Orlando terrorist identified as Omar Mateen, 'U.S. citizen from Port Saint Lucie, FL'; Update: BBC reports not on a watch list

We’re seeing multiple reports that the terrorist behind this morning’s attack at the Pure nightclub in Orlando has been identified:

Two law enforcement sources tell @cbsnews the Orlando gay club shooter is Omar Mateen – a U.S. citizen from Port Saint Lucie, FL.
