Mitt Romney speech excerpt released: 'Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud'

Mitt Romney will give a speech today on Donald Trump and we’re starting to see a few excerpts of what he’ll be saying.

First up, according to this excerpt posted by Bloomberg’s Mark Halperin, Romney will call Trump a “phony, a fraud” and that “he’s playing the American public for suckers”:

Romeny is also set to attack Trump on Trump’s assertion that he can beat Hillary Clinton in November, saying “a Trump nomination enables her victory”:
