As we reported a couple days ago, Jill Stein and the Green Party are seeking recounts in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. The raising of funds for a recount has goalposts that are movable:

The only person Hillary Clinton’s supporters are NOT blaming for her election loss is Hillary, but the results certainly caused Stein to live up to the “Green” Party label.
Not sure she got enough votes anywhere to say she cost H the election. Plus most of her voters likely wouldn't vote for H anyways.
