Slain World War II vet Delbert Belton honored at candlelight vigil [photos]

A candlelight vigil was held Friday night outside the Eagles Ice Arena in Spokane, Wash., where World War II veteran Delbert Belton was beaten and left to die by two teens Wednesday night.

Spokane Police have arrested one 16-year-old suspect in the beating and charged him with first degree robbery and first degree murder. A second suspect, also 16, has been identified and urged to surrender.
