Surprise! A member of the Democrat-Media Complex rushes to defend notorious Democrat who pretended to have remorse. https://t.co/1qgPlvjLOe

In Hillary Clinton’s speech in Reno, Nevada yesterday, the Democrat nominee cited former Ku Klux Klan member David Duke’s endorsement of Donald Trump as evidence of bigotry on the part of the GOP nominee. It was then pointed out that the Clintons had a warm relationship with late West Virginia Sen. Robert Byrd, who was a Kleagle in the KKK.
Washington Post columnist and CNN analyst Josh Rogin doesn’t believe there’s any basis for charging Hillary with hypocrisy on this issue:
To all Trump people invoking Robert Byrd's KKK past: In 2005, he said: "I know now I was wrong. Intolerance had no place in America."

So it took Hillary's pal until 4 years into the 21st Century to realize the Klan was bad. Hot-take, Jimmy Olsen…. https://t.co/M5stJnFHFo

The real question is, why is this "journalist" making excuses for a KKK recruiter? https://t.co/ZGwM4Jlr3k

And how many times did Trump have to disavow Duke? Did you do the same after Trump said it the first time? https://t.co/cCZxKGZfXf

As we often witness, the Clintons are allowed to live under a different set of rules.
