On her MSNBC show Sunday, Melissa Harris-Perry suggested that Democrats get a little more unapologetic about the consequences of Obamacare, one of which was millions of canceled insurance plans in spite of President Obama’s “you can keep it if you like it” Lie of the Year.

Harris-Perry suggested that Dems should tell the millions who were lied to and forced to shop for different health plans, in many cases being forced to spend more money, to “just deal with it”:

What? Yes, that’s what she suggested:

Partial transcript of Harris-Perry via Newsbusters:

You know — Democrats. You know, the same party that passed and defended and implemented the most sweeping social policy in decades, who can say that millions of people now have affordable health insurance that they didn’t have before. And they’re not even owning it. No confidence, no swagger. No, “Yeah, you can’t keep your crappy plans. Just deal with that!”

From “it’s going to be the best thing ever” to “just deal with it”? Perfect:

Winning strategy for the Dems?

Don’t expect too many Dems up for election or re-election this year to embrace that suggestion, but many Republicans probably hope they do.

  • JeffWRidge

I sincerely hope that they take her advice.

    • Republicanvet

Me too. Nothing better than a party that said we’ll have to pass it to see what’s in it, that lied repeatedly about what it would do, that lied repeatedly about it’s readiness, that lied repeatedly about implementing it, telling their constituents to “just deal with it” when they lost their plans.

Particularly those women and children with serious medical problems that had insurance and a doctor, but lost them.

…and they had the guts to claim Republicans plan was to die quicker.

      • MyrmidoNOT

        sadly…this ‘dying slower’ thingee…

      • Suzyqpie

‘Mend It Don’t End It’ is the meme democrats are counting on to salvage the mid-terms. The meme has been all over the comment boards in avalanche style. It’s a plan not a coincidence.

      • Lorraine George

I want a copy of those policies so I can knock on a few doors too.

        • Informed&Concerned

When I scan and block personal information, I will come back here with link to cloud, Lorraine

  • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

Harry Reid already got the ball rolling by calling everyone negatively affected “Liars”, might as well let the rest of the Dems tell those affected to “deal with it.”

I’d love to see the campaign ads saying it, then when public backlash and the polls show them what a huge mistake they made, because watching them desperately try to backpedal will be hysterical.

And a question for Tampon-Earring wearing idiot, If a Republican passed a law that hurt more people than it helped, would you be okay with the Republicans telling people to deal with it? Of course not, so don’t expect people to just take “deal with it” lying down from the Democrats

Oh, and apparently even Democrats have acknowledged that this turd is going to cost them, so I doubt many Democrats will be stupid enough to actually tell their constituents to “deal with it.” http://downtrend.com/brian-carey/obamacare-will-bury-democrats-in-2014-says-a-democrat/

    • Mark81150 Never/Trump/Hillary

Her response to a bipartisan public totally digusted with this plan is a rhetorical F. Y.?…. she’s either that stupid, or that blindly ideological.. so ideological she’s spitting hateful to anyone, even other democrats who don’t embrace this pig of a law.

I never have to wonder what a “good” German looks like, a “good” Soviet evrr again. See America, this is what a real ideologue looks like, your misery, your suffering at their hands just makes them laugh. This woman is a disgrace to democrats who actually want to do good, want to help.. because when it fails she not only will not fix it, she’ll condemn you in hysterical terms for pointing out it failed..

Any democrat who held on to the notion that their party are the good guys…

here’s your wake up call…. because “I am democrat, hear me roar in mockery” isn’t winning you anything but scorn.

      • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

At this point, it’s highly doubtful any Democrat in Congress actually is there because they truly want to do good.

    • Aitch748

The Democrats unilaterally* rammed Obamacare down the country’s throats on the pretext that it would help people by forcing them to get off their backsides and get health insurance. Now that the program is hurting far more than helping, a major player among the Democrats is basically saying “f___ you” to the people her party was pretending to help.

I guess this is just how Democrats operate — implement massive social programs that enrich their donors but fail completely to help the people whose plight, real or imagined, was the pretext for the implementation. These people are simply crooks using the machinery of government to rip the rest of us off, and I’m sure they’re not done yet. We started out as a prosperous, well-fed, reasonably safe country, but we’ll all end up sick, malnourished, and broke before these grifters are through with us.

*(“Unilaterally”. Remember when that word was in vogue?)

  • DaMello ®

This is not surprising at all. Some of my lib friends have said the same thing to me as well as “You’re old plan was junk” even when they didn’t know what my old plan was. And sad to say but some of them are no longer my friend. My best friend from childhood came over from NYC but I couldn’t stand to go see him. Didn’t even returned his calls or email. That’s how bad this country’s divide has become. I may seem like an a$$ but at this point I just don’t care.

    • Republicanvet

Are you an ass? Or are they who still refuse to see the damage this has done after all of the evidence that has come out to date?

      • DaMello ®

I can be an ass when I want to but I hate that I feel I have to for people who just won’t listen to me when I speak from the heart. They refuse to see how bad things have become for me because of Ocare and these failed liberal policies. They actually believe that the economy here in WA state is better than perfect, yet I’m the one who lives here. I can go on but I would just be venting anger and frustration.

        • JosephBloughs ✓Viagrafied

Some people just can’t be reasoned with. Liberalism truly is a mental disorder. You either have to love them despite their faults (and avoid talking politics), or move on if you can’t do that and preserve your sanity. But I hear you, it isn’t easy sometimes.

I’ve found the best thing is to speak your beliefs from the heart, figuring what your common ground is and then build off of that to show what unites you, and try not to frame them in the context of politics. It’s like Laura Ingraham said, Obama and the hard Left can be summed into the 4 D’s: Divide. Distract. Deflect. Demonize. For people I can agree to disagree with on politics, I find stuff we share opinions on, then demonstrate how the Left tries to divide us on the issue (instead of coming together on what we can agree on). But I never personalize it, accuse friends of doing this or that; and only much later I point out how, my dear friend, they are manipulating you into fighting me for their own political gain.

Most people I know don’t think stuff through like I (or most truly thoughtful conservatives) would; conversely, most Libs don’t think stuff through, period. It’s not their fault, this crowd is big on feelings. Consider that an opportunity. It’s easier to nudge them with that and help them to conclude, much on their own, that they actually agree with you more than they may have realized, without ever really getting into a personal heated argument that hurts feelings and egos. Good luck.

          • Suzyqpie

Thanks, that was nice. I am thoughtful and I listen to the liberals in my family. When, I’ve had enough I say, ‘Pres 0bama has been very good for Wall Street, I am grateful.’ They are livid about WS because 0bama is all about helping the poor. If I don’t care about ruining the whole social gathering, I say ‘The poor are the human shields that democrats use to grow government.’ That’s it, they all leave.

          • Ax2root

            Thanks! Good ideas

          • Mark81150 Never/Trump/Hillary

There are a couple of die hard democrats I know from my wife’s family, one has seen the obamacare light and is furious with him, the other a union teacher, unsure.. haven’t spoken larely, but we were never what I ‘d call friends.. when I was still working and knew some libs..

I’d hear them out, then explain why they were wrong on these type issues, I never expected to change their minds, but to make them see the collateral damage of their policies… and let them know I was dedicated, would Never submit to an ideology so similar to the one I opposed in the cold war.. and that I see it in terms exactly that stark.

Mostly they respected that.. some didn’t, and got Perry level ugly about it.. “you republicans are only for the rich”…. sneer..

Yeah, that’s why I work the same hourly job ss you, because I’m all about the rich, moron… that tells you how stupid many working class liberals are, when they apply occudumbass remarks about the evil rich to you, when they know you make the same salary they do.. completely delusional on who their enemy really is..

          • MnVoiceofReason

They don’t believe in principle, so they can’t fathom why someone who isn’t rich wouldn’t agree with the idea of wealth redistribution. It’s like liberal blacks who are completely leveled by the fact that another black person might believe in free markets and would dislike BHo. They have a severely retarded sense of objective reality and are completely consumed by the group/collective/herd. Divide and conquer is their M.O.

          • Aitch748

“The poor are the human shields that democrats use to grow government.” Yup, pretty much.

Now I want to find an excuse to use that somewhere. :-)

          • Suzyqpie

Go to any lefty website, you will find it is an applicable reply to 73.25% of their commenter. Or google ‘income inequality’ or ‘social justice,’ those website the % will be 99.9%, then prepare for the tsunami of being called racist, bigot, homophobe, islamaphobe, natavist, neocon, & creepy creep hater.

          • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

The poor really are just props to Democrats. That’s why they use the poor as an excuse to pass legislation, and then pass legislation that hurts the poor more than it will ever help

          • Suzyqpie

That’s when Game Show Government, vote for me I’ll give you cash and prizes!!! kicks in, when the economic damage starts to become visible.

          • MnVoiceofReason

The tables need to be turned. They’ve been under the assumption that they’re on the top of the morality pile for far too long. Their Keynesian economics make things far worse for the poor. Free markets, hard work, individual liberty and voluntary charity for those who truly need it are the only way to lift people out of poverty.

          • JosephBloughs ✓Viagrafied

Expanding on what I said earlier. Funny thing is, I’ve had conversations with Lib friends and family about stuff, let them go on and on with whatever the talking points of the day are that they repeat to me. Only after much listening, perhaps some sympathizing or very polite disagreement on points that are very easy to pick off, do I come back and hit them with the heart of my argument. I can’t tell you how gratifying it is to see them go quiet, a glimmer appearing in their eyes of understanding or hearing something they never thought of. You have to give them time to process this stuff, it’s new and something they never thought of, and they haven’t explored their Lib all important “feelings” on it.

I’ll sometimes predict things, easy things to predict, about what’s going to happen that affects them in the coming future (Obamacare has been great for that; it’s important for frame stuff in the context of how it may or does affect them personally), then come back a year or two later and say “remember when I said…”. I’ll then even point out at times how the Left demonizes me and my position, because they want to impose and not debate, and how they manipulate people (like them) “who have real lives/jobs and don’t have time to pay attention to the minutiae” into turning on each other, dividing us so they can conquer and expand/consolidate their own power, instead of uniting us on our common ground.

Anyway, that’s my method. Takes a lot of patience to not blow up sometimes, you have to do a lot of listening and biting your tongue, but in the end I get a lot of “you don’t think about stuff like anybody I know, but wow, now I have to rethink this.” Some people can’t be reached I know, but you may be surprised how many you can with some work, and the reward for those that you do get to is, to me, very personally gratifying.

          • Suzyqpie

You, Sir, are simply a more tolerant, smarter, and better person than I am, clearly, very clearly you are. If Pres 0bama launched a drone strike on my families compound, they would still vote for him.

          • JosephBloughs ✓Viagrafied

Well I appreciate the sentiment, but it took a while to hone this. Give it time, give yourself a break and try again when you’re ready. Mark Levin says we have to be the Paul/Paulette Reveres out there, lot of truth to that. If everything goes to h*ll while they’re fundamentally destroying the country, we’re the ones that people are going to remember and look to for real solutions.

If roles were reversed, Democrats would be running ads with this clip claiming a top media personality often speaking in favor with the Republican party has said voters should “just deal with it” in losing their doctors and plans.

They would follow up with “…and Congressman X must agree since he has not come out and refuted what their spokesman said”.

They would either force Congressman X to go on record refuting it, or they would force the resignation of any media person saying it.

    • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

Which is why Republicans need to stop playing nice and take a page out of the Democrats book.

The Democrats created the entire “War on Women” narrative because of the remarks of ONE GUY. Yet the fringe left calls every Republican a woman hating monster.

So Melissa Harris-Perry’s words and Harry Reid’s words should be used against all of the Democrats.

Agreed. It’s time to get tough. Fortunately for us, we have reality on our side, so most arguments with libs can be won pretty easily if you keep a level head and stick with the facts of reality. The 8 million is bogus anyway. IIRC, they were reporting 7-7.5 million the day before deadline, or even the day of, then they announced their little delay in how if you attempted, it would count, and within a day or two, suddenly the number they claimed were enrolled was 8 million.

I was on a liberal website yesterday, and the people commenting were already talking about how the right whines about ACA yet most of the ideas in it are Republican ideas.

      • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

They always say that when they have no real defense. They forget which party actually put those plans into the law and voted on it.

      • Republicanvet

If there were so many Republican ideas in this abomination, one would think there would have been at least a few votes in favor of it.

      • Michelle Dekkers
        • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

Ah, the old “We stole it from you and didn’t read it, that’s why it sucks” defense.
          Carry on.

          • journogal

And yet, not one, not ONE Republicans voted for it or backed it, or was even allowed in the discussion. But, according to liberals “it was a Heritage Foundation idea, thus it is the Republicans’ problem.”

          • Michelle Dekkers

This came up at Tuesday’s Western RepublicanLeadership Conference Debate, where Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich tussled on the question:

ROMNEY: Actually, Newt, we got the idea of an individual mandate from you.

GINGRICH: That’s not true. You got it from the Heritage Foundation.

ROMNEY: Yes, we got it from you, and you got it from the Heritage Foundation and from you.

GINGRICH: Wait a second. What you just said is not true. You did not get that from me. You got it from the Heritage Foundation.

ROMNEY: And you never supported them?

GINGRICH: I agree with them, but I’m just saying, what you said to this audience just now plain wasn’t true.

ROMNEY: OK. Let me ask, have you supported in the past an individual mandate?

GINGRICH: I absolutely did with the Heritage Foundation against Hillarycare.

ROMNEY: You did support an individual mandate?

ROMNEY: Oh, OK. That’s what I’m saying. We got the idea from you and the Heritage Foundation.

            GINGRICH: OK. A little broader.

            ROMNEY: OK.

            Heritage Rewrites History

The think tank proposed the individual mandate years before Clinton took office.

Individual health care insurance mandate has roots two decades long

          • carmenta

And there’s a good reason that not all ideas get implemented…because when the grown-ups are in charge, someone manages to remember the law of unintended consequences and doesn’t vote to pass a nationalized program without reading it! Cant get away from that one – ever!

          • Suzyqpie

The Republicans did the actuarial math and worked through the actuarial consequences. The Democrats don’t do math especially not actuarial math.

          • journogal

Why are you cutting and pasting? Is this you Joy/Melissa/Chantelle? Very strange to constantly cut and paste, but shows that you can not think for yourself.
But keep on blaming Republicans for something that none of them voted for (must have not realized that Heritage Foundation has voting privileges) and didn’t not get to have any input (basically shut out of bill discussion). You can screech Heritage Foundation over and over and over, and bring up Romney and Gingrich, for some reason, who aren’t elected officials, but the fact remains that Democrats pushed it through (recall they had supermajority then; if you don’t know what that is, Google it), bribed members to vote for it (Louisiana Purchase, Cornhusker Kickback…to name a few), thought about running around procedures to “deem it passed,” but eventually passed it on Christmas Eve night (that was the House, under the leadership of then-Speaker Pelosi.)

          • http://www.freedomreconnection.com/ FreedomRecon

Heritage and Romney and Gingrich…Hmmm….last time any of them had a vote in Congress?

          • journogal

I know, right? Or Heritage Foundation. I didn’t realize they had voting privileges in Congress.

          • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

The Democrats wrote the law, they passed the law. Only a moron would blame Republicans for something that the Democrats alone did.

            So, Hello moron!

          • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

Note for future strategy: If you’re going to steal something, read it all the way through before implementing it, test it out, hire someone who has a clue to look it over and project all possible outcomes, if there’s to be a website involved hire someone with a vague idea what they’re doing…
Do all of that before adding your own malicious verbiage into it and slapping your name on it and presenting it as your own.

To ignore all those opportunities to cover your collective posterior, then actually use the fact that you stole it as a defense is cowardly and unbelievably stupid.

        • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

Is that the same politifact that calls every Democrat lie “inaccurate but true?”

And calls a true statement made by a Republican “accurate but false?”

Oh yeah, you’ve got yourself a bang up source there. And it wasn’t Republicans who put that stuff into the law, it was the Democrats who wrote it and passed it. So you’re an idiot for blaming anyone but the Democrats for their failures.

Hope and Change. It’s amazing how the left could be swayed by a mere catchy campaign slogan. Here’s what it’ll be like if the Dems get to raise minimum wage along with having Obamacare.

        • Hey, That’s Pretty Good

That reminds me of the when he was first elected. My mom used to work at Hardee’s back when Obama was first elected President. And one day she came home from work and told us the story about some idiotic customers.

A group of black people came into Hardee’s and ordered a lot of food. Their total bill came out to $120. My mom said when she told them how much they owed, they looked at her and said, “Our President will cover that when he’s sworn in, so put it on his tab.”

Long story short, the manager got involved, told them they had to pay for their food, they cussed said manager out and got thrown out of the store.

So yeah, not surprising to me either.

Don’t a lot of you hear similar sentiments from your liberal friends? While Obamacare was being debated, I had a liberal family member say to me that the only reason people liked their plans was because they didn’t really know what was in them. She is pseudo intellectual who is steeped in pseudo African studies , no god , no country , no honor , no sexual morals , steeped in the Alinsky play book, hates her white half , feels hugely inferior to white people even though she doesn’t need to be and most white people bend over backwards to appease her . She carries a chip on her shoulder the size of Manhattan – the words slavery, racism and sexism are the most used words in her vocabulary. I wonder how she would react if one said there is very little racism and slavery is long past so ‘get over it’? In fact why is she not supporting Ms Ali in her fight against the real war on women by Islam ? Why is she soooo quiet and really has thrown her black sister under the bus on this topic ?

  • Chuck Vipperman

In order to believe that you have a plan to reform something as vast and complex as the American Health Care System, one must possess an incredible amount of hubris, arrogance and callousness.

In order to believe that an unaccountable federal government is the best method for making some of the most vexing and personal decisions that people will ever have to make, one must have a very low opinion of people.

In order to be able to force people into something they may or may not want, one must denigrate people they’ve never met and do not know.

This is the way of the statist. And the clownish Melissa Harris-Perry is simply the latest to say what they all feel. In so many words, “I’m smarter than you. I know what’s best for you. You are too stupid to think for yourselves. You will do it my way and will like it. If you don’t like it, tough shit.”

I’m not in a particularly friendly mood today. So, to all who feel that way—screw you and the horse you rode in on. If you feel that unaccountable bureaucrats know more about what I need than I do….then I want nothing to do with you.

    • tedlv

In order to reform something that vast, you also need intelligence. That was not a factor in the ACA, not in the writing, nor in the passage, nor in the implementation.

Next the govt will require us to by Chevy Volts and get rid of our Cadillac’s because the Volt is better in their opinion (for them) and then require us to pay 100k per car and not offer a warranty, or include wheels, tax anyone who doesn’t obey and then close 75% of the roads and highways.

Good plan for getting people to stay home and not work, or use high speed rail or mass transit, which is what the D decision makers want anyhow. Geez, did I just give DWS a new idea…..nah, she and Obam0 probably already have that one.

So the Dem motto this election cycle will be, “So we lied to you and screwed you BIG time? Just DEAL WITH IT – and don’t forge to vote Dem this fall!!”.

    • in_awe

The left appeals to Charlie Brown voters who never quite remember that Lucy promises to hold the football for Charlie to kick but ALWAYS pulls it away at the last moment.

      • Frustrated Teacher

Very good analogy. Many voters have been used and abused repeatedly by the left and need to wake up to the fact that the left isn’t about helping them. They are about USING them to stay in power!

    • ImTheNana

      “…this fall!! Here’s some free ________ and free _______!!!”

  • 24601

This is tampon earring lady? She’s still employed?

    • Hank_Scorpio

Are you kidding? She’s probably up for a cabinet position in this administration….

      • World B. Free

Yep. She scored big points with the left by mocking Romney’s black adopted grandchild.

  • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

All of the crap that is happening as a result of this noble undertaking was obvious before it was even implemented, and was pointed out by people with a clue. Unfortunately, the democrats’ pride and impatience prevented them from actually looking into the predictions of disaster and trying to head the disaster off before it happened. No-they had the world to save and self-imposed deadlines to meet, so they threw it out there with the hope that all the naysayers were just haters that were wrong and would be proven wrong when it was a crashing success.

Hey democrats! You could have prevented all of this by taking note of each criticism and doing the legwork to either debunk the criticism or fix the flaw that was pointed out to you. But no, that would have taken WORK. So now all you’re left with is the brilliant defense strategy of hollering “DEAL WITH IT”, or “We stole it from someone else and it’s their fault!”, and the ever popular “You hate sick people and want them to die in the streets!”
How any of them are in charge of anything more than a failing hotdog cart on Time’s Square is beyond me. “The guy I stole the hotdog cart from didn’t tell me you had to refill it with hotdogs/plug it in/take it out of the garage, in order to make money from it!”

    • MaxVoltz

It’s hard to tell a D anything because they have convinced themselves they are the intellectual elites.

  • iconoclast

That racist hag seems to think that Democrats have even more fraudulent votes in the works this next election. SC discovered 35,000 fraudulent votes alone. More in 2014?

  • John Clancy

That’s pretty much my response to her when she whines about white people every weekend morning.

  • FreeManinAmerica

Full steam ahead to a National Health Service…

  • Pendy1

She can say that because SHE exempted herself.

  • SouthronCross

Just when you think MSNBC has reached their limit of stupid, somebody like Melissa Harris-Perry proves us wrong. Again. It is hard to fathom the amount of idiocy that flows so freely from that network.

  • tops116 ✓Quipper

Wait, hasn’t that been the Democrat strategy for months?

  • mrspinky85

I think she wants dems who complain about obamacare to shut up already. lol

  • https://www.youtube.com/user/JayJay3Fifty7 JJ357

Best advice for a democrat I have heard in years; show your true colors.

  • sb36695

My plan was cancelled. I tried the bronze plan with double the premium & deductible. After denied charges, I cancelled. I now have temporary insurance, and I’m looking into 4 “legal” Christian sharing ministries.

  • ISurvivedaBlueState

This totally reflects liberals’ towards different groups in society. Non-working-poor or elite liberal? You are awesome! Let’s make life as easy as possible for you! Anyone who’s not a liberal and earns over 15K/yr.? GO TO HELL. DROP DEAD. PAY UP. DEAL WITH IT.

  • al hunt

I am gonna say if the dems lose the senate this fall, then people will be saying…”just deal with it, what difference,at this point, does it make!”

  • rebjava

I’m going to deal with it this November and again in 2016.

  • jtak101

Why doesn’t barry learn to “Deal with it” and admit obamacare is the most ridiculous, useless, waste of money every to come out Washington. Oh, and sorry Michelle..OUR big blue jet is off limits to your fat ass now..no more vacations on my dime…deal with it!!

    • MaxVoltz

That’s Moochelle. We don’t want anyone thinking you meant Ms. Malkin.

      • jtak101

I stand corrected..Michelle Malkin is an absolutely beautiful smart woman (my wife is also Filipina)……Moochelle is a fat assed ghetto parasite married to a Marxist twit. I think we’re clear now!!

  • hwy505

She’s a POS – I tried watching her yesterday morning – everything was about racism – if you’re not a Democrat in her book its racism – she’s a joke!

  • http://www.algoreisabidfatidiot.com/ “Rev Jim Jones”

Yes, “deal with it” come election time.

  • MaxVoltz

She should use her earrings in her mouth.

  • MaxVoltz

My insurance premiums went up 41% and the coverage got worse. I will deal with it next election too. Please Ds, run on 0bamacrap so I know for whom to vote.

  • Stesta Rawks

Alex I’d like Stupid Bitches for $400.
    Who is Melissa Harris-Perry?

  • JMigyanka

    Another incoherent half-breed!

  • VicV

It’s important for me, you, and everyone like us to make sure all of our thinking friends vote in November – no sitting on the sideline. The cheaters on the left will be getting all their dead and illegal voters out.

  • skyway1234

My husband of 25 years is a Democrat and I’m a conservative Libertarian. I lost my health insurance when the insurance companies did a major clearing of group policies in the Fall of 2012. My insurance was $393 a month. My husband, who has Medicare and is 10 years older than I am, could not have cared less. Every mention of the fact that I had no health insurance was a complaint about our fearless leader, so he turned a deaf ear. You know how they said the insurance premiums were going down? Well, mine doubled. Now I’m on Obamacare and it is cheap – but only because we went from a six figure income to poverty level when this administration came into office. If the recession ever ends and our income goes up, I’m going to be paying 2 or 3 times what I once paid for a policy. Any complaints about health insurance are to be ignored by Democrats, while they stick their fingers in their ears and yell, “La, la, la, la!”

    • tedlv

A country song comes to mind: “Dee Ah Vee O Or Cee E”.

      • skyway1234

Except we were both Democrats when we met and I changed. Also, no matter what he does I cannot stay mad at him. If you find a man that you cannot stay mad at, marry him and stick around. He is faithful, sober, the hardest working man I’ve ever met, he doesn’t hit me, he doesn’t gamble, and he loves me. I guess a sometimes inconsiderate Democrat I can live with.

        • tedlv

There is little chance that I will marry a man. Totally out of the question. Glad you found someone you can live with. I have been married 31 years, but not to a man.

Me either, I’m an asexual bystander.

Proving that extreme libs remain the stupidest people on the planet.

      ……dare I say…..the universe?

      • tedlv

        The universe…and beyond.

  • Daniel Bonacum

“Deal With It”,.. sounds vaugly familiar to “Let them Eat Cake”

    • tedlv

And “What difference does it make?” Hey, that rhymes.

  • dogwonder

She has white woman’s hair, she should deal with it and stop trying to look black.

  • https://www.facebook.com/pages/Captain-Americas-Wife/162958907243936 Captain America’s Wife

LOL…I love the lisp in the last photo.

  • Diggur

Gee…since the Democrats are too modest to “take a victory lap” or crow out loud about their dubious accomplishments, then it’s a good thing that they have this cheerleader to do it for them. I wonder if she would be able to say things like this to the faces of people who lost their policies and are now facing cancer and other life threatening diseases without insurance. Come to think of it, it probably wouldn’t bother her in the least.

    • Tom Winegar

Democrats couldn’t care less if they cause someone pain or death. They would send those that disagree with them to the ovens if they could anyway.

Joseph Goebbels would like the way they think.

      • tedlv

With respect, because your post is a good one. “Could care less” means that they care. “Couldn’t care less” means they don’t. And they don’t. The kill rate will be horrible, but as long as their cause is advanced, American deaths do not matter.

        • Tom Winegar

          Thank you and Modified.
At the risk of being anal I looked it up…….” Couldn’t care less, a phrase used to express indifference, is sometimes heard as could care less, which ought to mean the opposite but is intended to be synonymous with the former phrase.”

  • fivestring_assassin

Her felony rows are pulled too tight

    • Tom Winegar

      Felony rows, I like that.

  • Tom Winegar

Maybe a 1929 style Great Depression would be a blessing in disguise. Most of the entitlement mongers and liberal Democrats would starve and die (or be shot to death trying to steal from the haves) and that would be a good thing.

  • fights

So your health insurance was cancelled and you had to go to the exchange and premiums and deductibles skyrocketed? Just think how good you’re going to “feel” about yourself, helping those who don’t have health insurance. Doesn’t it just make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside?

Is there a law about liberals having hyphenated last names?

    • Garth Häävelschlockë

It’s required. Like a club tat.

    • Alan Mudge

I stated the same observation…somewhere. Generally, you can spot a liberal just by he hyphenated name. The liberal metrosexual men use their full first, middle, last names.

      • Wonder Pony

The only person that ever used my first, middle, and last names was my mother, when I broke something.

  • BoSplosion

Underneath the soft, cuddly facade of each liberal lurks a grouchy authoritarian. Oh look, there’s Melissa’s…

  • Robert Eichhorn

Surprised they’re not going with: “What difference does it make?”

  • CBDS

    The stupidity runs deep.

  • Chester

Hey, if you’re a liberal who lost your health insurance because of Obamacare, you took one for the team.
    Yea you.

  • Crystallite

Ah, yes. The Tampon Queen opens her mouth and pearls of wisdom just ooze forth. Run with it, Dems.

Will someone please inform this birdbrain that millions lost their cheaper and better PPO insurance and were forced onto O’Care-compliant plans that were more expensive, with higher deductibles and never-ending co-pays and with little access to doctors and hospitals.

  • Mickey O’Brien

I thought the GOP was the Party that needed a heart transplant?

  • Big Brucey

is it me, or is paying your taxes almost equating to tipping the crowd that just gang raped you?

  • Nerdythings

I had to unfortunately spend Easter Brunch with a bunch of liberals. As we’re about to eat someone said “Cheers to Healthcare” then all of them at once “Thank you Obama for healthcare”. I seriously just shook my head in dismay, the previous day my boss was like “I’m on obamacare for such and such, but it suck’s I have to pay a higher premium”. Just wanted to share

    • Ms. Abigail van Beagle

I love it when they just shoot their mouths off and then look around for the high fives they know are coming. I don’t go spouting off about politics in public unless someone else brings it up, but if they start it, I’m likely to finish it. It’s just tacky. Imagine if you had stood up and said, “Thank you to the Republicans who have repeatedly tried to protect us from this shameful power grab disguised as healthcare!”
Someone really should tell them that healthcare and health insurance are not the same thing.

  • Liberalism is Nonsense

Although some claim that the majority should always have the right to choose its own powers, the liberty school recognizes that the collectivist superstitions which most threaten liberty tend to arise when people are suffering.

  • Paul C.

Obama shrills paid for by Comcast and like CNN, MSNBC is at the bottom of the barrel.

  • Patrick Klocek

This is truly what you get from Progressives. They love you sooooo muuuuuch … until they don’t.

  • plumberskid

Too bad the people who were uninsured in the first place didn’t just deal with it, instead of expecting the rest of us to foot their bills…again.

  • David

This country is due for a cleansing!

  • Don Bailey

    Brilliant Dem defense of OCare:

  • justathought22

so 30 to 40 million supposedly had NO insurance and this travesty was supposed to correct that. in addition millions lost their insurance because of obamacare . So you have 30 to 40 million with out and you add another what million or two from cancellations and they are claiming 8 million signed up (of course pretty sure that number like all their other numbers are made up) . So this must be the new common core math. 30 to 40 million plus another couple million makes 32 to 42 million with out insurance; but 8 million supposedly sign up and it is a success? Really. You still have 24 to 34 million uninsured and those that now are paying hundreds or thousands more than they use to or for those who signed up for medicad nothing? But hey have a party it is a big success.

  • cigarfintan

Why are all libs really ugly?

  • Lorraine George

LMAO at the old ladies telling Miss Melissa what they thought…..still laughing!!!
