There some debate this morning whether or not the brief gaggle Hillary Clinton had with reporters on her airplane yesterday counted as a press conference. According to WSJ’s Laura Meckler, the “consensus” among the reporters covering Hillary is that it did count:
For those who care, consensus in press corp is that 25 minute Q&A on plane is a "press conference." (How about another one tomorrow!)

The RNC, however, disagree and has yet to “reset their countdown clock”:
