Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev appeared at the Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, and around a dozen “supporters” called for the release of the person accused in taking part in the deadly attack:

Jim Treacher reminds us that not all Tsarnaev supporters were at the courthouse today:

That’s certainly true, because many other supporters of the bombing suspect were on Twitter expressing glee after Tsarnaev issued pleas of not guilty:

Three people were killed and over 170 others injured and maimed, so what’s not to smile about?

We might too.

Here’s an actual quote from a protester outside the courthouse:

  • CatHerder

Free Jahar with purchase of Happy Meal! Collect the entire set!

    • CO2 Producer

The kids are going to be pretty disappointed when they find out he looks nothing like an elephant king.

      • Danny Wheeler

        Yeah, uh, that’s BABAR.

Danny’s sister: Yes, Ted, that was the joke.

    • bbroome62

It sounds a little greasy for me.

  • MTPockets

This trial will be just another bump in the road for him.

    • BostonCommon

      *drumroll* good one 😉

    • Elaine

Why do these “TERRORISTS” always seem to survive? All they do is come back and spread more of their venomous, hateful, radical Islam crap around, and we let them!

  • ceemack

After Sandy Hook, there was a lot of talk about barring mentally-ill people from owning guns. The trick was to come up with a valid way of determining who is mentally ill.

I’m thinking that being a “Free Jahar” supporter is a pretty good indicator.

    • CatHerder

      It’s a start.

  • Cy

Yeah because saying “not guilty” totally means that you are. No defendant has ever lied before…. I have to wonder what his lawyer’s smoking though. The guy was caught shooting at the cops and killing his own brother at the very least even if somehow they can’t prove he was the bomber. There’s…not much room to argue that.

    • Marti

He already admitted to the act. A Not guilty plea doesn’t necessarily mean he is denying it but that he thinks he has a legal defense to it.

      • PennyRobinsonFanClub

Excellent point — “Not guilty” is a legal term of art with a very particular meaning, and it does NOT mean “innocent.” It means either, as you say,he has a valid defense to offer, or he does not believe the prosecution has the evidence necessary to prove guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

        • Marti

          Thank You.
Just to be clear, I personally think he is guilty and hope he is convicted.

I have to laugh at all his supporters who act like this plea is a proclamation of innocence.

  • yourmamatoo

Have them be treated like they treat their women, then have the airheads get back with us.

  • Ron Morisseau

Obanana is probably planning the next “false flag attack”

  • Rich

Hope the police take their pictures and put them on file.

    • PennyRobinsonFanClub

      No — we’ve got enough of that $#!+ already . . .

      • Rich

I would normally agree with you about this but this is one group that needs to be watched.

  • descolada9

Ah, Islam, continuing to make me sick to my stomach

  • ObamaFail

Terrorist loving gutter trash. Every single one of them. They should move to the Middle East if terrorists make them so happy. We won’t miss them here.

    • Jeremy

      sounds good to me.

  • ObamaFail

And it’s not an uncommon thing for a killer to plead not guilty. Just because the terrorist claims to be not guilty, does not mean he is walking free. Hopefully something happens to him before he goes to trial, and we can save the taxpayers the burden of funding his trial.
It’s sickening the Boston terrorist is getting a trial at all. He should have been charged with treason, instead of being treated like a common criminal. Common criminals deserve a trial, because they didn’t betray their country and commit an act of terror in the name of Jihad. The Boston terrorist should be executed, not given the chance for his lawyer to get him off.

  • John Smith

The scary thing is that some of these people are allowed to vote and they walk among us.

    • Jeremy

  • Jeremy
  • Jeremy

Well it’s obvious who they voted for last election.

    • PennyRobinsonFanClub

I doubt they had the brains to find their way to the polls.

      • Jeremy

Yeah you have a point there lol.

  • WisconsinPatriot

I see they legalised pot yesterday……

  • Guest

Free speech shouldn’t apply for these idiots -_-.. (I’m obviously kidding, these people entertain me)

  • TocksNedlog

Yeah, they’re blaming ‘the government’; and yet, who do we think all of these protesters voted for?

  • William J. Miller

  • CasualMeyhem

I WANT #Justice4Jahar. I really really do. Sadly, the best we can do is to kill him.

  • John Alvarado

The plead of not guilty sometimes mean I would like to argue and take the longest time before I am sentenced to a very long time in prison. Some people are very hard headed or in many cases stupid.

  • Ntr

Hey, these are some of the same “liberals” who sign petitions ( see: ) to repeal the first amendment and see no problem with Obama droning innocent people. No surprise they support a terrorist, no matter his incompetency, because he’s seen as ‘attractive’ by some of these people.

    Idiocracy is alive and well.

  • Stephen L. Hall

Everyone is entitled to a fair trial, to be presumed innocent and it is the state’s burden to prove his guilt. Of course, from what I’ve heard of the evidence, that should not prove too difficult, but he could be innocent and framed.

However, these people are not thinking, not evaluating . . . they are emoting. Emotion is not the basis for determining a person’s guilt or innocence. This is very disturbing that these people are rooting like cheerleaders. Has mass murder become so trivial that it has become a mere game? Very disturbing indeed.

  • Bathing Suit Area

Even the left has their Alex Jones equivalents. Of course, we don’t give them radio shows.

    • Jill

Are you forgetting Randi Rhodes or Mike Malloy?
Why do you consider Jones to be a preeminent figure on the right? Most conservatives mock him, lampoon him, or do their best to avoid his ramblings.

      • BearNJ

I agree Jones isn’t even on the B team.

    • NRPax

Actually you do. Google “Air America” to get an idea what happens.

  • OldmanRick

Some people attend protests to meet or hook up; some attend to oppose the Man; others are paid to hold signs, chant, and parade around like a bunch of useful idiot Marxists; and a few extreme folk attend cause they have done too many drugs and now have a burnt cinder where once there was a muscle for thinking.

  • PeterP

The first amendment is like cockroach spray. It forces the slimy bugs out from under the woodwork into the sunshine where we can see them for what they are.

  • Justin Levesque

I bet that a lot of these scumbags were at Occupy rallies too.

Islam is a patriarchal, misogynistic, intolerant, oppressive faith; tailor-made to be a tool of tyrants and conquerors.

I really wish that the Islam forgivers and terrorist supporters would take a little trip to the cradle of Islam. They need to see the truth. Like violent suppression of other religions (ANY other religion, including other sects of Islam). They need to see how women are treated (like valued property at best, chattel at worst). They need to see the glaring disparity in wealth (WAY worse than any Western country). They need to see how BACKWARDS Islamist really are.

  • Marcy Cook

I agree Free Jahar…then let’s take bets on how long it will take before he’s shot down.

  • bbroome62

I’m guessing these are the same type of people who think Snowden is a traitor.

  • Ronald Green

Muslims… SMH Do not let your faith blind you to the evil that can be in Any man’s heart. I believe his real fault lies with his loyalty to his older brother who led him to do these terrible things. That he willingly followed his older brother makes him guilty of murder. In any Muslim country he would not live past a month after his trial for what he did. They would put a bullet in his head and bury him in an unmarked grave.

  • Ronald Green

I’d give a dollar to a dough nut that all of them outside the courthouse yelling for his release are Muslim as well.

  • BearNJ

I guess most of these vapid, stupid, clueless women don’t realize that if theTsarnaev brothers had their way that Sharia Law would be implemented and they would have no rights.
