Partial Journolist archive leaked; Tweeters overdose on memories of media collusion and HTML code

John McCormack, staff writer for The Weekly Standard, tweeted some Journolist flashbacks in case you’ve forgotten:

Tweeters have noted that it’s highly unlikely what Gawker released is the entire Journolist archive:

One thing everybody can agree on: A great deal of what has been released seems to be HTML code:

Here’s the idea of the day:

No wonder they don’t care how crooked this Administration is…they’re just as ethically bankrupt!

    • BlahBlah

You can’t be ethically bankrupt if you’re self righteous. It’s on page 198.

      • trixiewoobeans

HAHA!! Silly me! How right you are!

  • trixiewoobeans

No wonder they don’t care how crooked this Administration is…they’re just as ethically bankrupt!

  • Garth Haycock

Wait…hard left hacks colluded to attack conservatives?

    No way!

    • PennyRobinsonFanClub

      Say it aint so, Joe!

    • NoToTyrants

Ultra-left extremely extreme extremist hacks masquerading as civil objective professional journalists.

Wait…hard left hacks colluded to attack conservatives?

    No way!

Being an independent protector of freedom requires hard work, tends to put you out of the “cool” group in power and doesn’t get you invited to the best parties. They apparently have decided that isn’t what they want out of the “journolist” lifestyle.

himself o= fire” – David Weigel, Reporter for The Washington Post

    • trixiewoobeans

Wow, that’s super-caring and tolerant of David W., no H8 there! We should all be so awesome! (sarc)

Skimming the message in the archive reinforces some things we already knew about these people:

    1. They’re very self-important.

    2. They’re very boring. Partly because of a lack of originality, and partly because of #1.

    • trixiewoobeans

They are SO boring, it’s like the South Park episode where the cloud of “smug” was moving across country, caused by George Clooney’s speech at the Oscars, and Prius drivers talking about the environment, moving to San Francisco to be with their own, enlightened kind, and loving the smell of their own farts!

      • Clete Torres

Where do you think SP got the idea?

  • Guest

Left wing “madrasas” like Columbia University School of Journolism,
disgorge thousands of eager young Socialist zealots,
willing to place ideology above truth and protection of Americans from despotism.

  • Lamontyoubigdummy

That sh!t reads like a Jr. High Dungeons & Dragons club.

The only thing I’m surprised I didn’t read in all that I’m un-cool, sad, angry trombone was, “How do I take a girl’s bra off?”

I love that Dave Weigel is gets busted in Journolist as Jizz in the movie Outside Providence.

    • Finrod Felagund

Your average junior high school D&D club is much more mature.

      • NRPax

        And more friendly.

        • stuckinIL4now

And younger and probably better looking.

  • Clete Torres

Transparent. Just like their hero, Zero.

  • Speakup

If there was a litmus test for journalists those moonpies wouldn’t make any list other than those headed for the 13 file.

  • Red Fred

This is so funny. All that collusion and now it’s out in the open. HY-larious!

  • Section 9

And it’s not even the whole thing. They’re hiding sh*t, of course.

  • alvin691

Does anyone think the timeframe is ironic, while the IRS was flogging conservative groups.

  • Corey Dennison

    What media bias?

Of course libbies will continue to act there’s no such thing…

  • LeighLeigh

So what is the point of this release, 5 years too late??? Most of us paying attention at the time were well aware of this group Journolist, and the crap they pulled to get their boy elected…..what is the point???

  • stuckinIL4now

@daveweigel Also, Spencer Ackerman trying to coordinate a smear campaign against conservatives by calling them racist…—
    John McCormack (@McCormackJohn) June 21, 2013

Hey hasn’t this been revived in PaulaDeengate?

  • Walknot

Where is the diversity? Bunch of white men. Not even a white woman…just a couple of trannies.

  • sodakhic

A bunch of east coast losers. It took all these white dudes to attack Palin and assuage the messiah. Those ivy league professors must be so proud.
