You’re correct, of course, but you’ll be caught in a flash flood of negatives just bringing up McCain’s name.

His loyalty to McCain is the only negative I’ve ever heard about Col. Day. But loyalty is a positive when facing the pearly gates. R.I.P. Col. Day.

And when McCain came home he betrayed all the POWs by befriending a scum like Kerry. McC even went so far as to suggest he be Kerry’s veep when he ran for President.
    Shame on you, John McCain.

“I could have had a grandfather like Col. George “Bud” Day.”

  • Zorro

I met Col. Day many times in Ft. Walton Beach, at the Bangkok House, shared a few with him, he will be missed. A true hero in every sense of the word. RIP.
