Our thanks also to Aunt Billie’s friend in Texas for the great caption. That “Saturday Night Live” skit (like most “Saturday Night Live” skits) had long passed its freshness date. Time for some topical humor from today’s headlines.

“I can see Putin’s shoe print on Obama’s behind from my house.”

I’m so considering making that my slogan for at least the next three months.

    • Deborah Hallsted

      I was thinking-lips print.

      • disqus_hWxH4td6BT

        Love it!

      • Robert Hoff

…no, that would be the Half-Breed’s lip prints on PUTIN’s ‘behind’ (I would use ‘ass’ but Governor Palin used a more ‘ladylike’ word so I will too)…

        • KatieAnnieOakley

Wait – then, using your line of logic and reasoning – aren’t the Palin kids “half-breeds”, as you call them? Half part-native Alaskan and half of Glen Rice’s former one-night-stand?

Again, simply following your line of logic to its reasonable conclusion.

          • Larenzo1

There is no bigger fan of Governor Palin but the comment by Robert Hoff does not represent decent conservatives. Having said that hope you were just trying to make a point.

          • KatieAnnieOakley

That is *exactly* the point I was trying to make.

I happen to be married to a decent conservative.

          • linnilu

“Glen Rice’s former one-night-stand”? It’s too bad your spouse isn’t married to a decent liberal.

          • KatieAnnieOakley

He thinks Palin is a fool, and is leading the charge to split / destroy the GOP, so – he’s cool with my blogging.

          • Jimbo

The half-breed is Obama. Palin was born in Idaho. Logic seems to elude you. Never heard of Glen Rice, but if he had a one night stand, it must have been with Gaybama.

Hate to tell you this, but there is a part of Alaska where you can see Russia, and it is just a stone’s throw away.

      • zz3magnet

Liberals making jokes about seeing Russia from Alaska demonstrates their ignorance of geography.

      • $39650924

We’re all well aware of that. This was discussed 5 years ago at length.

FYI, it doesn’t make her statement any less ridiculous. She was responding to a question about her qualifications and mentioned a piece of trivia about her home state, one that has zero geo-political value.

        • Peggy Hall

Samborg, too bad the rest of the world is not as intelligent as you THINK you are. RUDE and IDIOTIC.

          • $39650924

I’m pretty sure the rest of the world got the absurdity of her statement when she made it. This never was about my intelligence — it’s about hers.

          • gtwreck

You have intelligence!!! I am still trying to find it in your comments. Low information voter.

      • hotram1

It’s actually not just a stones throw away, the two islands are two and a half miles apart. The average stone throw is only 1/4 mile. And it still doesn’t change the fact that Alaska’s proximity to Russia only gives the observer a little more than a glimpse of a vast, desolate expanse. It doesn’t give the observer experience in foreign policy, no matter how badly Sarah Palin wanted to believe there was truth in her statement. Maybe she can fool herself and her dim witted supporters, but the majority of Americans were not buying her BS then and they certainly aren’t buying it 5 years later.

    • $39650924

yeah, death panels. That went really well for Palin. Nobody laughed at her for that.

      • gtwreck

Death Panels are no laughing matter. Obama Care has them but at your information level you would not know.

        • $39650924

Can you point to one reputable source (does not include Palin’s hand-notes) that gives any validity to these terrifying death panels?

          • hospicern

It will not be called a death panel. Your physician will tell you you do not meet the criteria for further medical treatment due to age, disease process etc. And here is a list of some hospices to call.

          • $39650924

Which, I suppose, is worse than not having access to a physician at all?

          • Brad Harvey

Investors Business Daily: “(Under ObamaCare, IPAB’s board of 15 presidentially appointed “experts” will be empowered to make arbitrary Medicare spending-cut decisions with virtually no congressional oversight or control.)”

Pg 239, line 14-24 mandates that available physician services will be reduced for Medicaid recipients. Many poor people including many seniors will be affected.

      • AZGunslinger

The low information crowd laughed at her a lot ……. until they started admitting that death panels DO IN FACT exist under Obamacare.

Dr. Donald Berwick, who headed the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, admitted that “rationing” will occur.

        (Hint: rationing = death panels)

      • hotram1

jojo, I think that’s really just your fantasy but unfortunately it’s not actually true. The blue tribe doesn’t hate Palin, they don’t like her, but not for the reasons you think. Most people don’t like her because she lacks intelligence, she can’t handle criticism, she’s dishonest, uncaring, and she was too weak to finish her term as Governor, quitting the only position that gave her any political credibility. Now she simply hides behind her conservative bunker at Fox news and whines about whatever the talking points are that week or she pays her internet ghostwriter $8,000/month to complain about our current government. I don’t begrudge her making a fortune, I think she made the right choice to drop out of politics and cash in on her celebrity status. But her decisions have only managed to highlight her own short comings. She’s not well respected and she’s not well liked by the majority of Americans, not just the blue tribe, independents and a large number of Republicans are tired of her too. And just to clarify, she doesn’t make anyone bleed from their eyes, although her shrill voice might make some ears bleed.

    100% true.
Not that our news info-tainment media will even attempt to explain why it is obviously true……….
I do love that one woman in Alaska, who eats moose meat, can shoot a rifle, skin a deer, take care of her typically normal teenage and 20-something adult kids & husband, & make a gazillion dollars doing it, is quite amusing to me. I hate she resigned, thus giving up any real shot at elected office again (sorry, it’s true…’quitter’ is a fair term to use re: that move amidst the chaos of investigations fake & real)…….
But, I love that this one person annoys the left and center so very, very much, and she looks happy, healthy, and blessed doing it.

    • Deborah Hallsted

She was spending a lot of time and money on frivolous lawsuits, I don’t think they would have stopped.

      • Jeremy

Yeah and of course when she left office the frivolous lawsuits stopped. The Left has always been obsessed with her.

        • Deborah Hallsted

          ‘Course, she’s getting sued again, for using that popular iconic 9/11 flag-raising picture that we’ve seen tons of other people post. {{sigh}}

        • ToyZebra

Ironically if they had left her alone, she wouldn’t have disappeared, but she might not have been in the spotlight as much. When else has the opposition targeted the vice presidential candidate of a failed campaign? The left is hateful and vengeful. (Tom Delay another good example.)

    • Guest

Sarah Palin served 32 out of 48 months the same percentage that Obama served of his Senate term (not including the two-year break he spent campaigning) and accomplished everything she set out to do in that time.

After Sarah Palin accepted John McCain’s offer to run for vice president and became the left’s (media) most attacked and vilified person she returned to Alaska to find a never-ending assault of frivolous ethics complaints paralyzing her ability to govern the state.

She resigned because she recognized the cost that the frivolous ethics complaints were having on her state , and she saw how much of her staff’s time and her own time were forced to deal with those issues.

That entire campaign of BS lawsuits was meant to do nothing but hamstring the governor’s office and bankrupt Sarah Palin.

She saw that if she stayed on as Governor it would continue to cost the state millions of dollars in wasted time and resources to defend against false and maliciously ethics complaints and doom it to gridlock.

Those frivolous lawsuits had already cost the state of AK close to $2 million; Sarah Palin had over $500,000 dollars in legal fees.

These lawsuits were filed by activists whose goal was to bog down her administration with lawsuits and paperworks & to bankrupt her middle class family. Sarah Palin was responsible for her own legal fees due to the ethic laws at the time. She & her staff were spending 80% of their time defending lawsuits & dealing with FOIA requests. No sooner would one lawsuit go away then another was filed.

Sarah Palin knew that for the sake of her state it would be best if she stepped aside from the governorship. She resigned so the state could move forward.

In an article Sarah Palin said:

“I said, ‘Enough. Political adversaries and their political friends in the media will not destroy my State, my administration, nor my family. Enough.’ I knew if I didn’t play their game any longer, they could not win. I would not retreat, I would instead reload, and I would fight for what is right from a different plane.”

She promised to keep the frivolous anti-Palin law suits away from the Alaskan people and to be more effective on the stump ( supporting candidates , fundraising, etc)

Sarah Palin was truthful on both accounts.

She was the catalyst for the takeover of the House , twice as many Governships and lopsided Gop Statehouses with her endorsements and rallies all over the country during the 2010 election.

Sarah Palin also had a very strong hand in the party’s few successes during the 2012 election.

  • Guest

It seems that you are are poorly informed about Sarah Palin. Don’t believe everything the media and Hollywood is telling you about Sarah Palin.

Sarah Palin is a self-made women with an impressive career who broke into politics without the head start of a powerful husband or father.

City council, mayor, Governor, oil and gas commission, VP candidate, already vetted, been scrutinized every way possible and still standing strong. Long list of accomplishments and over 20 years of experience.

Sarah Palin has offered many statements on issues such as health care, the Federal Reserve’s money printing in funding our federal deficit, Crony Capitalism, energy independence, foreign policy, etc)

She was the first Republican to make a high-profile critique of the Federal Reserve’s quantitative easing, though even earlier she had marked the collapsing value of the dollar as one of her issues and has repeatedly been a leading voice—via television appearances and speaking engagements—against the dangers of ObamaCare and the risks of President Obama’s approach to energy.

She went to India , Hong Kong, World Knowledge Forum in South Korea ,etc where she talked about the economy, the deficit, government spending, gun control, the environment, the rising cost of food, energy, Egypt and other foreign policy related issues. She did unscripted Q&A’s

She was the catalyst for the takeover of the House , twice as many Governships and lopsided Gop Statehouses with her endorsements and rallies all over the country during the 2010 election.

Sarah Palin also had a very strong hand in the party’s few successes during the 2012 election.

  • George Murrey

Good for Sarah, she is spot with her remarks. For those that don’t know too much about Alaska, go to the western fringe, and you can see Russia on a clear day. Wake up dems, live and learn.

    • RosiesSeeingRed

..and on top of that, Sarah never said that anyway. :-)

    • Cantbelieveyouthinkthis

Learn what? though she never did say it the made up quote was “from her house” and it isn’t possible to see Russia from her house. Changing things to make it fit your narrative is what the libs do. Don’t be a lib and stick to the facts.

      • DirtyDave

Okay, try your comment again, only use simple, declarative sentences this time. Your sentence structure is a jumble.

        • Cantbelieveyouthinkthis

Ok, I will hold you hand just this once but next time you are on your own. (Though she never did say it [I can see Russia from my house] the made up quote was [from her house] and it isn’t possible to see Russia from her house. Changing things to fit your narrative “go to the western fringe, and you can see Russia on a clear day” is what libs do. Don’t be a lib “make things up” and stick to the facts “because libs don’t stick to the facts”) Past that I can’t help ya, if you can’t figure it out from there then you must be broken somehow.

          • DirtyDave

Again, try to use plain, simple declarative sentences and proper punctuation. I have no clue what you are trying to tell me other than a general feeling that you are one of those insane Palin bashers.

Are you sober? Please try again. You covered this stuff in middle school English, remember?

          • Cantbelieveyouthinkthis

Sorry I can’t help ya anymore. You are simply to simple minded to get through to. You may want to look into getting some kind of helmet to protect your head when you beat it against things. That might help you stop further brain damage.

          • DirtyDave

Hey, good going, you almost did it, written in clear, more or less, English.

  • KTinME

Isn’t she something? Always putting herself in the spotlight. She has no foreign policy credentials at all, extremely limited political experience, and she’s repeatedly demonstrated that her overall knowledge of just about anything important is quite lacking. (Cue the Palin fans who point to Obama’s faux pas of “57 states”, pretending or very much wanting to believe he has no idea how many states there are. Mock him for the misstatement, fine, that much is deserved, but please don’t confuse that with what he knows.) If Sarah Palin did one thing in the last four years – just ONE thing – that demonstrated she was seriously trying to be a political leader rather than just a celebrity in the political arena, she would be worth all the attention and glory she is constantly seeking. But she has championed no cause, led no campaign, shown no commitment to anyone or anything except herself. She is a good fundraiser, but the money mostly pays for her own way of life and that of her staff.

    • Bustr

Whoa. Looks like someone hit a sore spot.

    • Bill Jones

NOOOOOO. She is just like Obama.

    • eeddggy

Your comments are right on the money regarding………Obama.

    • 3dogs58

Just for the heck of it, in what area do you find our dear leader’s knowledge to be so superior?

      • KTinME

Please. Are you seriously asking if the man, a law professor, twice elected president by an unmistakeable majority lacks the understanding of Sarah Palin? Really?

I would turn the request around for you – please show how Sarah Palin’s knowledge is more superior. Let us forgive her ignorance of world geography, American history, American government, and English grammar, and concentrate on foreign policy and foreign relations. I am looking forward to your examples of her superior knowledge in that field.

        • Unicorns and Rainbows

Palin obsessed much? Too funny. Please explain to me what Sarah Palin has done or what decisions she has made that have had such adverse affects on your life so profoundly that you obsess over her this much.

        • 3dogs58

First he wasn’t a “law professor”, look it up. Second, getting elected to any public office is a popularity contest, none of them have to pass an IQ test. Third, ok you do have me on geography, after all she did beclown herself with the 57 states comment. . . .oh wait, that wasn’t her. Again she has beclowned herself with her pronunciation of simple words like “corpsman”. . . . .darn it, that wasn’t her either. Ok, foreign policy – supporting the Muslim Brotherhood and so called “Arab Spring” was her biggest failure – there I go again, that wasn’t her either.

And who wouldn’t give the Queen of England an ipod with their own speeches on it? Classy.

Talking over the British national anthem while EVERYONE else in the room is at attention. Now if that wasn’t as classy as a turd in a punchbowl, then I don’t know what is.

          Your turn.

          • axonneuron

Well, he did teach constitutional law.

          • 3dogs58

Funny, the only picture of him “teaching Constitutional Law” actually shows him at a chalkboard referencing Saul Alinsky tactics. You remember, the book dedicated to Satan.

          • 3dogs58

Oh, and here’s dear leader’s most recent foray into foreign policy.

    • DirtyDave

Championed no cause, commitment, or campaign, ? You have not been paying attention or are willfully, arrogantly ignorant, or just lazy.

Cue lame Palin detractors. KTinME is right on schedule.

    • Unicorns and Rainbows

I love it when libs foam at the mouth over Palin. LOL! Palin has “extremely limited political experience” while there’s a rookie Senator community organizer in the White House. As I’ve said before, libs would be funny if they weren’t so dangerously stupid.

      • KTinME

And I sincerely love it when her fans take up arms in her cause. I hope you have been sending her money.

        • Unicorns and Rainbows

No. I don’t have any due to Obama’s “recovery.”

what a perfect description of hiTlary clinton.

    • Guest

Sarah Palin is a self-made women with an impressive career who broke into politics without the head start of a powerful husband or father.

She has demonstrated a willingness to fight for what she believes in, even if it is within her own party.

She took on the corruption in her party and state and she stood side by side with candidates across the country in 2010 and 2012, often against the wishes of the entrenched GOP establishment.

Sarah Palin has fought to reduce spending and to enforce fiscal discipline as governor of Alaska. She has drastically reduced the growth of the state budget, which has helped to produce a record budget surplus.Standard & Poor’s raised Alaska’s credit rating from AA to AA+ in April 2008. Then in 2010, both Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s upgraded Alaska to AAA for the first time in the state’s history due to policies enacted by Palin that made the state’s finances more than solvent.

Sarah Palin succeeded to a remarkable extent in settling what had seemed insoluble problems, in the process putting Alaska on a trajectory to financial well-being.

As governor, Palin fought for and signed sweeping bipartisan ethics legislation, which restricted lobbyists, improved disclosure laws, and improved executive and legislative branch ethics laws. In the face of corruption, she continued to take on her own party when it was necessary.

  • eeddggy

Humor needs to have some truth in it in order to be funny. This is just perfect humor from Sarah.

  • DirtyDave

Question, would Sarah have botched the Syria episode as Obama did? Would she have put herself into the position Obama did with really no way out?

Save for bullying a bunch of even more timorous Republicans, he is exceptionally weak, never thinking much beyond the next poll and gathering a few style points.

Kind of sad that the American electorate is pretty much like him, never thinking about much beyond a few style points. His voters are the ones ultimately responsible.

      • Guest

Sarah Palin has been attacked scrutinized and vilified by the media like no one else; she’s probably the “cleanest” politician out there.

Soon after Palin entered the national political scene as Arizona Sen. John McCain’s GOP running mate, she was attacked as a diva, a clothes hog, an irresponsible mother and a political mercenary. They dismissed what she achieved as mayor of her hometown, commissioner of the state’s oil and pipeline board and governor of America’s largest state.

Sarah Palin’s enemies decided that nothing was too personal to attack-including her marriage, her children, her faith, and her wardrobe.

The media distorted Palin’s positions and beliefs beyond recognition. And almost every word out of her mouth was spun as a “flub”.

The media hounded her, and her family, on a daily basis, flat out making crap up (like that she, personally, shot wolves from the air). They claimed her baby was not her own; used despicable language to attack her, and her family; sent numerous reporters to Wasilla to dig up dirt on her ; AP reporters “factchecked” her book; accused her of being an accomplice to murder, her email hacked by the son of a Democrat congressman, political operatives filing endless bogus ethic charges designed to bankrupt a working family with a special need toddler and much more.

    • steve

You have interesting standards for your heros. How about her exploiting the 911 photo for her personal financial gain? Could she be more tasteless and vulgar? As for an apology, that day will never come. She has no sense of shame. Haven’t you figured that out yet?

      • Cordstreet

You are deficient in reading comprehension skills my friend. Nowhere in my post does it state or imply who my heros are, or if I have any. • dwpittelli

And when in context (deleted by ABC’s dishonest edits) it was a perfectly intelligent aside. (She said “They’re our next-door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska — from an island in Alaska” to explain one reason why we have to engage with Russia despite their invasion of the Republic of Georgia.)

  • steve

That’s funny. We can all see Obama and Biden’s footprints on Palin’s behind. It’s still there from 2008.

    • rickg62

Earth to steve, Palin wasn’t running for President, McCain was and I don’t think he really wanted it. McCain didn’t lose because of her any more than Obama didn’t win because of Biden.

      • steve

OK – that footprint on Palin’s behind is from the american people. Earth to Rickg – ever examine why you’d listen to a loser? She’s a failed reality show personality, a failed VP candidate, a failed governor, heck, she even lost the beauty contest. To each his own, I suppose.

      • steve

You’re joking, right? McCain didn’t want to win! Really? That’s why, in desperation, he put Palin on the ticket. As for Palin not running for president, that’s not what she thought. She had her own agenda (ie, suggesting that the VP be given more power.) The Palin choice was devastating. Millions voted Obama because of Palin, including me.

  • axonneuron

      • Unicorns and Rainbows

Yep. It must be in the imaginations of 57% of the American public. Plus how stupid of me to think that a president’s policies and agenda have any effect on my life. That’s just dumb ain’t it. So I guess that means you can stop bitchiiing about Bush now since nothing he did affected anybody.

        • axonneuron

I didn’t really like Mr. Bush all that much but I got over it. I certainly didn’t piss and moan for 8 years..OR attack Mrs. Bush, who seemed to be a decent sort. Mr. Bush did some good things in his second term, and at least tried to fix the immigration issue, only to get stabbed in the back by his own party. The present President did the best he could with the issues he was handed. Some things worked better than others. That’s life.

    • billybobz

how’s that hopey, changey thing working out for you, idiot?

    • rickg62

Would you like to share what comments you had during the Bush years? How about what you would be saying if Romney had won.

These comments are far from childish. they are comments from people fed up with a failing economy, a disaster of a health-care plan, and now Obama opened his mouth last year on Syria when he shouldn’t have and as a result we are watching the school yard bully, Putin, kick him around the playground.

      • axonneuron

See my comments below to Steven.

        • rickg62

By the last part of your response to Steven you admit that he’s a failure. Actually nothing he’s done has worked out at all. I’m sorry, yes he did accomplish something, he rewarded his friends in the auto workers unions by illegally propping up their pensions at the expense of GM’s creditors.

Your attitude seems to be, well he tried. If he failed, oh well we’ll give him a star for trying. That’s like our current education system where you have to praise a student for saying 2 + 2 = 5 because he tried and was close.

          • axonneuron

No rick, you missed the point. It’s that he had a difficult situation handed to him that anyone would have had a hard time with. Some things worked well. Some not so much. This is how things work in the real world. GM is back on it’s feet, paid the money back and is doing fine. Wall Street certainly in the money. We’re done with Iraq and slowly backing out of Afghanistan. We awkwardly seemed to have dodged a bullet with Syria…so far. Things could be worst. Of course, if you are determined to see the worst and continually look for it, you’ll eventually find something…..whether it actually exists or not.

          • rickg62

BM is not back on it’s feet. The Volt was a major failure and a waste of our money. How many people lost their jobs as a result of the forced closing of dealerships? How did GM’s creditors fare? I thought all of you on the left hated Wall Street when it was increasing in value. By the way, it’s an artificial increase and not indicative of the state of the economy. Iraq is being destabilized again without our presence there and casualties in Afghanistan have risen sharply under Obama. Through 2007 we lost 475. Since then 1797. Still looking for something he’s succeeded at.

          • axonneuron

BM? Ok, you must mean GM. Which on the whole seems to be healthy. And if Mittens had been in charge he would have let them fail altogether (or so he said) and ALL the dealerships would have been gone. “Artificial increase”? Lol, sure it is. Tell that to the traders on the street. They’ll laugh in your face. They’re making money. And, frankly, Afghanistan is a shit sandwich, anyone and everyone who’s tried to hold it got bit in the ass. And, really now, because I don’t slavishly agree with Twitchy, RedState, Breitbart et al doesn’t make me a liberal. I’m a moderate, like most of America.

  • Bruce Bazett

Sarah, the quitter, is irrelevant. Steve Schmidt, the senior adviser for the McCain/Palin campaign has said several times in public that Sarah was a bad choice for VP. He regrets suggesting her as a running mate. She had no clue about world geography, foreign policy, constitutional law, history, or public affairs. Even McCain couldn’t control her. When I was in Wasilla after the election, I asked several locals what they thought of her. They and her son’s football coach said that they were “sick of her”!

Steve Schmidt was a leftist tool who worked to get Obama elected. He was a poor choice for McLame to have run his campaign and Mclame was too stupid to know it. But I digress, McLame was a terrible candidate himself, afraid to criticize his opponent. Palin was uncontrollable because she wanted run a real campaign. The Washington elite had already determined that Obama was going to win the election. Palin complicated their plans so the Republicans and the media destroyed her. Don’t BS us.

Why did you go to Wasilla after the election anyway (if you even did)? Obviously you wanted to join the anti-Palin little voices.

Palin scares the heck out of you doesn’t she?

      • Derfallbright

Sarah was working her way toward the national stage, but despite her strong qualities I feel like she was thrown into an already failed campaign without the understanding of how truly nasty the liberal news media could be. Also some members of McCain’s staff actively worked against her best interests.

McCain looked old and made people think he was likely to die in office which caused more concern about Plain’s readiness to be President.

Because of that Romney would have probably been a better pick for VP in 08 then the GOP could have spent time grooming Sarah to deal with operating on the national stage. Frankly her next move should have been to Congress to gain experience in DC politics. It was unrealistic to expect that a Governor of a small state would automatically be ready to work at the national level. I think all things considered she did an outstanding job of building votes from a part of the GOP that probably would have otherwise stayed home.

In my opinion John McCain was not the right pick for President, but I think Sarah helped him more than she hurt him.

You either like Sarah or she makes you crazy, there is not much middle ground.

  • jeanal5dogs

    I love this woman…
West/Palin Palin/West either way would be a Godsend for America.

    • steve

What planet do you live on? Palin will NEVER run for office again. She loves the money from being a psuedo-celebrity. She’ll leave all her “fans” high and dry as soon as her PAC money runs out…just like she did to her “beloved” Alaskans. It’s stunning how you folks can’t see her for the charlatan she is. It’s blatantly obvious to most US citizens and, certainly, to the rest of the world. Sorry to burst your fantasy bubble.

      • rockerdon

Boy, Steve. Sarah Palin sure gets you all wee- weed up~

        • steve

It’s shocking to read comments by the zombies. Talking facts to them is like talking to a drunk. Just tired of being known as “the stupid country.” No foreign reps will meet with her. They get it. But, not the willfully ignornant on this thread. Oh, well.

  • Gary Bruce

So Palin uses a line from Tina Fey on Saturday Night Live. If it’s lame, then Tina Fey is lame. Too bad libs just can’t accept facts.

  • Jerry Camp

    That’s gonna leave a mark!

  • Jerry Camp

So, while Hollywood and Olympic athletes decry the ‘homophobia’ of Russia, cancelling concerts, boycotting vodka, and kissing same-sex athletes, these same leftists don’t mind the same Russia as it runs our ME policy in regards to Syria?

  • teapartydoc

Obama: I can see Russia from my knees.

    • CarsonChris

He can’t see Putin, he’s faced the wrong direction. Oh wait, he can see his shoes!

    • clayguy1

      Oh even better lol

  • Craig Grantz

I love you Sarah. that is sweet!

  • SRC70

I laugh at the dims, and some conservatives, who love to make fun of this. Palin never said “I can see Russia from my house” and definitely
not during the campaign. It was on an ABC news show when she was being considered for VP, and Charles Gibson asked her what insight she had gained from living so close to Russia, and she responded: “They’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska”. (Check http:snopes.com)

Also, if you do you geography homework,
you will learn you most definitely can see Russia from Alaska, and at a certain time of the year and the tide is right, there is one island of the U.S. where you can actually WALK to an island in Russia.

  • William Kent Jenkins

Bet Tina Fake won’t mimic that

    • Mick_Pearson

Why would Fey mimic Palin saying something Palin didn’t say?

  • Doubting Thomas

    Love it.

  • Old Patriot

Gotta love it! She’s a much better fill for the Oval Office than either Obumble or McPain.

  • gatorgreg1977

Jeez, I’m glad Obama didn’t bend over- at least in public- or it could have gotten really ugly.

  • Sassy3000

What Moron doesn’t comprehend that What Sarah Was doing back in 2008 was called HYPERBOLE?! Seriously everyone making fun of her looked like a bunch of drooling idiots.

And Russia USED TO OWN The land now called Alaska! I bet a lot of the cackling half-wits making fun of Sarah don’t know that.

Plus Alaska IS the closest part of America TO Russia!

So her comment DID make sense. Well to those with actual working brains. So of course No Liberal understood her comment. lol

  • Sassy3000

Oh and that was a good one. lol

Sarah’s Nightly Prayer: “Thank you, God, for Obama. I’ve been hanging on his coattails for 5 years now and I’ve become a wealthy millionaire by trashing him on a daily basis. It’s my career now.”
