Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) has said so many outrageous things, we don’t know where to start. Take over for us, Twitter.

Ellison blocks me but someone should ask him about CAIR financing a chunk of his campaign since they are a known Hamas front group.. And then ask him about his drive to put Islamic literature in public schools (with government grant money mind you)…. Google it.. he is nothing but bad news

Female Muslims practicing their basic right of self-defense under the 2nd Amendment might impede those men intent upon conducting “honor killings”. Can’t have that now can we?

    • Joe Molinari

If i had it my way i would charge him with treason. Along with any other elected official who disregards our Constitution. Also i would hang nadal hasan tomarrow. Look how blind we have become again since 9-11.

A liberal spouting off about “absolutism”? That’s rich.

  • Jim Denney

Just wondering, does Keith have any objections to his Muslim pals beheading infidels? Or is it just about guns? Of course, if we do away with freedom of religion and make everybody worship Allah that should stop the “religious” killing.

But how can we force those bitter clingers to give up their Bibles? Maybe Preezy could start by forcing Catholic employers to provide abortifacients….

    Memo to Rep. Ellison:

    Speaking of “Absolutism”.

Shouldn’t you be on a carpet pointed towards Mecca and your intolerant, archaic, child molesting, stoning and beheading, 7th century Allah?

Or, is it just the Sith who just believe in “Absolutes”?

If we had really followed a complete Second Amendment absolutism as Ellison suggests, then some of the teachers at Sandy Hook would have already been armed as part of their daily routine and there wouldn’t have been a massacre of children.

    • bonnieblue2A

The inconvenient truth is that Sen. Feinstein and her gun grabbing chronies are responsible for the creation of these victim enrichment zones (a.k.a. gun free zones) where so many defenseless people have been murdered en mass.

I was looking for Timothy McVeigh’s reply to Rep. Ellison’s question and then, oh wait…*smack forehead* that’s right, he’s not with us anymore because he was executed for murdering 19 children (and 147 adults) without using any method connected in any way whatsoever to the Second Amendment. The mass murder of human beings and the Second Amendment are UNRELATED and as long as tools like Ellison refuse to GET THAT, they are part of the problem and not the solution.

A more appropriate statement would be: Is 20 dead children to high a price for due process absolutism.
There was a time when people like Lanzer could be committed to mental hospitals. The process of getting someone committed was so easy that the courts declared it a violation of due process rights.
The irony is that if Stephen King were in high school today and wrote Carrie for an school assignment he would be arrested and throw in jail for making a terroristic threat against the school.

I bet this man wouldn’t open his mouth if the kids had been killed by a suicide bomber.

Is allowing people like Ellison to speak an acceptable price to pay for upholding the First Amendment?

  • grais

The premise Should be rejected. It’s ridiculous.

    And, “complete…absolutism?”
What a redundant fool he is.

I support Rep Ellison. Been a supporter of his after the epic smackdown he gave that shmendrik Dennis Prager.

Is slaying of 20 kids in Newtown an acceptable price to pay just to have gun free zones that criminals ignore?

  • bonnieblue2A

There are over 2,200 laws on the books (see BATFE publications on firearms laws) pertaining to the legal sale, transfer, and possession of firearms. There is no 2nd Amendment “absolutism” as Rep. Ellison and the other Progressive liars claim. Instead, the 2nd Amendment is the most highly restricted and regulated in all of our Bill of Rights.

Once you understand Alinsky, it’s easy to track the Central Planners’ use of his extraordinary methodology.

Axelrod started this “absolutism” phraseology which has been used by Alinsky…and I imagine besides being on TV saying it repeatedly, sent out a broadcast as usual, therein having all the sycophants jump on the bandwagon.

Even Barack Obama has passed the level of narcissism and ‘absolutism’ found acceptable by his mentor, Saul Alinsky. Here’s a quote:

“One of the most important things in life is what Judge Learned Hand described as ‘that ever-gnawing inner doubt as to whether you’re right.'”

While I stipulate this makes Axelrod’s point against people who respect the Constitution (HDU!), it’s more relevant to Obama.

“If you don’t have that, if you think you’ve got an inside track to absolute truth, you become doctrinaire, humorless and intellectually constipated. The greatest crimes in history have been perpetrated by such religious and political and racial fanatics, from the persecutions of the Inquisition on down to Communist purges and Nazi genocide.”

Furthermore, the GOP and many in the mainstream conservative media still fail to understand the very basics of Alinsky’s methodology – so it just keeps going and going ad nauseum:

“The job of the organizer is to maneuver and bait the establishment so that it will publicly attack him as a ‘dangerous enemy.'” “the hysterical instant reaction of the establishment [will] not only validate [the organizer’s] credentials of competency but also ensure automatic popular invitation.”

If I understand Ellison’s logic, is the ‘First Amendment Absolutism’ worth the loss of life in the Ft. Hood terrorist attack?
