      I have T-Mobile service and have never had an issue with overcharging or Cell coverage.I am happy to see the CEO take responsibility instead of blaming it on someone else like Obama does.

    Good Guy CEO: Admits to mistakes, accepts blame with no excuses, works to correct them ASAP and apologizes to the wronged party. A lot of people could stand to take lessons from Mr. Legere’s example.

    I actually think there are a lot of companies that take care of problems quickly and efficiently we just only hear about it when they don’t.

    I’ve had personal experiences with Amazon’s return and refund policies which were great and Walmart which takes returns even when you just bought the wrong thing and opened it. My son works for Lowe’s and sometimes they seem to go to an absurd extreme with the customer’s right no matter what concept.

    It is sad it took Jake Tapper to get this woman’s problem resolved but I hope it’s the exception, not the rule.
