Yesterday, Noel Sheppard, associate editor of Newsbusters, tweeted this about his son’s upcoming wedding:

What a nice moment between a father and son. However, John Schwartz, a national correspondent for the New York Times, replied to Sheppard with a tweet he subsequently deleted:

Schwartz was called out:

After the calling out, Schwartz apologized and deleted the tweet:

In a comment made at Newsbusters, Schwartz apologized for his “silly joke” that instead “came off as insulting.” We’ll leave it for our readers to decide if Schwartz would have impulsively made a similar “silly joke” if Sheppard worked for, say, Media Matters instead of Newsbusters.

Leave it to a New York Times reporter to insinuate that a welfare system generates a profit…

I would expect no better. There is only one organization less respected than MSM and that’s government.Which says it all.

“It wasn’t my intention to cause a flap”. What was your intention then there assh*le? It’s funny how these liberal douches always throw out the venomous jabs at the most inappropriate times, get called on it, then say “I didn’t mean for it to become such a big thing”. But never offer up what supposed harmless “quip” they intended it to be. You said it…you meant it… own it worm!

I think we need to dispatch the EPA to Manhattan ASAP. There is apparently something in the air or water on the upper west side that turns healthy humans into arrogant d-bags.

Of course it wasn’t his intention to cause a flap. Leftists always think everyone intelligent will agree with their anointed wisdom. Shocked! Shocked! when someone calls them out.
