State Department emails show that the White House, the Pentagon and intelligence agencies knew within two hours that the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi was terrorism. But the Fishwrap of Record is still clinging bitterly to the lies the Obama administration told for days after the attack.
In an article on the film “SEAL Team Six: The Raid on Osama bin Laden,” the New York Times continues to blame “The Innocence of Muslims” for the”spontaneous riots” that resulted in the deaths of four Americans at the hands of terrorists.
Beyond the political issues, the film may carry the risk of associating Mr. Obama with any backlash in a Muslim world already inflamed by the YouTube trailer for an insulting film portrayal of its prophet. In September riots erupted in Libya, Egypt and elsewhere as Muslim crowds reacted violently to what they perceived as the unforgivable insults of a scratch production, “The Innocence of Muslims,” some of which was posted on YouTube.
Shameful lapdoggery.
