Watch out, Nanny Bloomberg — you have competition. Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin took to the Senate floor this afternoon to address his energy (drink) policy, and that policy is a ban on the drinks. It’s the continuation of a crusade he began last spring; perhaps a couple of energy drinks might move things along so the Senate could move forward with some other important business.
