As Twitchy reported earlier, night two of the Republican convention featured New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a former prosecutor, slamming Hillary Clinton and leading a chant of “lock her up!” The Left got the vapors. Others even wondered if Christie’s rhetoric was unprecedented:
