Rep. Cummings said WHAT about the reason Hillary wasn't charged? (Hint: 'Just like us!')

FBI Director James Comey is being questioned by the House Oversight Committee about his decision to recommend no charges against Hillary Clinton in the wake of the email scandal. During opening statements, Rep. Elijah Cummings gave a vigorous defense of the FBI and Clinton.

Now Elijah Cummings, the most partisan person on the committee, will whine about how partisan everything is.
