It seems that the Carrie Fisher/William Shatner beef that played out on YouTube last fall might be reignited at Comic-Con.

In an interview last September, Shatner dismissed “Star Wars” as derivative of “Star Trek.” Fisher fired back with her own video claiming that Shatner had borrowed her metal bikini from “Return of the Jedi.”

Shatner was first to refer to the feud, responding to a fan’s tweeted photo of a convention-goer dressed as Obi-Wan Kenobi being led away from the convention by police.

Fisher tweeted she was horrified to learn that Shatner was in attendance.

It’s on!

Of course, this is Comic-Con, so it didn’t take long for things to get geeky.

We admit that, like the fans, we’re just not sure how genuine this beef really is — and so far, neither party is saying. Why ruin the fun?

Update: It’s Saturday afternoon and Shatner’s not done teasing just yet.

So, exactly how many men have arrived at Comic-Con dressed as Princess Leia? Wait, don’t answer that.
