‘Let’s get this trending’: Teen heroes save five year old girl from abduction

We couldn’t agree more!

Who is Temar Boggs? He’s a teenage hero from Pennsylvania, and so is his friend:

We certainly believe the story of Temar Boggs deserved much more attention, so let’s spread the word!

From ABC27:

A missing Lancaster Township girl is safe after two teens heroically saved her from an abductor Thursday night, said Manheim Township Police.

“Me and Chris, which is another boy who helped me, we were riding around,” on our bikes, said Temar Boggs. “We noticed his car and the car had the little girl in it.”

That little girl was 5-year-old Jocelyn Rojas, who was playing outside of her home on the 100 block of Jennings Drive around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday when she was snatched from her front yard, police said.

Read the whole story here about how the boys followed the car and saved the little girl.

Across Twitter, praise for the young heroes:

Let’s see to it that the heroism of Temar Boggs and his friend is known far and wide!

During controversial times it’s always nice to run across a story featuring heroism along with a happy ending.

However, parents in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area should be aware that the man suspected of abducting the little girl is reportedly still on the loose.

I read this a few days ago over at This Ain’t Hell. Nice to see that these young men are getting some recognition.

  • LegalizeShemp

Great job kids! See? When you do what’s right, people will praise you regardless of race, if you do what’s wrong, people will castigate you regardless of race. Except the Left and the media, they are obsessed with the differences between people and exploit those differences to advance their subversive, totalitarian agenda.

  • Bemani Dog

I’ve got this on Facebook. This is the kind of example America should follow.

  • Sara Nichols

Good job, Temar. Good job, young man.

Nice going, these boys are heroes.

Hoping the predator is caught and put away somewhere where there’s no chance to harm any kids…ever.

  • Jeremy

Great job they are both heroes and I hope they catch the POS who abducted her.

  • umad80

It’s sad that this story isn’t getting more attention. What brave young men!

  • Jimni27

Its about time this story got picked up. I sent it yesterday to that Van Jones and said THIS is the kind of kid u compare to MLK

  • MarcusFenix

Unlike some sheeple earlier, who called Wendy Davis and Susan Fluke a hero….

This kid is the real deal, and should be rewarded as such.

    • Zach Peterson

      Here here!

    • Damien Johnson

Someone does an unselfish act and goes unsung. Someone proves herself to be a selfish baby-killing shrew, and she’s a hero.

  • John Thomas “Jack” Ward III

    To Temar and his friend:GOOD WORK, KIDS! Better to hear about good news like this than the $#!+ that’s been going on lately….And I hope they catch that POS kidnapper, And put him UNDER A PRISON SOMEWHERE! Jawamax 8<{D}

  • pajamakat

If Obama had a son, he would NOT be like this hero

  • John Rebori

These two young men did a great job and deserve praise from all. But let us not miss that in the story, Temar went out first with a bunch of his friends and did a walking search. While that search was not fruitful, those youngsters also took the right steps and deserve a thank you for their efforts. And that bit makes it an even better story in terms of the young adults in that community and their care and respest for others.

  • Tim jones

That’s a good kid right there!

  • ObamaFail

Instead of prepping thug Trayvon for saint hood, the media should be focusing on this kid. He saved a little girl from a kidnapper. He should be getting the media praise that attempted murderer who got shot in self-defense Trayvon Martin is getting, but won’t because the liberal media can’t spin this into another pathetic race-baiting story

  • americanexile

“following on bikes”?! No on follows a suspicious character! Don’t you mean stalking?

  • bluewaternavy

This is what gives me hope-two fellows who didn’t turn away and took action. Good for them!

  • Kaya Hund

If I had a son, I am hopeful that he would behave like Temar Boggs.
