Hey @realDonaldTrump, can you count? Decision was 5-3, so Scalia wouldn't have mattered. #nevertrump #ImWithHer https://t.co/rHfil4xmiK

Scalia (or a conservative justice in his seat) alone wouldn't have changed the result. More bad Trump math. https://t.co/UhqRrBuf5n

Trump claims the abortion decision would have been different if Scalia was alive or replaced by Trump. Vote was 5-3. https://t.co/DpoGbje7q4

Uh fact-check: Decision was 5-3, conservative justice would've made it 5-4, decision would be same. #math https://t.co/wiYd1ah2K6

(Trump also gets it wrong, says if Scalia was alive "you wouldn't have had that" ruling, which is false) https://t.co/HVjpRDYuc5

…except that 5 votes to 3 + 1 = 5 votes to 4 https://t.co/pbcD1g0Aqn

A) TX abortion case would have been 5-4 w/Scalia there. B) 2nd Obamacare case was 6-3, Roberts cldnt have killed it. https://t.co/90DsMyPRrX
