Hilarious irony: ‘Pro-choice’ signs at Texas Capitol show staggering lack of self-awareness [pic]

Oh, our aching sides!

Texas lawmakers are having another special session on legislation that would limit abortion after 20 weeks and that would provide some basic safety standards for abortion clinics. As Twitchy reported, there was a shameful sign at the Texas Capitol on Monday featuring the exploitation of children. But there were also some hilarious signs.

Precious. Trust women to, you know, let Big Daddy Government tell them what is good for them. Politicians are not doctors, which is why they totally should take over our health care. Obamacare, baby!

Twitter libs have been spouting that hilarious line:

Er. You mean like Sen. Harry Reid?

Oh, sweeties.

Um. If the pink sneaker fits!

Seriously. The lack of self-awareness is breathtaking. Gasping for breathtaking.

Bless their pink-soled and soulless hearts.

    I say Politicians ARE doctors.

Just why do you think that Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, and Mao decided to post-birth abort a few hundred million people?

There was also never a conservative or libertarian who never once ever was forced to witness an abortion before, not like Ron Paul. Oh wait, yes he did.

    • alanstorm

Exactly. Which is why most laws are such disgusting (sorry)abortions. Most politicos know absolutely nothing about the subjects the pass laws on.

Remember the twit in CO who thought that firearm magazines were disposable items? Why does anyone think they have any greater knowledge on ANY given subject?

      • disgusted_with_government

“Most politicos know absolutely nothing about the subjects the pass laws on.”
Which is why lobbyists and staff are writing more of the legislation the politicians debate and vote on and why they have greater influence in legislation and elections.

There is no end to the things that politicians are not, but they are our elected representatives. They are responding, as they should, to the will of the people who elected them. Now, go peddle your jingoistic papers elsewhere.

    • The Marathon Man

WRONG! They represent their DISTRICT, not the will of the people who elected them. We live in a Constitutional Republic, NOT a democracy! Your scenario works in a democracy, which is the political system many authoritarian regimes like to hide behind (see: Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, Mahmoud Ahmedenijad in Iran). If you want your elected representative to “respond…to the will of the people”, then you have your right and duty to ensure that at the appropriate election cycle. Unless, of course, you are one of the lemmings that continuously reelect the career curmudgeons who REALLY don’t give a hoot what you say.

      • Clete Torres

Marathon, you appear to give a conflicting answer:

“They represent their DISTRICT, not the will of the people who elected them.”

They cannot represent their District without representing the will of the people – of their District – that elect them.

        • The Marathon Man

You need to read my entire post, Clete. The “will of the people” in a Constitutional Republic is determined via the election cycle. Otherwise, your local / state / national government would be run by polls or, in the case of the Texas abortionists, by those who yell the loudest. If you don’t like the people who represent you, then you wait until the next election cycle to get rid of them if you so choose.
Happy to give you the civics lesson you should have learned in high school, Clete.

          • Clete Torres

I did read it, Marathon. That doesn’t change the first sentence though. I was merely expanding on that thought.

And I do understand the difference between democracy (mob rule) and representative government.

            I got an A in civics. And poli-sci. :)

          • disgusted_with_government

The Marathon Man’s point is a fine distinction. The people who elect the politicians make up only a segment of the people residing in their district. Once elected, they are to represent ALL of the people in the district. Or so goes the political theory.

          • Joe W.

The point is, MM, that the Texas Senate WAS attempting to represent their district when an angry mob disrupted and invalidated the order of business. This is mob rule and NOT representative government. Catherdar AND Clete Torres are correct, and you were misunderstanding the original post from Catherdar.

          • mike_in_kosovo

Happy to give you the civics lesson you should have learned in high school, Clete.

You shouldn’t be bragging about failing the class, MM.

Clete is right… the politician represents the will of his/her constituency the entire time they’re in office, not just when elected. Or at least, they’re supposed to…we’ve all seen Congresscritters elected on one platform, then do a 180 once they get into office.

Don’t beat yourself up, I’ve been misunderstood before. I was speaking in the context of this particular article, that ‘politicians are not doctors’. They are hired help, voted in to represent our will and values. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have voted for the rascals.

          • alanstorm

I won’t; I have others lining up for that. It was unclear as to what exactly you were criticizing. Yes, they are hired help and do not need to be experts on the subjects they pass laws on, but most of them appear to make no effort to do so, and some positively revel in their ignorance.

That said, the question under review is not a medical question, much as the left would like to frame it that way. The issue is philosophical: When does a fetus become a person? Since that’s hard to answer and requires some thought, lefties would like to side-step the issue.

          • disgusted_with_government

“most of them appear to make no effort to do so”

62% of Texans approve of this bill passing, that’s called the will of the people.

      • Joe W.

That is the point that I think Catherder WAS making, friend. The Texas Legislature was attempting to act upon the will of their constituents when they were shouted down by that mob of baby killing ghouls. That is, in fact, their job. They are NOT playing doctor at all.

      • CatHerder

Thank you, I am in total agreement.

    • David R Rigby

Politicians should in fact respond to the will of the people. The world may soon get a chance to see what a republican (small R intentional) tyranny looks like.

  • Clete Torres

    So. Let’s review:

On the issue of abortion, politicians should stay out of the equation because they don’t have the medical bona fides to render an intelligent opinion.

On national healthcare, politicians should be in the forefront, because they DO have the medical bona fides to render an intelligent opinion.

    • milehisnk

In rare cases, abortion can be a medical necessity, but only in rare cases. Thus, only in those cases, when required by a doctor, should abortion be allowed. Not as birth control. That would end about 98% of all abortions legally (some would still happen in back alleys and some of those women might die from them…but that’s their choice).

So you’re saying it’s better for a 12 year old girl to be molested and then be able to go buy plan B and hide it, or turn up pregnant and the authorities being able to arrest someone? There is NO good alternative in a molestation case- it’s an anomaly.

There are exceptions, and even the strictest prolifers bend in cases of child molestation and the life of the mother/ child being endangered. I know that disrupts the narrative these crazy pro- aborts have taught you but it’s the truth.

I say pro aborts, not pro choice because I and most SANE, RATIONAL pro choice women do not condone abortion after 20 weeks unless there are very special circumstances.

        • Bathing Suit Area

So you really do think having the 12 year old get pregnant is better. Wow, I’ve honestly never seen someone admit that before.

          • Jimni27

Reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit- I said neither option was better than the other- nice try troll. Read again and maybe more slowly so you can understand: “There is NO good alternative in a molestation case- it’s an anomaly. “

  • Lipstick

The abortion group changed the narrative from killing your baby (can’t have images from the Gosnell trial bringing bad vibes) to healthcare and old men making decisions.

The pro-life groups need to cram pictures, big pictures, of viable 5 month old babies in the womb down their collective throats. Make a backdrop of babies bloodied and the backs of their necks clipped for them to scream for reproductive rights in front of.

They do not want people to see and know that these babies do not look like blobs of tissues, but instead look just like your child or any baby you have proudly held at a hospital before.

    • nc

Hey, they’d pay 10 bucks to see it in their local multiplex. Extra for 3D.

        Then let’s charge 20.

    • milehisnk

And in that same bill, force you to pay for abortion with your tax dollars…

  • AZWarrior

People, people, people. How many times do I have to ask all of you to do the right thing and get your liberals spayed and neutered? Do it for the children!

    • Marjorie

      I needed that…thanks!

      • AZWarrior

You are so welcome. Marjorie, I hope by being responsible Americans, we can reduce the heartbreaking sight of so many undereducated feral liberals roaming our polling places unshaven and unwashed. The shelters run by law enforcement are filled to over flowing and no one to adopt and care for these poor wild creatures. And now, a short video of Sally Fields crying.

        • Marjorie

You are funny. Is euthanasia an option?

          • AZWarrior

Thought about that, but that would let them off easy wouldn’t it? They should be made to endure the national litter box they have made.

On the up side…think how much more quickly we could scoop the litter box.

Why are most of the supporters of abortion the lesbians that would never, ever have to worry about ever getting pregnant?

    • Bathing Suit Area

      Stupid stereotype is stupid.

  • Guest

Politician are not baby killers either. How many unwanted pregnancies do you plan on having?

    • milehisnk

Good call. I had read somewhere that, disgusting as it is, nearly half of all women who had an abortion last year, it was not their first. I say we let them have abortions all they want…but after the first one that has no medical relevancy for happening, sterilization should be mandatory. Then they can’t kill again.

  • Torrey Joe Roussin

These women seem to have a hard time excepting the fact that they’re mammals and that female mammals are the ones who carry their young. I’m starting up some mammal support groups across the country so that these Liberal women can have support dealing with the truth that nobody gives a damn about what they choose to do with they’re body (they made that choice already when they decided to do the horizontal polka) but the life inside of them that deserves it’s life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Maybe they believe they’re reptiles…it’s possible.

    • Mary Lee

The thing is, I believe it’s amazing, and an HONOR, to be able to bear children. It is absolutely remarkable, and abortion shows a lack of respect not only for the babies, but for WOMEN, for pregnancy, it shows a disdain for the female body and a resentment of the ability to carry a child. There is nothing feminist, and nothing just, about having the choice to kill your baby.

  • maxonepercent

I really think the Democrats are digging their own grave with their abortion stance. Popular opinion polls show that the vast majority of Americans are in favor of restricting abortion to only the first trimester except in rare circumstances. What they see as “standing up for the rights of women” is far more likely to be viewed as “advocating for the brutal murder of babies” by more and more people as the years go on.

    • milehisnk

And not, despite what they would have you believe, just by the “religious right wing”, but by many people of all backgrounds, all religions (or lack thereof)…

  • Shanna

Ron Paul is a politician AND a doctor. And he is pro-LIFE.

  • Dave Suchy

classic tweet…”they think we’re stupid”…nope, KNOW youre stupid, doesnt matter how you paint it M. Sanger loved the eugenics movement and all them clinics are in densely minority/poor neighborhoods… I know their target audience…do you?

  • Dave Suchy

Jesse Jackson was pro-life until he wanted party money and party support for office…equality is not the foundation of the modern Dem Party as they would have you believe, its abortion.

  • Laurie

    When abortion was legalized:

    1. We didn’t have home pregnancy tests capable of determining pregnancy within hours of missing a period

    2. We didn’t have sensitive ultrasound that showed exactly what was happening in the womb within a few weeks post-conception

    3. We didn’t have morning after pills

    4. Birth Control pills weren’t $10.00 a month-OR FREE as they are now

    5. Condoms were behind the counter at pharmacies

    6. Pharmacies weren’t open all night

    7. Condoms were only available in pharmacies

The legality of abortion must be revisited due to the above. The morality hasn’t changed but the mentality MUST. Pro-Lifers must set aside their emotions & focus on the LOGIC in order to make progress. Abortion is wrong but legal. Texas has the right idea->find ways to limit it & the “doctors.” I would add that clinics must operate as NON-Profit. Planned Parenthood is a billion $ BUSINESS. Look at their financial statement available online. Use logic & the pocketbook to reduce abortion because those two aspects are inarguable.

  • Sandy Berry Schunk

I think most people think that an abortion is simply expelling a bloody blob. Well, it isn’t. They take a tiny person -with arms, legs, ears, nose, etc. and pull it out piece by piece. The nurse has to reconstruct that tiny child to make sure they got it all. And yes, that child does feel pain. To me that is murder. It’s not about my womanly rights. I figured it was my right to decided to take an action that would result in creating another life. Once that life formed, then there is another’s rights involved -not just mine. What about the right of the life that can not speak???

  • GeauxGod

The picture; “Perry will never be pregnant” … does ACLU want to have back-alley coat hanger abortions?

    • milehisnk

      Sounds fair to me.

  • Wally West

The liberals whine that the bill will close down abortion clinics being regulate to hospital standards because it is too costly.

But those clinics gets billions of dollars from the Obama government. So either the liberals are being really stingy with the tax paying money they get from uncle Obama or they are use that money themselves for other non-medical reasons?

  • Jacob Baldwin

Politicians are not doctors, except for Dr. Ron Paul and Dr. Rand Paul.

  • ObamaFail

Liberals are okay with politicians having a say in our healthcare under Obamacare, but when something actually effects them, then they get upset. That is how the typical liberal fool is. They are 100% behind something, until they find out it effects them too.
If they don’t want politicians involved in their healthcare, then they shouldn’t support Obamacare,

  • http://whenfallsthecoliseum.com/author/kwatson/ megapotamus

Ken Gosnell would be perfectly qualified.

  • CalCin

Politicians are not doctors and abortion is NOT birth control!!!!

    • John Galt

You’re exactly right. Abortion is birth termination, which is after the fact. Birth control requires pro-activity, and would have required the woman to keep her legs closed in the first place.

  • Steve Morin

Hypocirites. Why do you deny the lives of those most helpless “victims” of your sexual activity the right to choose their fate? Why do you get to decide to kill your own child? A woman’s choice? What if the unborn child is female? Mothers are supposed to protect their children. Not kill them for convenience. Sickening.

  • Scott Kingsmore

No, Politicians are not doctors. And may old men shouldn’t have a say because they can’t get pregnant. But wouldn’t that also mean that barren or post menopausal women shouldn’t have a say either? It takes 1 male and 1 female to procreate a new human life. Therefore it is an issue that everyone has a part to play. Just remember that a woman will never give birth to a dog, a lamp post, a suitcase, or an ATM. A human reproduction means that a HUMAN being is what is created. It IS a human being the MOMENT the sperm cell fertilizes the egg. Every bit of information needed to have a specific and unique human life is there at that moment. Just because you do not want to admit that a pregnant woman carries a separate and unique individual human being inside of her womb doesn’t mean it’s not true!

    • milehisnk

That’s why I always loved the joke against the pro-abortion crowd. “It’s not a human baby, it’s a fetus, just a clump of cells. It’s not a baby until it’s born!”

O’rly? Because when was the last time someone was admitted to the hospital about to give birth, and expecting to hold her new baby was told “congratulations, it’s a Tyrannasaurus!”?

  • Doug Hutter

Politicians are not doctors, but you trust them to pass Obamacare without reading it??

  • Michael

Didn’t politicians create Obama care? So what is your defense on that one? It’s cool when dems do it. But when a republican does it, or it makes sense, then politicians are not doctors. I mean come on, 20 weeks. You Libs are ridiculous.

    • Bathing Suit Area

What medical procedures does Obamacare ban?

  • Randy Winters Sr.

Docters shouldn’t be performing abortions at all, to take life is wrong and the fact that abortion is not health care. Evil is, What evil does. I pray for all the women that are pregnant to receive a heart of a mother to cast out all self and to think and love with a heart of a mother!

  • anjullyn

    ACLUorg tweeted…They think we’re stupid.

    I respond…No, we know you’re stupid.

  • Chopper

If you want to change peoples mind on late term abortions you need to show how it is done and how the dispose of the baby’s body’s. Should be able to do with in 20 weeks or are they that lazy That you cant get off the couch and kill your child until later .I was in favor of all abortions till I saw how and what they do to a human being If that does not touch them they have no heart and are no better than terrorist that kill for no reason

  • tnlawgirl

actually there ARE a lot of politician doctors. Ron Paul is actually a gynecologist! Of course, no one on the Supreme Court was a doctor, or a woman, when Roe v. Wade was made, but they were apparently qualified to decide a woman’s rights… huh.

  • John Taznar

The same people who demanded the government oversee every aspect of everyone’s health care via the Affordable Care Act complain about politicians trying to play doctor? That is irony.

  • milehisnk

“Politicians aren’t doctors, yet we want politicians to legislate that a medical procedure of killing a living being as legal…”

    hmmm….Nope, no irony in that

  • Mark_Krieg

“Politicians are not doctors!” Sounds like a whiney ass excuse for a woman who has no responsibility in her own sex life. Then when she gets pregnant then she does murder for her lack of responsibility. Then calls it her own body, leave it alone.

“I can’t afford another kid”, so why not kill the 2 year old, then by the time the baby is born you’ll be ready to be a responsible person? kill my child? Are you crazy? Well, I ask the same question !

Whats the difference? just because it’s unborn it not a person?
How about keep your legs together and not screw your brains out till your ready to have kids !!
Or use some of my welfare money and buy a condom for the guy?

  • SandyIam

Why are doctors relevant to abortion?”!! It doesn’t take a trained physician to kill a human being. Any old body can do that. Death requires no skill or training.

So because I’ll never be able to carry a life in my stomach, I can’t have a say? Well, since you’ve never had a life ripped from your stomach, torn to pieces, had some pieces still left inside you, and left with both physical and emotional scars from you know, committing murder, you don’t have a say either.

It really amazes me just how stupid liberals really are. It isn’t just politicans that want to limit abortions, it is the people who elected them also. But liberals don’t want anyone to know that. They want everyone to think that it is just old white men, which doesn’t surprise me since liberals are generally racist. There are more women who want to outlaw abortion than men. A lot of men want a way out so abortion is just fine with them. Liberal need to quit lying to prove their point. If you have to lie you don’t have a point.

    • Robert James

I have a question for hypocritical immoral libnuts. Please enlighten me on this. A few years ago, Scott Peterson murdered his pregnant wife Laci, a very, very tragic incident. Now, if you’re a brain dead liberal shouldn’t he have only been convicted of murdering his wife? Not in the cesspool known as Kalifornicate. In their hypocritical mind, there convicted Scottie on 2 counts of murder. Now, for any sensible person this was the correct way to proceed. But now can you moronic liberals say he killed 2 people when Laci, at a whim could have gone ahead, if she wanted to and aborted (murdered) her baby herself and not be charged with anything. I have an idea. Instead of forcing we tax payers to pay for your promiscuity, stupidity and the murdering of an unborn child, why don’t you all instead, go buy a gun and just shoot yourself in the stomach. How insidious and evil does that sound? It’s very insidious and evil, just like the mind of a liberal. Murderers!

  • Derek plt

It seems to me that these hysterical, infanticide-loving libs are aggressively seeking out any reason to protest because they’ve basically gotten everything they want & it’s disgusting as it is – they can have abortions every freaking 4 months of their adult lives if they want to, according to the law. They have nothing to complain about so they agitate themselves (or allow themselves to be agitated) over ridiculous points of opposition to plainly logical humane & safety legislation if it has anything to do with anything conservative.

If Dictator Obama’s deputized Health Tyrant Sebelius had proposed the same law or “mandate (in Obama-speak)” from her towering, hammer & sickle emblazoned podium they would have nothing to pretend to be outraged about.

They probably know that what they’re doing is hypocritical, they just want to suppress ALL conservative points of view, values, freedoms & rights regardless of whether or not reason & logic play a part in it. These fanatically mindless angry, careless, pathetically blind & easily led libtards are the product of Obama’s alinsky-driven tactics of control, manipulation, divisiveness & destruction of American values. They are the sad, weak minded, leftist propaganda machine spawn of this inept administration whose anti-Americanism & despotic actions inspired by those at the top of that revoltingly evil pyramid of corruption like Holder, Reid, Jarrett & of course the Failure in Chief himself have put to action. They’re the very bottom of that pyramid, the thick headed footsoilders who probably wouldn’t even be satisfied if America adopted (pun intended) China’s “one-child policy” of forced abortions & brutal infanticide.

If they are not ashamed of themselves when their hateful frenzy of immoral foot-stomping has worn off, then they are truly soulless & are true disciples of this fiendish & corrupt administration’s oligarchy.

These women are nuts. Stay out of your bodies etc. Fine, then don’t ask for one penny for an abortion. Don’t ask the man for a penny either. If you decide to have it, don’t ask the man for a thing. If men are left completely out, then we don’t have any part in what you do. It is ALL on you. You can’t have it both ways.

  • Justin Hogan

If you left the decisions to actual doctors, then abortion would likely be illegal.

A very small minority of doctors condone the practice of abortion except when serious pregnancy complications risk the well being of the mother.

Abortion doctors are a fringe group. Try going into an OB/GYN doctor and ask them for an abortion. They will quickly refer you to an abortion clinic and give you the look of death while they do it.

  • Cappy Paxton

Please do … what kind of insurance it is again?

  • Clete Torres

What part of “Affordable Care Act” don’t you get? The word care is in there for a reason.

It’s all about having a say in your healthcare. Yes, it is. And denying it by using weasel-words and deflection changes not a damn thing.

  • alanstorm

Apparently it’s hard for you to understand.

Please, explain how having boards that determine what treatments will be used for what diseases is “not having a say in your healthcare”.

Please, explain how allowing government to determine what treatments your health insurance will cover is “not having a say in your healthcare”. (This happens already; it simply gets worse under Obamacare.)

Please, explain how limiting the amount of money you can put in an FSA is “not having a say in your healthcare”.

While you’re at it, please explain how the additional taxes are going to bring down costs, and how student loans are critical to health care.

  • Joe W.

No, thank you. I would rather you just go away. The HuffPo, maybe??

  • Clete Torres

    I can read. Can you?

  • Kathy Jones Welch

Let’s see, under obamacare an appointed panel of bureaucrats will decided what health care can be dispensed depending on the cost of the care, the health of the patient, and the age of the patient.

  • milehisnk

No, actually that’s written into the law. I’m guessing you haven’t read it.

  • alanstorm

4 words: independent payment advisory board.

This board (only ONE of the new bureaucracies set up under Obamacare) has a seemingly innocuous mission: controlling Medicare costs. However, with the population under Medicare due to expand, how is it going to do that?

Rationing. Previously, if an insurer wouldn’t cover a treatment, you could appeal to the law for redress. Now?

  • milehisnk

Please explain how forcing people to buy insurance isn’t going to affect actual medical coverage…Oh, and don’t forget that under the $1 trillion/year Obamacare, 30 million people will still NOT be covered, insurance rates are going up in some states an average of 170% or more, no state has shown that the UNaffordable Careless Act will reduce costs…Let’s face it. YOU WERE SUCKERED. This was Obama’s repayment of his loans from the insurance industry to win the election…force people to buy their products, which will force income for the insurance companies, and then restrict what coverages are primary and what aren’t, thus reducing coverage. Brilliant pyramid scheme.

  • alanstorm

Oh, the irony: denigrating someone’s reading skills while misspelling his handle. And adding in stereotyping and profiling as well.

You still don’t get it, do you? Insurance is not care, true, but to argue that controlling health insurance won’t impact the delivery of health care is something so stupid that only a liberal could believe it.

    You’re obviously not a senior!

  • Clete Torres

    And there ya go, Futz.

  • Bathing Suit Area

    False.

  • Grandma HeadInjury

“Death Panels” are actually in the ACA itself. Nice attempt at deflection.

  • Joe W.

    Prove it, Barack.

  • alanstorm

Can you say “non-sequitur”? “Cause that was a good one. No connection whatsoever with the comment you supposedly replied to.

  • Laurie

It’s not the state’s duty to educate the teenagers about pregnancy/sex education/contraception. The “nutjobs” you say are preventing these things do NOT live in every Texan household, now do they? Maybe the PARENTS need to educate their own children. It’s ridiculous to say anyone promotes teenage pregnancies.

  • alanstorm

“Denial of care sure would be a way of controlling costs. Insurance companies do it routinely.”

Again: previously, if an insurer wouldn’t cover a treatment, you could appeal to the law for redress. Now?

“The payment advisory board will actually control costs by determining which treatments will be reimbursed and at what rate for various indications.”

And this will have absolutely no effect on the delivery of health care.

“It isn’t about eliminating treatment options for “groups”” – I suppose if they determine that treatment X is inappropriate for people over 70, or with a BMI of Y?

You are slow and naive. You appear to honestly believe that power doesn’t corrupt. Please don’t vote or breed. You are unlikely to do either successfully.

  • Joe W.

Right, Zippy. Have you read the damned bill?? No?? Neither has Congress OR Barky.

  • Joe W.

Well, sonny, there are quite a few ignorant and mentally deficient trolls that hang out here on Twitchy, and they sometimes fail to recognize sarcasm, logic, or any other cogent post.. As a matter of fact YOU come to mind.

  • alanstorm

You couldn’t draw one. Laurie posted ways in which now and the era in which Roe V. Wade was passed are different, technologically speaking. You replied with a lot of unsubstantiated assertions re: TX pregnancy rates and other minutiae which are not germane to the discussion and in no way answered the comment.

You are an idiot, floundering around and desperately trying to appear relevant. All you are doing is revealing your ignorance and naivete at every turn.

  • Joe W.

What would you have Texas do to prevent unwanted pregnancy, pal?? You and your ilk are the ones that want to keep government out of your uteri, amiright?

No he isn’t. He’s an annoying troll.

According to obamacare, the patient nor the doctor will decide in conjunction with each other what would be the appropriate care for that patient. Then the insurance will pay the doctor according to their contract with that doctor and the patient will pay according to the contract with that patient. Then the patient will decided which option is more affordable for him/her. I just recently had this conversation with my doctor. I got to decide which treatment I wanted. Under obamacare that choice will be taken away.

I don’t live in Dallas, Shltforbrains. Sex education should be done at home. The education kids receive nowadays is more of a “how to feel good about having sex” than it is a responsible, morally sound curriculum based on biology, commitment and morality. Your disparaging remarks about the State of Texas is even more comical. Texans do not want nor require any help from the rest of y’all with your Obamacare or your “Common Core” or your revisionist history. We do not subscribe to your Godless, morally bankrupt, “progressive”, “New World” philosophy that you all are attempting to foul the nation with. You calling us “Jesus Freaks”, “Tex”, Bible Thumpin’ idiots” ad nauseum simply defines you as an intolerant bigot, hater and bully. Typical for a lefty.

And THAT is the problem The government running helath care like the post office and the IRS is NOT something that is apt to succeed, idiot. And please stick to your word and have this be your LAST time spouting your lyin’ talking points. No one is buying the B. S. you are selling.

  • Joe W.

I am not on Medicare, pal. And I am finished with you and your indolent, hostile, rude and mocking diatribes. Troll someone else. I’m done…..

  • Bathing Suit Area

The entire rest of the modern world has actual government run healthcare, and is laughing at your paranoia.

  • Bathing Suit Area

I’m sure you can cite the section to prove you didn’t make that up.

Independent Medicare Advisory Council. This coupled with The Naked Emperor’s own words (in a May 3, 2009 interview with the NYT) and the actions of the Obamacare Enforcement Agency (IRS) in recent months spell a pretty grim picture.

There’s more to actual thinking than going to the document and trying to Ctrl-F “death panels”…
