Rep. Alan Grayson: Paul Ryan wants poor, sick people to die

Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) really should seek work in the motion picture industry, because the man is a master of projection. Yesterday he told Current TV’s John Fugelsang that the Republicans are “crisis junkies.” “There is no fiscal crisis,” Grayson insisted. “We’ve simply given in to the Republican mindset of crises, one crisis after another.” Sequestermageddon, anyone?

We too have had enough of that crisis mindset. What we need is more level-headed, no-nonsense discussion of America’s financial situation. Oh, and by the way, if Rep. Paul Ryan had his way with the budget, poor people wouldn’t be able to see a doctor, and they’d get sick and die, because that’s all Ryan wants: dead poor people.
