What did Pelosi say about Snowden to get booed? #NN13—

Rep. Nancy Pelosi has a special talent for angering crowds wherever she goes; she’s a liberal, pro-choice feminist who’s under perpetual assault from Code Pink, for example. So it’s not surprising that Pelosi managed to elicit boos from the crowd of progressive bloggers at this weekend’s Netroots Nation conference. In a speech today she managed to rile the audience by calling confessed NSA leaker Edward Snowden a criminal rather than a civil rights hero, and Politico reports that at least one heckler was led out of the room.
Wow, everyone? In Washington and in the White House, Pelosi has a lot of company on the Left calling for Snowden to face charges. Someone has to be willing to agree with her.
Pelosi did find some common ground with the Netroots when she insisted that if nothing else, President Obama isn’t Bush, so lighten up on the guy.
Pelosi: Absolutely, positively not so that Obama's is fourth term of Bush.—

After boos Pelosi says, "I look forward to working with all of you" on this issue. My new progressive friend mutters, "Sure you are."—
