WHOOPS! CBC announcer calls BIG Olympics win for Ryan Lochte over Michael Phelps (just one problem)

An announcer for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation calling the 200-meter individual medley featuring Americans Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte got his lanes mixed up, and the result was just a little off base:
