During last night’s presidential debate, Hillary Clinton said she was against the Supreme Court’s ruling in DC vs. Heller which protects 2nd Amendment rights in federal enclaves. Clinton claimed the intent of the attempted DC gun ban was to protect “toddlers.”
Even though Heller was all about eliminating the 2nd Amendment rights in Washington, D.C., Politifact found some truth in Clinton’s “toddlers” claim:
