star Wars. So in this gal’s mind – a singular retweet = “all the time!” Her only claim to fame is having been married to a former child star from the 70’s, they’re divorced and now she’s practically an unknown – I imagine the reality of that has her pretty bummed out on a daily basis.
