The DNC really is the gift that keeps on giving!

Not only did Fauxcahontas score a prominent speaking slot, but Jimmy Carter will address the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte this September.

Heh. Ya think?

Sadly, no. Carter doesn’t plan to actually attend the convention. He’ll be recording a video address.

Now we can only imagine what that glorious moment would be like if Carter introduced President Obama. But maybe they can bond after the election.

Malaise forevah!

The Twitterverse can’t wait for the schadenfreudelicious convention.

Popcorn? This calls for peanuts!

Hardest hit? Obama:

Biggest winner?

Perhaps the convention could be hosted by Keith Olberman? May I just throw that out there for the DNC to consider? Pretty please?

  • J. Cox

In what secluded sector of the Twilight Zone did some dunder-head actually think this would bring support and votes for BHO?
I must say that this is almost to good to be true.Might as well ask Americans which leg they want cut-off first.

At last, an official ‘Passing of the Baton’ event – one Democrat failure to another.

    • Shelby is a Patriot

Yup. Carter is going to take off the invisible fail hat and put it on Odrama.

This is incredible. The former president that every Democrat wanted to pretend never existed is the only one they can find to defend the current president. My sense of hilarity is piqued.

  • Tman95

Should be good for ratings, anyway. I wasn’t planning on watching, but I hope we get some clips. Late night comedians everywhere will be singing, “Oh what a friend we have in Jimmy”

  • Owen007

Wow, all past nominees knew not to let Carter speak at his convention. Even Kerry knew that. Speaking of Frankenstein’s Reject, did he get a speaking slot? I kinda figured he would since he gave Obama one in 2004. It’d make for a nice failure book end.

  • Love of Country

So they’re gonna have the two worst presidents in American history as well as one who was impeached at this convention?

That’s pretty funny and would explain why everyone is expecting a room full of empty seats, lol.

    • NWFL Conservative

Another democratic circus………..”welcome my friends, to the abysmal failure show that never ends….”

  • TonyMontana3

Carter was a million times better president than Reagan.

    • J. Cox

” Look at me,I can spout useless rantings and expect everyone to believe me”

      Are you Reid’s secret source?

    • Love of Country

Hey kid, after 4 entire years in office and after the entire country knew who Reagan was and everything about him ….. 49 states voted to re-elect him, mkay? He was 1600 votes shy of all 50 states re-electing him, mkay?

You tell us why every deep blue state in the country voted to re-elect Republican Ronald Reagan …. go ahead and take your time, we could use a good laugh about now.

How. I just gotta hear this. The economy under Carter stunk, he was totally useless at world affairs. His only positive moment perhaps being the Camp David Accords brokered between Egypt and Israel. He refused to admit the Russians were a global threat until he had no choice when they marched into Afghanistan. When asked by a German woman on his visit to Berlin on how long the wall would stay up he just basically shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know. As opposed to Reagan who told Gorbachev to tear it down and kept up the pressure on them. I mean, you can say he was better than Reagan all you want, this being America and all and you’re welcome to your opinion, but there’s just no real way to back that opinion up with any facts.

How so? I want facts (good luck).

“Hullo, mah name’s Jimmuh Cahtuh, memma me? Until Buhrak came along ah wuz gen’rilly regarded as the country’s wurst president evah Thank yuh, Buhrak, fuh takin’ the heat off’n me, bruthah!!”

The blind leading the stupid. I can tell you one thing, when Jimmuh finally assumes room temperature, my flag, which flies 24/7/365 in front of my house WILL COME DOWN rather than fly at half mast for that unmitigated anti-Semitic disaster of a president and human being.

  • Botzilla

If I were jimmy I would trash Obama at every opportunity, Obama has the worst president in history title pretty much locked up, if Obama gets another 4 yrs then jimmy keeps his title.

  • Shelby is a Patriot

Oh my word, can’t stop laughing!
