Tonight, our thoughts and prayers are with the people — and animals — in Black Forest.
#BlackForestFire consumes 400 acres, several homes in Colorado [pics, video]; Update: 2,500 homes evacauted
A spot of good- and adorable- news.
yes a nice story after all the stupidity of the Obummer administration.
Very nice indeed.
You can recognize a real man by how he treats animals.
So what do you think about Cheney and Scalia’s fondness for shooting drugged and caged animals?
That without anything approaching a link to back up that statement, you’re just being slightly amusing.
Do you remember when Dick Cheney shot a guy in the face? He was on one of his many canned hunts. It was widely reported and Cheney was roundly criticized by hunters.
I guess I never heard anything specifically and just assumed that Cheney’s morbidly obese hunting buddy participated in this despicable practice as well.
So in other words, “No, I don’t have anything specific that proves my statement but Dick Cheney shot a man in the face, so there!”
I’ve included a link for you and, while it may have been extraneous detail, the first I ever heard of canned hunts was when Dick Cheney shot a senior citizen in the face.
From one of the linked articles:
Another less well-known incident occurred two years prior to the Dick Cheney hunting incident. (emphasis mine)
So the accident wasn’t during a canned hunt. Small difference. As for the canned hunt itself? As long as it was legal, no issues. I find it repugnant myself but I’m not in charge.
I was responding to someone who said a man can be judged by the way he treats animals. You called my assertion into question. I provided you with evidence that was widely discussed at the time Cheney put a man in the hospital.
Now that I’ve provided you with proof Cheney participated in these repugnant ‘hunts,’ you are shifting the goalpost and pretending the issue was the nature of the hunt on Armstrong Ranch.
Nope. I’m actually agreeing with you that it was repugnant. You did claim that the accident was during a canned hunt, which was not true.
Can you point out specific articles that tells of “Cheney (sic) and Scalia’s fondness” for canned hunts?
And while you’re at it, can you tell us your definition of “fondness?”
Really? You gotta bring politics into it? Do you ever sleep?
You are a very sick man.
