As Twitchy founder/CEO Michelle Malkin noted this morning, the NSA’s snooping on Verizon customers’ phone records is best understood in the context of Obama’s “creeping, creepy surveillance-state.” The latest news about the NSA’s surveillance is only the latest in a tsunami of scandals that involve federal overreach, spying, snooping and targeting political enemies. “Disturbing pattern emerging,” indeed.
