Spintastic! Doofus Robert Reich attacks GOP over Obamacare delay

Oh, this is rich.

As you’re well aware by now, the Obamacare employer mandate has been delayed until 2015. And as you’re also well aware, Robert Reich is a colossal jackass. Here’s what the former U.S. Labor Secretary had to say about the delay:

So, basically, not only is the GOP rejoicing at the news, but the reason the GOP is happy is that the delay will prevent “average Americans” from enjoy Obamacare’s “benefits.”

Spin like the wind, Bobby!

These tweeters managed to refrain from gigglesnorting and facepalming just long enough to rebut Mr. Reich’s asinine pronouncement:

It certainly doesn’t seem like Obamacare’s all that beneficial, does it?

How about some exit questions for Mr. Reich?

    Because…BOOOOOSH!

Hey the Democrat Party copyrighted that slogan they might sue lol.

  • DaMello

You know O-care is worst than bad if it needs Reich to spin for it! I’m kind of curious to know which will be the final spin talking points the D’s will fall back on.

  • Right Wired

Naw, it actually gives us time to read it.

Well if you can’t get the big guns from the NFL to do the dirty work, get Super-Reich.

Because Robert Reich’s “average American” friends all tell him that Obamacare is totally amazeballs.

  • Matthew Koch

Oh that’s easy, it keeps getting delayed because of it—SQUIRREL!!!!!!!!

The irony is, with all that running by this point, that squirrel is suffering from heat exhaustion and needs to go to the hospital.

    “GOP delighted with Obamacare delay.”

Some GOP group should sue King Barack Administration for delaying implementation AND publicly invite LOUDMOUTH Rob Reich to join them in the lawsuit.

  • Steven A

But “average Americans” will get to enjoy the “benefits” on time. It’s only businesses losing out currently.

I’m upset at the delay myself. It’s a leviathan and a nightmare no matter when it’s implemented. But we have to take a bite of the crap sandwich to confirm how bad it is. Let’s just get it over with.

“enjoy its benefits” is a great euphemism for “bear the costs”

  • notenoughtime

Would like Reich to explain in terms the average person can understand what exactly are the advantages to Obamacare. From where I am sitting and as a small business owner, there is not one positive example that can be found in the 2500+ pages of “affordable” health care. What I do see are more taxes; higher premiums:;higher co pays, loss of doctor/patient relationship; death panels; loss of good doctors; loss of privacy and another onerous deep reach into our pocket books through the “honorable” IRS.

Oh, let’s face it: from an intellect of Reich’s caliber this latest outburst is as likely to derive from lack of understanding as from spin. Someone should do him the favour or explicitly stating that Prez!Dingleberry™ is the one ordering the delay… before he embarrasses himself further.

Let’s face it— no matter the Arena of Life under scrutiny our little friend Bobby Reich just naturally comes up short! We really need to be understanding of Bobby’s shortcomings! He can’t come-up to snuff and he’s frustrated that recognition is always and forever just beyond the reach of his tiny little hands… it makes him short tempered.

Businesses, you get a break….Joe and Jane Sixpack, pay up!

But O’Care is *totes* a benefit for the middle class, you guys!

  • BorderLine Guy

If it’s so great, will Robert Reich be on it?

    • Jeremy

nah he probably already has a waiver.

  • stillinthe60s

Obama put hold on Abortion-care due to the increased likelihood of GOP alienating their base with Amnesty. He doesn’t want to queer the Dems chances of keeping Senate and taking back the House by affecting business negatively with mandate.

  • trixiewoobeans

Who didn’t see this coming? We all knew The Blame Game was looking for a host as soon as this came out. Question, Mr. Reich, are you exempted from “it’s benefits”, like the rest of your cohorts? I REALLY think if it’s so amazing, you should jump on this runaway train with the rest of us and “enjoy it’s benefits!” Lead on, Herr Reich!

  • Jeremy

Robert Reich is just another liberal hack and is never right.I bet Reich already has a waiver for Obamacare that he claims is amazing.
