On Monday night, CNN held some town halls featuring various Democrat candidates for president. One of those town halls featured Sen. Amy Klobuchar, who regaled the audience with a story, and when it was apparent that her short anecdote wasn’t sufficiently appreciated, Klobuchar acted as her own “applause” sign:

That might not be worse than Bernie Sanders’ plan to increase voter turnout, but it was certainly cringe-worthy.
