It’s hard to tell what is the worst part of that tweet. Is it the smearing of Tea Party activists? Is it the false insinuation that Republican Presidents bypassed Congress on Iraq and Afghanistan? Or is it the ridiculous notion that Obama went to Congress because of genuine concern about the Constitution?
