Drudge editor Joseph Curl: ‘The shoes just keep dropping’ for #ImeldaObama

President Obama’s binder full of scandals is so overstuffed it may be time to upgrade to a bigger storage facility. Perhaps something along the lines of Imelda Marcos’ closet to accommodate all those dropping shoes?

“We are going to have a lot more significant revelations that have not yet been heard over the next several weeks and months,” The Guardian’s Glenn Greenwald told the AP. “There are dozens of stories generated by the documents [NSA leaker Edward Snowden] provided, and we intend to pursue every last one of them.”

This isn’t the first time Drudge editor Joesph Curl has made the Imelda comparison.

We hope it won’t be the last. #ImeldaObama? Perfect!

Well, I scraped some Obama off my shoe just yesterday…

    • Elaine

I hope you used one of the fake story pages from his book!

    • JustLikeAnimals

I thought I stepped in some Obama this morning on my way to the car. Turned out it was dog $hit, cat vomit, and the squishiness of a putrefied dead rat. I was sooooooo relieved!!!

      • SheilaK

No disrespect to putrefied dead rats, dog shit and vomit I hope!

    • BeautifulAmerica

      OOOOOwww. LOL

  • Elaine

They need to have some kind of hearing before congress and force OBAMA to answer all these unanswered questions. I bet anything he would take the 5th and refuse to answer, blaming the Republicans for overreaching. haha

    • Squirrel!

      Or invoke executive privilege.

    • JustLikeAnimals

He’d never show up. He’d claim “executive privilege” and that would be that.
No, Boehner needs to grow a pair and push all of these issues to a special prosecutor.

      • bonnieblue2A

Boehner is joined a the golf bag with the enemy within.

I don’t consider this NSA stuff an “Obama scandal” per se. In light of his 2008 campaign, it certainly doesn’t look good for Obama. Not to mention that he seems to have more sympathy for the “rights” of terrorists in Gitmo than American citizens.

But it’s not just him. It’s a wide swath of elected officials in Washington DC on both sides of the aisle that think there is nothing wrong with an expensive program to store what is largely garbage data on the chance that 0.0001% might at some future point be useful.

The gov’t model in DC really needs to be blown up. If we don’t leash the gov’t now, it will be us wearing the leashes.

The difference here is that Obama campaigned on ‘transparency’, spoke eloquently against gov’t invasions of privacy, talked about how gov’t whistleblowers showed ‘courage’, etc.. he is a hypocrite.

Obama didn’t start this stuff, he just amped it up…and the conspiracy theorist in me thinks he has probably used it for political gain; not to stymie terrorism.

We know about the IRS. I’m wondering if he has some high placed spies in the NSA who have given him juicy information that has been used against ‘enemies’, like..e.g., John Roberts.

      • Clete Torres

In 0bama’s case, ‘transparency’ means you can see right through him.

  • $472942

Yeah, not a good day. I stepped in some Obama AND some Holder.

Man oh man, what a mess!

  • JustLikeAnimals

Another shoe to drop??? By the time this is all over…… #ImeldaObama

  • peteee363

I always heard it’s raining dogs and cats, never shoes?

  • JustLikeAnimals

I’m predicting that the Guardian building is going to be leveled by an explosion caused by a gas leak.

If I were Greenwald, I’d hire a taster, a bodyguard, move to an undisclosed location, and look under my car every time I went to drive it.

NSA/CSS is going to stop at nothing to prevent further disclosures.

This whole drama is going to end very badly for a lot of people.

  • wwbdinct

Hopefully it has something to do with John Roberts…….

  • rm1evo

Are we still working on the first binder or working on the second binder full of scandals?

    • JustLikeAnimals

      Obama’s Presidential Library……

      • rm1evo

Is that why they NSA building in Utah?

      • BeeKaaay

Obama’s presidential library will contain nothing but books by Marx.

        • BeautifulAmerica

Alinksy, Cloward & Piven, Frank Marshall Davis, Patrice (Kill Whitey) Lumumba, Fidel, Hugo, and Stalin. His heroes.

  • neoface

I was shocked to learn about that one billion dollar new NSA complex in Utah, all the data mining on its citizen will ended up there. One day the records will be used against you the people. You would think the government would be busy fighting terrorist instead of its own people. Hmm.. doesn’t that remind you of Syria?

    • Chipsie

Some photo of the complex was shown briefly on Fox while B. O’Reilly opined, and it was really formidable to say the least….beyond huge and surrounded by barbed wire….so there is plenty of money to build this monstrosity and gather data about more than 300 million Americans, but they can’t seem to secure our borders?

      • neoface

Would this be Oblamer’s area 51???

    • BeautifulAmerica

News of this has been on Conservative sites for over a year at least. Are you new here?

      • neoface

No, not new, but I’ve never heard of this before. I’m certain this is the first mention on FOX.

  • BeeKaaay

The only place that shoes drop less is in Imelda Marcos’ closet.
