American firefighters joined their Canadian counterparts to fight the blaze that followed a train derailment and explosions in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec.
Live images from TVA show crude oil tankers still burning in Lac-Megantic. Been almost 12 hours. No word on casualties. ~ 30 bldgs burned.—

CBC News reports, “More than 100 firefighters, some as far away as Sherbrooke, Que., and the United States, were on the scene early Saturday morning to bring the flames under control.”
