Talk about a parallel universe. After Alec Baldwin faced a backlash for his homophobic rant against an entertainment reporter, his Twitter account vanished, returned and then began to disappear again, tweet by tweet. Another anomaly: tweets now seem to flash into existence and then vanish almost immediately.
