Labor leaders have been experiencing “what have we done” moments as the realization of the impact of Obamacare hits home. In July, the heads of three major U.S. labor unions wrote a letter to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid expressing their concern that Obamacare “will destroy the very health and wellbeing of our members.”
In order to seek a “fix,” the White House hosted a meeting of labor leaders today:

We’ve discovered a new way to phrase lobbying for an Obamacare waiver: “Problem solving”:
Who was at the White House union head meeting? We don’t have the full list thanks to the transparency we’ve come to expect:
Betcha –> Barack: " I talked w/Trumka and by an executive order waiver – all union employees are exempt from the Affordable Care Act "—

A final thought:
And now they’ll be offered a way around the law they lobbied hard to pass while everybody else is stuck with it.
Or will they? We’ll have to wait and see how the negotiations play out.
