Bill Cosby scored a legal victory today as a federal judge in Massachusetts dismissed the claims of 3 womens who had accused the actor of the “intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
Cosby later took to Twitter to celebrate the judge’s decision.

Cosby is set to go on trial in Pennsylvania on charges he sexually assaulted a woman in 2004.
