As Twitchy reported earlier this week, the National Park Service denied a permit to a group of cyclists who wanted to ride through Washington, D.C. on Sept. 11 to honor the military and the victims of the 9/11 attacks. Two Million Bikers to D.C. decided to show up anyway, permit or not, and word is that the group is being welcomed and assisted by D.C. police. James Woods sent along his sincere thanks that the bikers were being allowed their right to peaceably assemble.
DC POLICE JUST CONTACTED US! WOO HO! THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP WITH OUR ROUTE! GO D.C. POLICE! AND THANK U TO ALL D.C. LEO'S ~ GOD BLESS YOU!

I am so proud of the #2millionbikers going to DC. This Country needs a whole lot more of citizens standing up to stupidity. Hats off #USA
