As TMZ reports, rapper MC Hammer was arrested last night in Dublin, Calif., and booked on a charge of obstruction. He was released from Santa Rita Jail soon after, and then hit Twitter to give his side of the story in what he calls a “teachable moment.” A lot of the instruction, though, seemed to be about how to profile a police officer. This one reportedly tapped on Hammer’s window and asked, “Are you on parole or probation?”
