A fake Twitter account for RC Cola — @OfficialRCCola — was suspended on Wednesday after this tweet and response mocking President Trump and “covfefe” went viral:
Only drinking @OfficialRCCola from now on pic.twitter.com/oMosVOVbrW

Anti-Trumpers, including former Hillary Clinton staffer Adam Parkhomenko, loved the account for its past anti-Trump commentary:

Parkhomenko was a fan ever before yesterday’s tweet:
Just took another look through the feed of @OfficialRCCola and they got twitter game. Long before today.

Others were tricked as well:
Whoever is running the @OfficialRCCola Twitter account is the real MVP today ? https://t.co/6WJcOKI2Z5

However, the real RC Cola’s parent company — Dr Pepper Snapple — wasn’t amused with the account crapping on its brand and worked with Twitter to get the account suspended:
At this time we are working to actively pursue the deactivation of the fake account known as @OfficialRCCola with help from @Twitter.

Hi there, RC Cola is a DPS brand, but the account known as @OfficialRCCola is not associated with the RC Cola brand. It is a parody account.
